Jackrabbit Limo

’d be leaving honest reviews. 6/1/24: booked 2 buses for wedding on Sat 9/28/24 8/14/24: groom provided itinerary for the 2 buses, Jackrabbit confirmed via email. 9/28/24 10:35am: Kevin (dispatcher at JR) provided our alleged drivers names via email, Ahmad & David. 9/28/24 4:02pm: bride called "David" to note that the Bridal crew was waiting past the pick up time. David said had just been reassigned to a different job bride called JR to clarify the correct driver. The dispatcher said he did not know who the correct driver was. bride expressed urgency & asked him to call back ASAP. 4:09pm: bride called Kevin back. He still didn't know who the correct driver was. bride & her 10 bridal party guests were forced to drive their personal cars to the venue since the ceremony was set to start at 5pm. 4:18pm: Kevin emailed (despite promising to call) & admitted that they had made en error: "I wanted to inform you that our driver, Girgis, mistakenly went to the old pickup address, but he is now on his way to the correct location... We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding." bride emailed at 4:19pm: "Go straight to groom Airbnb. We are driving ourselves" groom & his crew proceeded to wait, but the driver never showed up. Groom had to call Ubers to the venue. In addition to this entire lack of service from bus 1, Bus 2 that WAS present did not honor the approved itinerary making us late to every event Because we only had 1 bus, the single bus was grossly overcrowded, forcing most people to stand in aisles without seatbelts. It also left many other guests stranded at venue (including the mother of the bride) Weds 10/2: couple spoke to Malik (JR owner) via phone. Malik apologized, admitted fault and confirmed that there had been disorganization on their side for two main reasons: (1) JackRabbit had overbooked their vans & therefore they had to outsource one of the vans to a 3rd party company. He did not provide the name of the company (2) Malik claimed to be in surgery overseas & thus was unable to oversee mgmt on the day of Malik verbally confirmed refund us for the 2nd bus, but that he needed to gather more evidence to do so, such as the video surveillance of the buses as well as GPS info. confirmed he would share this data with us once received. we insisted that they receive at least a 20% refund that night given the lack of trust and ongoing lack of resolution. Malik issued 20% of 1 bus ($605) to Joes card. MALIK THEN PEELED THIS REFUND BACK Thurs 10/3: Malik called back & said he would no longer issue a refund, lying and saying the 2nd bus showed up but refused to verify with GPS + video surveillance data that was promised just the day before. groom noted he would have to dispute the charges with his credit card as well as ask our guests to leave honest reviews given that they were negatively impacted and spent hundreds of dollars in last minute Ubers. Malik began yelling AND THREATENING VIOLENCE. Malik hung up the call. Thurs 10/3: Malik emailed groom a set of 2 GPS logs stating they were proof of both buses operating, but the logs 1) only reflected one single bus’s journey 2) verified other claims that that single bus was late for every single departure time. As of 10/6 Malik STILL REFUSES TO REFUND $6K
