was very organized, prompt, and kind. We were lucky enough to meet Jackie in person (pre-covid) where she interviewed my husband and I about how we met, our personalities, and the things we love or enjoy. We were shocked when she sent us the ceremony draft because she incorporated all these things and more to create a truly unique and beautiful ceremony. Jackie has a gift for words, storytelling, and understanding couples. She will work hard to make sure your ceremony is one to remember.

We were far from easy clients - having to change plans up until the very last minute (literally) due to the circumstances, but Jackie was easy going and helped us every step of the way. She customized our ceremony perfectly and her "emergency kit" came in handy as our florist forgot the pin to my boutonniere. Jackie was essential in making what we thought was our back-up wedding plan, into our dream wedding. The ceremony Jackie created touched on everything we love, including the outdoors, adventure, and our dog! It was very important to us that our dog was part of our ceremony and Jackie was very helpful in that planning. When building the ceremony, Jackie gives you so many options to choose from and Jackie was able to accommodate all of our requests. We were able to read messages we wrote for each other and then said more structured vows that were modern, empowering, and full of love, which helped make the ceremony feel so uniquely ours. There wasn't a dry eye in the tent! Jackie was always prepared and so positive which really came in handy on the day of the wedding, where the weather decided to rain, shine, hail, and snow at our outdoor venue. We wouldn't go with anyone else if we were going through this process again. Jackie is the best!

Gearing up to the wedding day we were able to have several phone interviews with Jackie to help her create a ceremony that perfectly fit us. But she wasn't just an officiant, she helped both of our families get to know each other and really helped everyone master their roles in the wedding. The day of, she was prepared with a first aid kit, bobby pins, props, and everything and anything you forget for your wedding. She made sure our filipino wedding traditions were properly implemented and gave us many options to choose from to help her create a personalized script. Jackie made sure that the extra details we wanted were in place, such as the bubbles for the end of the ceremony and for our guests to turn off their phones. I couldn't have asked for a better officiant. There are many who can officiate a wedding, but Jackie truly goes above and beyond an officiant. She helped plan our wedding, managed everyone at the ceremony, and truly took care of us and our ceremony. My family and guests were very impressed of how professional she was, she has a soothing voice, and she really showed the audience how well she got to know us. Our ceremony was far from scripted, she made sure it was what we wanted and it was truly about us and not a general officiant script that you can get online. Jackie, we are so lucky to have you as our officiant. You were truly amazing and made our day so special and memorable!

From the first phone call all the way to the ceremony, we had felt as if we had known her for years, we were just that comfortable! on the phone since we were planning our wedding from Virginia, while she's in Lake Tahoe, and tried to get to know us that way by asking us questions and just general conversation. When we got to town she met us for coffee one morning to go over everything since we weren't doing a rehearsal, and she wanted to meet us in person prior to marrying us. She was the sweetest! Everything she said during the ceremony was great - most was by the script, and there were a few funny things she added in as they naturally occurred during the ceremony. She personalized what she said to include little things that made it so unique to us. Since we had two ring bearers, and one was carrying flowers to throw (per his request), she asked one ring bearer for the rings and the other for the petals, and then started talking about what the petals stand for, and it was just adorable. It made them feel so special and loved. She also did a "Greek unity ceremony" type of deal for us, as we wanted to incorporate the Stefana crowns into our wedding and my Greek heritage, and she did a great job of talking about it and making sure we didn't offend any practicing Greek Orthodox individuals. It means everything to me though - I now have the Stefana crowns that she used hanging in our house as decor in a frame. It was raining, snowing and hailing on our wedding day, but Jackie was a champ! She was positive, and she kept us updated on the weather and was ready to do it in any weather conditions, even if we were set on doing it outdoors in the pouring rain/snow/hail. She sent us links on information pertaining to getting a marriage license and all the steps we need to take (and there are a lot) for everything before and after, and things such as name changes! She also sent us information on road conditions as that can delay you by a lot, she posted in our WedPics app with pictures she took that day, and she left us a sweet little gift that I'll forever cherish. She was so sweet to everyone, and dealt with the ever changing messy mess that we were with grace. I would choose her all over again if I had to do it all over - I wouldn't even think twice about it!
