We booked Jackson Catering for our wedding. Communication with Jackson was timely and efficient. They made it super easy to get in contact and book tastings, linens, etc. The food was absolutely amazing and we received a ton of compliments from our guests. I would recommend Jackson for future events!

Amazing! Jackson did a wonderful job with our wedding in May 2021 (postponed from our original date in May 2020 - they made it easy!). Danica is so helpful and knowledgable, and was super enjoyable to work with! She was so responsive and we really appreciated it; thanks, Danica! We had a blast at our tasting, and the food was absolutely delicious - it was hard to pick just a few items! On the day of our wedding, I could not believe how amazing the whole team was. The food was great, tables looked gorgeous, service was spectacular, and they took care of even more than I expected! The bartender was also amazing. They added a lot of thoughtful touches, including meeting my husband and I with appetizers after the ceremony, making us full plates for dinner, and just being so accommodating. Look no further for a professional, delicious, full-service caterer!

We booked Jackson Catering for our wedding back in 2019. Unfortunately, COVID happened and we had to postpone. They were flexible and willing to let us carry over our date to the new wedding date. We were able to do a tasting of a variety of food choices before making a selection. I am very grateful for that. Many vendors have you pick before you taste the food, and for me the taste and presentation of the food was VERY important. They also provided the linen rental and the silverware/dishes/cups were all included. They had a great choice of colors as far as the napkin colors and we were able to pick one that matched our wedding colors. They did all the set up and break down as it pertained to the buffet and dishes. They provided a bartender and staff to serve the food. They served us (wedding couple) the food directly, which was nice. They also set aside some food for us in boxes to eat the next day, before they served it buffet style. The food taste was delicious! All my guests were talking about how tasty the food was. There was plenty of food and we did not run out of anything. Some of my guests even asked for to go boxes but unfortunately due to food safety rules, they are unable to allow the guests to take food with them. The staff was very professional and courteous. Overall, would definitely recommend and would use them again!

We had the honor of having Jackson Catering at our wedding. They absolutely knocked it out of the park! 5 stars isn’t even enough to describe how amazing the overall experience of working with them was. They were so accommodating to all our requests (even up to the last minute), flexible, and just overall really nice people. I cannot say enough good things about all the staff. At our wedding, we always had someone checking in to see if we needed anything. Really a great group of true professionals! Now, onto the food...where to even begin! We had countless people say it was the BEST wedding food they’d ever had. After the wedding, multiple people asked if they had a restaurant because they need to eat Jackson Catering’s food again! We had one guest show up after dinner service and the staff readily prepared them a plate. They truly went above and beyond to help make our day perfect. We would hire them again and again. I cannot recommend them enough!

The food is DELICIOUS! Jackson catering was the only company to respond back to me while I was planning my wedding and I am so glad they did. Arranging a menu tasting was easy, and the deal was sealed within the first bite or two of tasting. The hardest part was choosing what dishes we wanted to serve at the wedding. Brigitte was extremely helpful in walking us through the final details and making sure dishes could be made vegetarian for some of our guests. Jackson Catering provided the linens, dishes, servers, and bartender. Having that all through one vendor was huge help for our wedding. The staff were all extremely nice and professional! I would definitely work with Jackson Catering again. PS: try the hushpuppies, you won’t regret it!

Of all the things that were wonderful at our wedding, my guests could not stop swooning over how great the food was! Everything was so delicious, well-prepared, hot and fresh! The wait staff and bartenders were polite and helpful as well. The restaurant was also so helpful with allowing us to do two tastings of different dishes. I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality and quality of food. Amazing!

Working with Jackson Catering was a breeze! Their office manager and coordinator Danica was so sweet ever since the moment we met her at our sample tasting. She was responsive and always provided ample information and answered our many questions with ease. Their business and their processes are very organized which made it easy for us to trust them with catering for our big day. Richard was also super efficient, and he was even present during our walkthrough at the venue. My husband and I are huge foodies so it was really important for us to provide really delicious food at our reception, and Jackson Catering did not disappoint. Several of our guests complimented the food so we knew it was a hit! I did hear a few comments about how waters were not refilled, and I noticed that the groom and myself didn’t get refills either, and I desperately needed it! Thankfully our friends are so sweet and would run to the beverage table to get waters for us. I am not sure if water service was included or not since we did have a separate water dispenser but it would be nice to request that for those making future bookings! Unfortunately we didn’t get our “to-go” meals at the end as indicated on our contract, but they quickly responded when I inquired about it the next day. Since there was such little food leftover, they were unable to send any food home with us. If this is important for you, I would recommend when booking to request to have something packed for your to-go meals first, so that there is food reserved for you before the guests grab seconds and thirds. Overall we had a great experience with Jackson, and would recommend their catering services! They are on the preferred vendor list at The Willow Ballroom and we loved how many different menu options they have available!

Such good food!! When we had our tasting, we had in mind that we wanted Mexican food for our wedding. However, when we tried all the food and realized how delicious everything was, it was so hard to choose! Evan and Danica were so helpful during the process and made it easy. We love that they offer a full package of all the flatware, glassware, and variety of linen colors. We have gotten so many compliments about the food and how good it was!

We were lucky enough to meet the Jackson team based on the recommendation from a mutual friend, and we were thrilled with the spread they created for our wedding. From the beginning, they spent time to understand our vision for a “boho picnic,” adjusting the menu and offering us tastings a few times along the planning process. Ultimately, they put together an incredible cheese board and appetizers for the cocktail hour, a delicious buffet-style dinner (our guests are still talking about the lamb chops!), and late-night tacos for those of us needing to recharge after hours of dancing. We’d highly recommend the Jackson team!

Amazing food! Guests loved everything. Staff was super easy to work with. Communication was never an issue. I WOULD definitely recommend them for ANY special event.

They were amazing!!!! They set up everything for me as requested. The food was amazing! My guests were so amazed by the professionalism and hospitality of the caterers. They raved about the service and the food. My guests said this was the best wedding food they've ever had! Everything turned out beautifully and they were very mindful of our needs throughout the entire reception.

The food is one of the top 4 things that my guests can't stop raving about (the others were the venue, the cake, and how well we clean up for the big day). Jackson Catering and Events did an amazing job at our wedding! Evan and his staff went above and beyond with helping out with table settings and the service. Everytime we see a guest they remind us how amazing the food was. The staff made sure the wedding party was taken care of and provided them with drinks throughout the night. They truely made our wedding vision come true! Thank you for all your hardwork and we recommend them!

We had our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant - they closed the whole restaurant down for us!!! They let us try everything they offered on the menu before we comitted to them. They were so flexible and easy to work with, such a relief when planning a wedding! Plus the food was some of the most flavorful, delicious food I have ever had. I would highly recommend them for both rehearsal and wedding catering!

This caterer was a part of the all-inclusive package I had with my vendor. The food is delicious. Ours was served buffet style, and the head chef was actually at the buffet cutting the tri-tip to order for each person! We were more than happy with our wedding food. Generous portions as well.
