In the months leading up to my wedding, Jaclyn was so great about answering my questions, providing recommendations, and gently providing nudges for making decisions and staying on track. She asked questions at exactly the right time to get me thinking about each step of the wedding planning process in a manageable way. I was especially impressed with her communication style. She was so upfront about her schedule and would frequently let me know when she had weekend wedding events and ask if I had questions before a period of less communication. This let me know that (a) she dedicates herself fully to events, and (b) gave me the opportunity to ask her anything pressing in advance. She made herself so available for all of my questions and had an impressive response time. Jaclyn is a great people-manager. She’s a pro at this and knows how to handle the different personalities of my vendors, family, and wedding party. She exudes calm and professionalism. I felt so taken care of and supported throughout the planning and especially on my wedding day. She solved so many issues I would’ve been an overwhelmed mess dealing with myself from vendors snafus to flexible guest counts to ensuring my ambitious wedding timeline the day of was fulfilled. On the day of my wedding, she brought a Marry Poppins bag to the bridal suite that could solve any problem you could think of that a bride or bridesmaids might have. I consider myself a detail-oriented planner, but much more than that is required to pull off a wedding. Jaclyn matched my energy, but went above and beyond considering things I never would have thought of. She made sure my husband and I’s vision came to life and that everything went smoothly. I’m forever grateful and cannot recommend her enough!
