Very professional as well as efficient (we were even ahead of schedule the morning of the wedding!). Even though I did my hair and makeup trial ~ 6 months before the wedding (due to my work schedule), they remembered what I really loved from my trial and what I wasn't so sure about and worked with me to tailor my final look for the day of.

J. Walker Salon was amazing. We had two hairstylist who ended up doing the hair of 8 or 9 women. Everyone walked away feeling as though they had beautiful hair and couldn’t wait to show it off.

I had such a great experience on my wedding day having J. Walker do my hair and makeup. Magda was our makeup artist and Shaipone was our hair stylist. They both did such a fabulous job!! I used inspiration photos to help communicate what I wanted and I was so happy with how my look turned out. Both are so talented and paid such attention to detail. Magda worked with me to find products I could use on my sensitive skin, and Shaipone helped me figure out how to wear my natural hair at my wedding. My mother and my mother-in-law both loved their hair and makeup. They both look beautiful in the pictures. I would highly recommend!!

I had such a great experience using J. Walker for my wedding hair stylist! We got ready in the upstairs suite in Bernardsville, which made the morning absolutely seamless. They allow you to bring food, and had plenty of space to spread out while multiple people were getting hair and makeup done. All of the stylists were so friendly, efficient and talented! All of my bridesmaids were so happy with their hairstyles and the styles lasted throughout the wedding. My own hair came out beautiful and just what I imagined! I highly recommend using Sandi if you are looking for a bridal updo! She is so nice to work with, very meticulous and open to feedback/modifications as she is doing your hair. She is so clearly focused on giving you the hairstyle that you want and making you happy, rather than putting any of her own influence or style into the hairstyle. She really tries to do your hairstyle exactly how you want it and it shows! I absolutely recommend J. Walker for your bridal hair experience!

Jessica and her team of stylists Valentina, Kelly and Sherri were amazing! They all arrived early at 8 am to start styling our hair (Bride, MOB, MOG and 6 bridesmaids). Everyone's hair looked gorgeous and held up throughout the entire wedding day. Thank you so much to Jessica and her team for making all of us look our best on my daughter and son in law's special day! You all are the best and wonderful to work with!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about J Walker. We had the most amazing experience with them on my wedding day for both hair and makeup. All of the artists were so professional and friendly and made us look and feel BEAUTIFUL. I was so comfortable and relaxed the morning-of because I knew we were in great hands. The best part was - there were enough artists and they were so efficient, sometimes hair and makeup can take hours but for a large bridal party Lency made us feel so supported by sending 5 girls down to help. I absolutely would hire them again and highly recommend (even outside of Somerset county, we had J Walker come to the Jersey Shore). Thank you so much!

My bridesmaids and I had a great time at J. Walker Salon! They were so quick and efficient with our makeup and hair. We each had our own style and look that we were going for, and in the end, we all looked amazing. They also did my mom's makeup and hair, and she loved it! We drank mimosas and had wonderful conversations with the girls at J. Walker Salon. They made us feel so welcome, and they did such a wonderful job.

J walker did hair and makeup for my May 29th wedding in New Jersey and the ladies did a fabulous job!!! Myself, my mother, and my four bridesmaids were extremely happy with our hair and makeup for the day! Working with Juli was a pleasure and so easy! My trial really helped give the team an idea of the look that I was going for on my day. On the day, the team arrived on time and really got the day started so pleasantly for us ladies. I feel like we were all a bit nervous and anxious, but the four girls from J walker calmed us down and put us in a great mood to get ready. I would recommend J walkers services to anybody!!! They truly did a wonderful job and it was a pleasure working with them!!

Had the BEST morning of my wedding there! We had brunch catered and these amazing ladies made 10 of us look and feel absolutely stunning. I worked with Nicole and Kim for my bridal hair and makeup and felt SO beautiful. I cannot thank Juli and her team enough for an amazing experience! They even let us borrow a curling iron for touch ups throughout the day! THANK YOU!

I planned my wedding from a few states away and they were so helpful and accommodating every step of the way. Everyone here is so talented and they all listened to what we asked for both hair and makeup, and had great advice when needed. They even had mimosas and breakfast goodies for me and my girls the morning of!!

I would highly recommend any brides looking for hair services to go with J Walker Salon! I worked with Juli to coordinate the perfect person for me after having several trials at other places and not being happy. Juli is so nice and responsive! I felt like I was talking to a friend! Kim ended up doing my hair and I LOVE HER! I cannot say enough good things about her. During the trial I hardly said a word, and my hair came out perfect. Her skills with her calming personality made for a perfect wedding day morning. Thank you!

I was a little late in selecting a salon for my hair and makeup but all of the employees at the J. Walker Salon were so helpful in setting up the trial and all of the details for the day-of. I had a fairly small bridal party (myself, three bridesmaids, my mother and mother-in-law) so we decided it was easiest to just go to the salon. They let us bring in lunch and mimosas and helped to set everything up. Every one was very happy with their looks and I LOVED how my makeup turned out- I looked like myself which is what I wanted the most! I changed my mind a little from the time of the trial to the day of the wedding on what I wanted my hairstyle to look like and they were able to make all of the changes that I wanted and it looked beautiful!

Plaza Salon was Fantastic!! They did hair & make up for me & my bridal party. Everything was flawless!! They also had a table set up with coffee, muffins, fresh fruit, champagne and everyone was so sweet & friendly. Made my Wedding Day Amazing!! Thank you Stacy, Justine & everyone at Plaza Salon!!
