In a word, Jessica is fabulous! As a photographer, she exceeded my expectations, and I am very pleased with my pictures. However, that does not explain all of what Jessica offers. Since I believe her beautiful photographs speak from themselves, I’ll spend this review focusing on other aspects of my experience with Jessica. As a person, she is personable, artistic, attentive, timely, and professional. But, the quality I found most enduring was her responsiveness. She replied to emails and answered my calls promptly, which during your personal “wedding season” is a necessity for efficient planning, as well as being responsive to the vision I had for my wedding photographs . For example, my very particular mother fell in love with a previous photo that Jessica had taken years ago of another bride. The venue was technically no longer available, yet this did not detour Jessica. She was eager and committed. Jessica truly went above and beyond to recreate the exact scene (which was not easy to say the least) and captured an amazing portrait! After our bridal session, Jessica worked rapidly to edit, proof, and research the best medium for the look we wanted (i.e., She did not simply say, "Well, this is the company that I use, so this is what I can offer." Rather, she searched for the best printing company capable of meeting our specific request - to make the photo look like a painting.) I am very glad I had the opportunity to work with Jessica Messer, and give her my highest endorsement! I feel confident that you too will be happy with her work, and find her easy to work with.

Jessica is very talented at making you AND your fiance/husband feel comfortable which shows in her pictures. She is thorough and provides pictures galor!! All of the pictures turned out amazing. She caught moments I missed and moments I wanted to charish forever. She is worth every penny!

My husband and I just finished our wedding festvities with J. Messer Photography. Jessica and her team were great to work with from our engagement session to the wedding day. They captured all of the details that we didnt necessarily have time to enjoy on the day of the wedding and made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera all the way along. They got great shots of us and our guests and turned them around in less than two weeks. In my experience with photographers, that is really amazing! We are so happy with the pictures and feel our day was very well documented. I can't wait to see my albums! I would highly recommend using her!

Jessica did such a wonderful job on our engagement and wedding photos. She was easy to get in touch with and very flexible with our session times. On our wedding day, one of the bridesmaids said, "Jessica really has this wedding thing down to a science". Our photos were great and she had the proofs back to us in less than a month. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to have Jessica as our photographer!

Jessica is a phenomenal photographer! She is easy to work with and takes excellent photographs. She took my engagement and wedding photos, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! Jessica was a dream to work with! From the moment I met her even to my house being destroyed and needing a new canvas print she was great! Jessica was willing to drive to the beach when I was considering a beach wedding and then worked with me when I had to change at the last minute! She was so easy and fun to work with and I still LOVE looking at my pictures! Jessica was not afraid to climb, lay on the ground or even stand in water to get the perfect shot and it definitely paid off! I first met Jessica through my wedding planner Beverly Andrews. I had met with several other photographers and nothing had clicked yet. The moment I met her and start talking I new I wanted her to be our photographer! For one, her photos are simply gorgeous! She knows just how to capture that emotion at the right time! She is vivacious and truly loves what she does. For the bride who is camera shy she will make you feel like a movie star! For my December 2011 wedding I was very specific about what style of photos I did and did not want. She listened to me and took everything I said to heart! I wanted more organic photos, nothing to posey-posey, and wow did she deilver!!! She even managed to keep a 2 yr old still for the bridal party photos! Her fun and energetic attitutude kept my bridal jitters at bay. She even followed my husband and I to the Tutweiler hotel and did gorgeous after photos that we will cherish forever! It was midnight before she even was able to leave us and go home! That is just how dedicated she really is. Her album she had created for me was stuning as well. She puts so much time and effort into her work that I honestly think she is one of the best photographers out there. Her zest for life and fun make her a breeze to work with. She knows how to bring out the super model in every girl on their big day! And lets admit it ladies, it is not as easy at it looks to get those magazine quality photos we see all the time! Well she did that for me! I absolutely lover her and can't wait to use her services in the future for all my photogrpahy needs!

Choosing Jessica to be our photographer was one of our best decisions we made for our wedding. She was easy to work with, efficient, and fun! She went beyond her job as a photographer to make sure our day went perfectly. Our photos turned out beautifully, and I know we'll cherish them forever.

I recently got married on May 28, 2011. Choosing a photographer for my wedding was an easy process for me after meeting with Jessica and looking at some of her work. One word describes Jessica Messer Photography... AMAZING!!! My husband and I have been married for almost 8 months and we used Jessica as our wedding photographer. Jessica did my bridal portraits and our wedding pictures. She was everything I wanted in a photographer and MORE! Her work is absolutely amazing and speaks for its self and great artistic ability. We have been married for 6 months and I still can not choose my favorite pictures to frame because if I had my choice I would frame all 500 of them! There are vendors using her pictures from my wedding as their advertisment because they were so amazing! She also did our wedding album which I can not even tell you how amazing it is! Everyone that we show our wedding album too says it is the most amazing album they have ever seen. It not only is gorgeous to look at but the way Jessica arranged it, it tells the a story of our wedding day which is exactly what I wanted. Not only did Jessica do my wedding she will also do my family pictures and my childrens pictures (when I have them years from now) because she is so amazing. She is a precious person and so much fun to be around, she will feel more like a great friend than photographer when it is over. If anyone is questioning who to let capture the most special day in your life then please do not question it anymore and go with Jessica and you will have no regrets!!!!

It takes such talent to coordinate 11 men to smile at once and Jessica did it! She allowed everyone to relax and laugh and forget pictures were being taken. She captured the very best of everyone and all the love and happiness felt on our special day. She did such an amazing job and I would definitely recommend her to any bride!

We love Jessica!! She was such a pleasure to work with! I felt very comfortable around her and her crew. From the moment I met her, it seemed like we had known each other for a long time, that's how easy it was to talk with her. She was very good at asking what type pictures we were wanting and not automatically assuming what we wanted. Our wedding was only a week or so ago so we haven't seen our pictures, but I know first hand how amazing her pictures are. She also photographed my cousin's wedding and those pictures are amazing! Jessica did our wedding (March 2010) and I could not have asked for anything more! When we got engaged I said the wedding date is contingent on her calendar. That is how much I wanted her to do our pictures. She was absolutely wonderful on the day of our wedding. She made the all the pictures so much fun. Usually pictures are the part everyone dreads. Not with Jessica she makes it easy and fun. The pictures are amazing!!!

We absolutely LOVE Jessica! She is so creative and she is a blast to have on your wedding day...or any other shoot for that matter! She went above and beyond our expectations that we had for a wedding photographer. She has an eye for capturing unique moments and I could not praise her Work enough!

My husband and I aren't big on having our pictures taken but Jessica and her other photographers made it so easy. Jessica was so great to work with on every aspect of photography for our wedding. She helped me decide where to take my bridal portraits also. Our wedding reception was already planned to be at my parent's house so she said "Why not have your bridals done there too?" I couldn't be happier with all of our pictures. Both of our families and all of our friends have complimented us on choosing Jessica.

I agree with the other reviews that Jessica Messer has an awesome personality, perfect for a photographer, and that she did a great job on my wedding photographs! She also can make the most reluctant subject (my husband) happily take great photos. Her skills with your photos will make your wedding memories last a lifetime. I highly recommend this photographer!

Jessica with J.Messer Photography was beyond amazing for our big day. From the first phone meeting to the end of our reception, she was so great to work with!! I considered many different photographers and she was by far the most personable and easy to work with. This characteristic came in handy with a large wedding party and big families. And on top of all that the pictures are AMAZING!!!! Everyone loves them and cant say enough good things about her and her work. If you want an amazing photographer who is super fun and easy to work with then J. Messer is for you!!!
