Bridal also handles dress alterations in house - which was so convenient and easy for me. We also purchased our bridesmaid dresses from Jackie’s. They were absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend Jackie’s!

irst bridal store I’ve ever went to and they had the EXACT one I fell in love with online - but at Jackie’s they were so kind, welcoming, and personal. My mom said someone else wanted to try my dress on after I did and they said no, I had an appointment and came all the way from South Carolina to try this on, it was to be back with me as long as I wanted it to be. They made me so comfortable, were so helpful, kindly gave their professional opinion without being pushy, listened to me, and they had a family-feel kind of atmosphere there that I really appreciated! And my dress came in 2 months earlier than we expected!

ross Jackie's Bridal. As soon as we walked in we noticed the dresses were just beautiful. We were able to pick out a bunch of dresses to try on. If the dress didn't fit perfectly they mentioned alterations in a way that the dress will be altered to fit me. They made me feel comfortable like nothing was with me and a dress is a dress it can be fixed but I am fine just the way I am. If I had a fancy event to go to I would go back to Jackie's Bridal.

When I came back to get my dress it looked as if they barely adjusted the bust. It was still extremely loose. The seamstress was not there so the owner Jackie pinned it for a second adjustment. I could not believe they didn’t do it correctly on the first attempt. I had to come back a third time and it still wasn’t done right! It was still very loose. They offered to fix it in a way that takes 10 minutes but doesn’t look as good or a way that takes 90 minutes but I would have to come back. I absolutely could not come back given I like 45 minutes away, had conflicts, a newborn at home, and the wedding was one week away. I just opted for the faster version but am not fully satisfied. This alteration was not worth $65 at all. I’ve been a bridesmaid about 15 times and haven’t needed more than one adjustment anywhere else and haven’t had to pay as much either. I talked to the owner Jackie and told her this was such a hassle and requested at least a discount for this. She kept telling me that my body changed because I had a baby. How does she know what my body is doing? My weight and dimensions have been exactly the same since I came in the first time. She refused to provide any price adjustment. If I knew I would have had to come in so many times and not get alterations I was happy with I would have gone elsewhere. Additionally the seamstress kept commenting on how flat I was and that if she made it tighter I would “look like a little girl.” This place is ridiculous and run by someone who doesn’t care for her customers. I will ensure none of my friends come here.

They kept me posted when the dress would be ready (and it was) and they were available any time I needed them. All the fittings were seamless and the dress came out beautifully!!!
