pictures back, some were amazing and some were just okay. Not all seemed usable to me. We wanted some of them re-edited (which he said he would be happy to do, just to let him know if we wanted anything changed). I’ve tried to contact him multiple times in various ways and so far it’s been over 2 months and nothing back. We paid for Thankyou cards which we won’t be able to use now since it’s been so long, and wedding photo album (which was a bit of money). We wanted some photos changed before choosing the pictures for our photo album and at this point I’m just assuming we won’t be getting what we paid for since he won’t contact us back at all.
Jack is a saint of a human being and an excellent photographer. If you’re looking for beautiful, dramatic photos you have come to the right man.

Our original engagement photo session has to be cancelled due to smoke from fires in the area. Jack rescheduled with us quickly, and then patiently waited while we were over an hour late!!! He quickly got to work when we arrived, and got some of the most beautiful engagement photos I’ve seen.
For our wedding, Jack had a second photographer (Matt I think his name was) and they both did a great job of capturing both candid and intimate photos of friends, family, and of course my husband and I. He even helped me get my own camera set up for a video of the ceremony, no extra charge. He even had a slideshow of the first reveal, bridal party, and ceremony photos together to enjoy with dessert.
Jack is a phenomenal photographer, but an even more exceptional person. Can’t wait to work with him again on future photography projects.
