presence and was the only planner who really wanted to know what I wanted for my day. It caught me off guard that she wasn’t just selling me on her services the whole time like most planners but she genuinely listened. Jacin’s ability to empathize and visualize exactly what I was dreaming of was truly a gift. She is not just a planner; she is a talented designer and I can’t even go in to the countless personal touches she thought of that perfectly reflected us, as well as our family and friends. Everything was running perfectly and our dream was about to become a reality and then COVID hit. The shutdowns started two weeks before our big day so we obviously had to cancel our wedding. In typical Jacin fashion, she never missed a beat. By the following day, she managed to rebook every vendor and our same venue only four months after our initial date. An impossible feat for a venue that is booked a year in advance! Even up until the last couple of weeks we weren’t sure our wedding could be held because COVID cases were going up again. We agonized over it but Jacin continually reassured us and never made us feel bad for having the wedding, even though I’m sure she was uneasy too. It’s not easy to understand the turmoil until you have been there, but we could not have gotten through it without Jacin. She thought of so many clever ideas for a COVID-friendly wedding such as colored wrist bands to distinguish guest’s comfort level, monogrammed face masks, sanitizing the entire ballroom, etc. and was so patient in answering our guests emails and safety related questions. Jacin made me feel so calm on my wedding day and I never had to worry about a single thing. It was truly the most relaxing, enjoyable, amazing fairytale weekend and our guests felt so loved and taken care of. Also, her team is amazing!! They are all industry pros; most are planners themselves, so no detail was missed. Under the circumstances it was such a perfect escape from the world and we will always be so very grateful to Jacin and her team for really going way above and beyond to make our wedding weekend so perfect. BOOK JACIN!! You will not regret it!!!

ted from the first call. I knew after speaking with her on the phone just once, she was the one. She is extremely hard-working, organized, has an exceptional sense of style and high taste level, and is so sweet, nice, honest and lovely. She made ALL of my dreams come true and brought our wedding day vision to life. She even threw in extra wonderful surprises to make the day even more special. We had A LOT of vendors and she coordinated with them behind the scenes leading up to and the day of the wedding. She has such wonderful relationships with extremely talented people that she involved in our planning and big day. From calligraphy, to paper goods to linens, she made our wedding one of a kind and 100% a reflection of my husband's and my relationship. Jacin is more than just a planner. She is a friend, an honorary maid of honor, and gave me the support I desperately missed from not having a mother during the planning process and wedding weekend. I will forever be indebted to Jacin for going above and beyond in every way imaginable.

She takes extreme care in getting to know you (we feel like we have gained a true friend) and makes sure that your personalities are reflected in the details of your big day. Jacin also took the time to meet us at the venue a few times to make sure she understood the site and exactly what we wanted. We really enjoyed these visits! My husband and I had no idea what really goes into planning a wedding, without Jacin's help we would probably still be clueless. Jacin made sure we stayed on track with everything and literally helped with every aspect possible. We were sad she couldn't help us with our dancing, but that was really about all she couldn't help with. Jacin kept in contact with all of our vendors and made sure everything was ready to go. It was clear that she developed relationships with all of the vendors and that they all loved working with her. My parents also enjoyed getting to know Jacin and continuously have remarked that she was the best decision we made for our wedding. Jacin took care of all of the planning and design. So many things were incredible, including the florals! My husband likes to brew beer and so she incorporated hops into everything (bouquets, boutonnieres, garlands, etc). They were absolutely beautiful as well as unique, and who knew a guy would be so excited about the flower arrangements?! So my husband and I were set on an outdoor wedding, and of course had no real backup plan for the worst. Well, short of flooding, we got the worst. It rained for two straight weeks before our wedding, and the worst day was of course on our wedding day. Thank you, Hurricane Joaquin...at least you have a cool name. In all seriousness, our day was still PERFECT! Jacin ran around and made sure everyone would stay warm and dry, not to mention watched the forecast like a hawk the week before the wedding and communicated with us every day about potential plans. My husband and I had no idea at the time, but the power completely went out in the reception tent during our ceremony. As soon as Jacin found out, she ran down there and took care of business...we knew she wore many hats, but electrician was a new one for us. By the time guests were arriving in the tent, everything was up and running and no one had a clue anything was ever wrong. Additionally, Jacin took charge of communicating shuttle and logistical information with all of our guests. That was a HUGE task taken off of us. She communicated warnings about the weather and made sure guests knew that we wanted them to be comfortable and rain boots, etc were all welcomed. So many guests have commented on how great it was to get to know Jacin and how helpful she was (and we noticed a lot of people took her advice about the rain boots). Going back to the wearing of hats, I got a bit ambitious on the dance floor and ripped a sleeve...guess what? Jacin came over with a sewing kit and sewed it back on! She can literally do everything. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Jacin and watching the details of our big day come to life at her fingertips. Despite the weather, everything was perfect! Thank you so much, Jacin! Love,D&J

Her personal style is also impeccable, and lends itself to a variety of wedding decors ranging from preppy to chic/glam to rustic/whimsical. I was actually most impressed with her floral abilities. She arranged every flower at my wedding, including all bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony and reception floral arrangements. They were absolutely stunning, like someone had taken every beautiful arrangement I’d ever seen on Pinterest and showered them across my wedding (such a great feeling right?). Her calm, laid back demeanor was also perfect for conquering the day-of logistics and overall schedule. The wedding ceremony and reception timing both flowed so well under her command, nothing felt rushed or forced. Jacin took care of things that no bride should ever worry about, and then some. Her cool composure was also great when putting up with my barrage of detailed emails and questions, she was happy to respond quickly at any time of day. Overall, I was just so glad (and relieved!) to have her as my wedding coordinator, designer and florist. You won’t regret this choice!
