ure I found “the dress” and I did! It was brand new to the shop. I was the very first person to ever try in that dress. And I just KNEW!! I instantly started sobbing on the floor still wearing the dress. I had just lost my mom a few months before, and i knew this was the dress she has pictured me wearing. They even spent time looking into the best possible seamstress who would alter my dress, and add my mother’s lace on the dress. Which was soooo important to me.
My dress was cleaned and steamed right before my wedding. And they took EXTRA care around the bottom of my dress that held my mother’s lace so they wouldn’t damage it. This whole experience with them has been one of the best choices of my life! And I am so grateful that i discovered them. No one else could have taken better care of me and my dress.
J Scott Couture made getting my dream dress fun & simple- all the dresses I tried on were gorgeous, I never felt pressured, and they were so helpful! It felt easy to make my decisi...

Jacqueline at J Scott was an absolute dream to work with and made my dress shopping experience a breeze. On my very first trip with my mother and mother-in-law, I expected to try a...
few things on and get an idea of what I wanted but honestly went more for the experience of trying on dresses. After showing Jacqueline just a few photos of what I was drawn to, she pulled about five dresses and the THIRD one I tried on was the one! I couldn't believe it so I tried on a few more just to be sure but she nailed it. She made the entire experience very fun and comfortable for all of us and really listened to the things I said I did and didn't like.
When my fiance's custom suit he ordered (not from the shop) arrived in the mail and did not fit at all, I called Jacqueline in a panic and asked if she could recommend anyone who could help with alterations. She took the time to find names and numbers of people that may be able to help and talked me through the process of what our options could be (despite the fact that this suit was not one from their store). Her knowledge and expertise on all things formal wear was extremely helpful and despite her efforts to help us salvage the custom suit, she reassured me that if nothing else she could rush order a rental. We ended up returning the suit and renting a suit from the shop last minute and SO glad we did as my husband was very happy with the style and fit that Jacqueline helped him pick out. I will always recommend J Scott to any bride I meet--she was outstanding in every way possible, and a genuinely nice person who really cares about your overall experience! Thanks Jacqueline!

l BAM she pulls out the dress that is exactly what you were hoping for even if it's not what you expected. Talk about a professional who considers every detail. There isn't another shop in the northwest I would send someone to. Start to finish 5 star service.

es I liked and disliked before pulling dresses. She offered a kind but honost opinion when I asked for it. She was patient even when I went back and forth between dresses for 2 hours. When I started to feel like I wouldn't find my dress she kept the appointment upbeat and positive. I was able to get my dress at J Scott Couture Bridal and am so thankfull for it. She was careful to stay within my budget with no judgements and didn't even cringe when I told her the wedding was 3 months away. She also recommended a great local seamstress to do the alterations. It's a beautiful little shop with kind and patient people.

t was so easy. Between getting it altered to picking it up the day of the wedding she is always there for you and so knowledgeable. We also got our bridesmaid dresses there and dresses the boys. I would recommend her to anyone. And Joyce is also there with her flowers. My bouquet was amazing! They really make everything so easy and are so great to work with.
My experience with J. Scott Couture was wonderful. Jacklyn is absolutely amazing at helping find your dream dress as well as making you comfortable and entertained in the process....
We had so much fun. We ordered all of our tuxedos from her as well. The fitting and ordering process was smooth and easy. My husband and the groomsmen looked so handsome! I have since recommended her to every bride I have in my chair at the salon where I work, and will get any future gowns from her. Love love love J. Scott Couture!

e sure I was extremely satisfied in the end. Her seamstress Lori put an immense amount of time into making my dress fit like a glove. My husband also had a great experience picking out the tuxes for him and his guys! Everything looked so good together. It was also helpful that my florist at Conrad Floral is in the same shop! Thank you Jacqueline!

was so patient with me and my indecisiveness. I ended up buying the very first dress I tried on! I told her that I was sure I didn't want a poofy dress, but the ball gown she had me try ( among many others I tried) was perfect. She knew even when I didn't. I couldn't be happier with my poofy dress!! I was magical

with your body, personality, and style. Once we landed on that dress, she was amazing with helping tie together the Groom, Groomsmen, Father-of-the Bride, and Father-of-the-Groom attire. She was able to pull it all together so that it was flawless. Everything worked out so well and they were so easy to work with.
(Also, I was also able to get my rehearsal dress from J. Scott, and had so many compliments on it!!)

Jacklyn is absolutely fantastic! I was procrastinating wedding dress shopping and when I finally did it, I only had to go to one store and Jacklyn made the experience so very easy ...
and fun. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, I tried on 7 total and the 5th one was the one I loved and bought that day, on the spot! The whole process and experience was terrific and I recommend her to everybody! Two of my friends have gone to her since I got my wedding dress and I had no doubt in my mind that they wouldn't find their experiences with Jacklyn the same. They both found their dream dresses at J Scott Couture too! We also got all of our tuxes for our groomsmen and fathers and of course, Jacklyn made that a breeze. Very professional, she actually cares about you, not only as a customer, but as a person and always asks how you are doing before the wedding and if there is anything she can do, or if you just need to talk. Highly recommended!

il I found the perfect one (and everything was within my price range)! Jacqueline was patient & very helpful when discussing what type of dress & accessories I wanted for the big day. She was also very helpful throughout the entire process (from the moment the dress was picked, to the fittings, to the days leading up to the wedding)! I would recommend J Scott Couture in a heartbeat!

stly because I felt like they were not listening to what I was envisioning. They continued to bring be dresses that were nothing like I had described. It was a completely different story at J Scott Couture. Jacqueline listened to what I wanted and was able to pinpoint the dress I was envisioning withing trying on 3 dresses. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. My family was comfortable as well while they waited for me. In addition to finding a beautiful dress Jacqueline suggested a stunning combination of accessories that I don't think I could have come up with on my own. All in all the experience I had at J Scott Couture was what I had dreamed of.

, and we were so impressed with the bridal dress shopping experience that Jacqueline brought. The process was stress free and memorable. The grooms men and my husband were also fitted for suits at J Scott Couture, and they had a great experience. One groomsman coming from out of town had an issue with the size of his dress shirt, and received the new shirt overnight! We were very impressed! I would highly recommend J Scott Couture to anyone looking for a great wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, or tuxedo! Awesome staff and amazing customer service!

the dress in my size. It turned out beautiful and Jaclyn was there every step of the way checking in with me and the seamstress to make sure everything was going smoothly! We also rented 5 tuxedos and shoes for our wedding and had to get a new size two days before the wedding. She made our experience so smooth and stress free! I would recommend J Scott Couture for sure and I'm glad we got to stay local and buy the dress here in the Valley. They had a GREAT selection of dresses and I found the exact one I wanted in less than an hour!

ove! Jacklyn dressed me in just that! I couldnt have asked for a more wonderful experience trying on dresses for the "big day" her customer service is wonderful, her shop is beautiful and her dresses are amazing!!!
I purchased my bridal gown at J Scott Couture in the fall of 2010. It was a wonderful experience for both my mom and me. Jacklyn listened carefully to my description of the wedding...
and my ideas for possible gowns. She then chose gowns that fit what I thought I wanted, as well as a few gowns that included details that I hadn't considered. As I tried on the dresses, Jacklyn was attentive, helpful, and honest without being pushy or opinionated. She truly wanted the best dress for me, and that was evident in how she treated me. I loved every dress that I tried on -- although I only tried on a few because it didn't take long for me to find The One. My dress was classic (a lace mermaid) but it was also unique. My mom loves to say that she still has never seen another dress like mine.
One other note: I live in Minneapolis and as friends have gotten married over the years, I have spent a decent amount of time in bridal shops in the Twin Cities area. The selection and service that I experienced at J Scott rivaled -- if not surpassed -- the shops here. J Scott Couture is a gem, and I truly believe that the shop meets the needs of a diverse group of brides, from those who want a simple country wedding to those who want an urban upscale experience.
Thanks, Jacklyn & the staff at J Scott Couture, for a beautiful dress and a memorable afternoon for my mom and me.

arry Maggie Sottero, so it was an easy choice. I really appreciated the selection at J Scott Couture (eventhough I had my heart set on a Maggie), especially after I went to visit another bridal store with a much more limited selection, J Scott Couture was clearly much more my style. Setting up an appointment time that was convenient for me was great, the owner is very friendly, and any alterations needed were addressed. I didn't feel pressured into a choice or sales at all. I also ordered the tuxedos through J Scott Couture. I was impressed with the store, it was professional and I loved having my own "private section" of the store to try on dresses and not feel intimidated to come out of the dressing room. The number of dresses and accessories in the boutique helped tremendously, so I was able to see different jewelry and veils with my dress and purchase them at the same time. Since my wedding, over five years ago, I have recommended every bride or groom I meet to go to J Scott Couture!
You will not be disappointed with J Scott Couture! I got my dress and tuxes from J Scott, they fit everyone perfect and everything turned out just the way I expected. The service w...

at job of listening to what I wanted and didn't want. I went into J Scott Couture with very little idea of what I was looking for and a lot of nerves. I was immediately welcomed and put at ease by the friendly and professional staff. An appointment I thought would involve a lot of work and frustration was a joy and a lot of fun with my bridal party and family. I found my dream dress in very short time and within my budget.

am a very short bride among other issues that I didn't think would translate into big poofy bridal gowns. During my bridal appointment the J Scott Couture staff made me feel extremely comfortable at their store. I felt like I had their 100% attention and they were there to help me get exactly what I wanted. Jacklyn helped me pick my gown. I found one that I felt beautiful in, and I didn't know if that was possible. I *loved* my dress. I also was so happy with the selection of maids choices. I'm fairly non traditional so I was hoping to find something a bit edgy, which I did. My bridesmaids loved their dresses as well. I recommend J Scott to every single bride I meet because I was that happy with the service. My wedding was exactly what I wanted and the day I had dreamed of for years. I have Jacklyn and J Scott Couture to thank for that.
