About this vendor
After more than 15 years working across every side of the wedding industry—planning, coordinating, floral, design, gowns, catering, and venues—I’ve seen how weddings actually come together behind the scenes.
Jackrabbit Weddings is built on that perspective.
Instead of full-service planning, I offer virtual consulting sessions designed to give you clear, grounded guidance at the moments you need it most.
Whether you're reviewing a contract, choosing between vendors, or trying to make sense of your timeline, the goal is simple:
to help you make informed decisions and build a plan that works.
This approach is ideal for couples who want to stay involved in their planning process—but don’t want to do it entirely alone.
Virtual Wedding Planning Session (60 minutes)
A focused consultation to talk through any part of your planning—vendors, logistics, timelines, or overall structure.
Vendor & Contract Review
A detailed look at your contracts and vendor choices, with clear feedback before you commit.
Deep Dive Planning Session (90 minutes)
For couples who want a more comprehensive review of their plans, decisions, and next steps.
Follow-Up Session (30 minutes)
A shorter session for continued support as your plans evolve.
Jackrabbit Weddings does not offer full-service planning or day-of coordination.

Jackrabbit Weddings was a lifesaver!
After our original wedding plans were cancelled (thanks 2020), we were exhausted and resigned ourselves to signing paperwork in a parking lot r...
eal quick and calling it a day. But then we found Rita who put together a gorgeous elopement with a great location, flowers, personalized keepsake cards, music, photography, and ceremony setup with zero work on our part. Our friends and family attended virtually while we had our private little ceremony in the woods and it was so beautiful. If you want an elopement or small wedding where you seriously don't have to stress about a thing, I can't recommend Rita enough! We really lucked out finding her and getting a memorable elopement we love looking back on, when it easily could have been a day of scrambling and disappointment. It's especially perfect for 2020 but honestly the gorgeous results with 0 stress are worth it even when traditional wedding planning is an option again.
Jackrabbit Weddings were incredible to work with! We had to change our wedding plans pretty quickly when things started locking-down in the state, and Jackrabbit Weddings was a lif...

Rita was so great and fun to talk to, and saved us so much time. It was awesome to have a conversation with Rita about what we wanted with the wedding, and then just show up to a ceremony.
She was great at customizing the wedding just for us, and following up with any questions she (or we!) had.
