I don't even know where to start. Jaclyn was seriously amazing from start to finish. From booking our engagement shoot to meeting at our venue, she made everything so easy. She just puts so much care into her clients. We were supposed to have our photos taken on a Friday and some clouds started rolling in in the afternoon. I cannot stress how amazing our photographer was! Jaclyn had gone over and above to make our engagement and wedding day so special. Jaclyn was so fun to work with. I am probably the least photogenic person on the planet and Jaclyn was so patient and so kind through every step of the process. Before we booked her for our wedding, we had the pleasure of doing an engagement shoot with her that ended up being included in our final wedding package. She helped us brainstorm some locations and we settled on Peddler's Village. She worked magic even in a public space crowded with people and produced some truly magical photos of us surrounded by shining holiday lights and winter greenery. I am normally so stiff and awkward in photos and Jaclyn was able to put me at ease, helped me loosen up, and encouraged me to just be present in a very special moment with my soon-to-be husband. When she sent us the link to our final-edited photos from our engagement shoot, we knew booking her for our wedding was a no-brainer. The photos were absolutely stunning and we had such a hard time selecting which ones we wanted to use for our wedding website, and our save-the-dates. Jaclyn made the planning process leading up to our wedding very easy, she is clearly a professional and walked us through each step. We were fortunate enough to be able to take her to an open house at our venue a few months prior to the wedding so she could get a feel for the space since she hadn't been their previously. The day of our wedding was smooth and polished, she had her list of must-have shots and we plowed through them so we could still catch the tail-end of our cocktail hour. She stole us away a few times through the night to capture some more shots of just the two of us and some of those are going to be our favorites. In absolutely record-timing she got us a sneak peek of about 70-80 photos only two days after our wedding and they look absolutely breathtaking. In all honesty, if these 70 photos were the only ones we got, we'd have been happy with what we paid for. In a matter of only 6 weeks, she sent us our final gallery and we were absolutely blown away. She is truly gifted and we love our photos. It took us 3 hours to go through them all and we ended up with almost 200 favorites on just the first time through. Suffice it to say, she was well-worth the investment and we couldn't be happier with our final products.

Jaclyn! I do not have enough positive words to thin of to describe your talent and professionalism on our wedding day. I did not really have an aesthetic or vision for my photography; I let Jaclyn do her job and I am so impressed and IN LOVE with my photos. The lighting, types of shots and details captured were amazing. I would hire Jaclyn again in a heart beat. Your extra photographer was just as wonderful and you each made us feel so special. Jaclyn did a lovely job with our engagement photos and our wedding photos! The printed album after the wedding was so special to have too, especially in a digital world. Jaclyn was very responsive to emails with planning and the questions we had as we were navigating the planning process. Having the option to upgrade for a second photographer on the day of the wedding was incredibly beneficial to us to catch all the different things going on that day! Jaclyn was amazing and I'd highly recommend. She was very organized which helped me a lot given we didn't have a wedding planner. She made us feel very comfortable and was on time with everything, even getting to our hotel a little early so we had a bit of extra time which was nice. We got all the pictures we wanted and then some! We received the pictures just last week and they've all been so great. I especially love not only the set shots that were planned, but all of the candid shots she got!

Dropping a few lines to share my recent experinece with Jaclyn. She was the photographer for our recent July 2021 wedding. In terms of communication and planning, I always got a prompt response to questions, and throughout the process I felt I had a clear and transparent view of the expectations and costs. She even guarenteed a back up photographer should an emergency prevent her coming, which helped with our peace of mind. On the big day, she became a valued part of the celebration. She was always there sharing in the laughter and fun. It was very important to us that we find a photographer interested in capturing natural moments. With a little stageing, she would set us up and just capture the joy and smiles as they happened. She was like a wildlife photographer set loose in a ballroom. Which was perfect because my (now) husband gets shy smiling in front of a camera. She was able to capture honest and real emotions that we can treasure forever. As the thoughts about cake and flowers and bar service planning fade with time, we will always have these pictures to remember the important moments of celebration.

Jaclyn captured and created something magical and we will forever be able to look back and truly feel the emotions we felt during our wedding. Jaclyn is comfortable with all the punches thrown at a wedding and we had a ton of personalities with their own agendas that she gracefully handled. One o f the best things we did for our wedding day was to have Jaclyn there to capture every moment. Five stars don't even do it justice. I cannot thank Jaclyn enough!  As a few people below have mentioned, having to plan and replan a wedding and reception during this pandemic has not been the easiest, but Jaclyn was so accommodating from start to finish.  From the first phone call I had with Jaclyn, I knew she was going to be great! My husband and I kept our original wedding date because the date was important to us, but our reception day was 7 months later.  Jaclyn was able to capture both events so beautifully and the picture turn around was so incredibly fast!

It is hard planning a wedding, but even harder during a pandemic. Jaclyn made us feel comfortable right away and was supportive throughout the process. She listened to all my ideas for photos and captured my ideas so beautifully. Jaclyn was so personable and fun to be with, I felt I had another friend at the wedding. Jaclyn was awesome and flexible from start to finish. We had a phone call before I hired her where I voiced every possible idea, concern, and question. Jaclyn is so great to work with! From the first time we met to our wedding day, she was extremely responsive and also very flexible. We had to change our wedding plans multiple times due to COVID-19, from date to venue and Jaclyn worked with us with each change we made. We just got our photos back from her (such a quick turn around also!!!) and they turned out amazing! We are so happy we had Jaclyn to capture our day for us - it was an extremely hot day and the wedding was outside and she made sure to get all the pictures we wanted and got them quickly so we could get out of the heat! Jaclyn did an extraordinary job photographing our wedding! She sent us some beautiful "sneak peak" photos within three days. She also made sure we got through all the photos and calmly managed our large wedding party and families. We really appreciated just how relaxed and easy to be around she was. Jaclyn took our engagement pictures and is our photographer for our wedding as well. From the start she was amazing. Five stars does not properly explain how much we loved Jaclyn! She was amazing from start to finish. We had issues with our previous photographer, so we found Jaclyn less than a month before our wedding. She was so informative and communicative with us leading up to the wedding and took all the photos we had requested. About two-three weeks after the wedding we got a sneak peak of our photos and they were AMAZING!!! She captured our day so beautifully. We just got our full gallery this weekend and I can't even describe to you how perfect all of our photos looked. Jaclyn captured the fun, love and happiness I felt on the day of in perfect shots. Jaclyn was professional and so fun to be around. Honestly I don't know how she ate or used the bathroom day of because she was everywhere! She got fantastic shots of my husband and I, our families and all of our guests. I would recommend Jaclyn for your wedding a million times over! Jaclyn is top notch. So easy to work with, responsive, and professional. She is so sweet and fun to work with. She even doubled as a hair dresser, taking bobby pins out of her own hair to help keep mine in place when it was falling. That is top notch service. Her and I had an instant connection to where I felt like I could be friends with her, she made me feel so comfortable considering posing for pictures can be quite awkward, even my now husband was so impressed with how comfortable they made him feel as well. I have only seen the shots they showed me on the camera so far, but I am confident from what I have already seen, they will be more than I ever imagined. Incredible! Jaclyn shot our wedding and definitely had her work cut out for her. An entire wedding party with no experience having our photos taken. She was not only kind, fun and full of love but also extremely professional. Running around the city with her was a highlight of our day... The end result. AMAZING! Jaclyn made us look so good. We could not be happier with our photos. The really difficult part is going to be choosing our favorites when we make an album. There are so many wonderful memories to pick from.

Even before my husband and I got engaged, I knew I wanted Jaclyn to photograph our wedding! My husband and I absolutely loved our wedding pictures! They turned out flawless! Our wedding was on an extremely hot day and we did a first look before the ceremony, but Jaclyn made it so easy to get the perfect pictures! She was willing to work with us on every detail of the day-of timeline and added all the locations we wished to get pictures at. She stayed all day with us from getting ready, to the first look, to the ceremony and reception, and the sparkler sendoff. She was also amazing, helped me with my train and veil, and was constantly supporting me all day. She also made creating an amazing album so easy! Jaclyn did our engagement pictures as well, where she was willing to travel to our location and find multiple spots for the perfect pictures. We couldn't be happier with our wedding photos.

We loved having Jaclyn as our photographer for both our engagement session and wedding day! Our pictures were beautiful, she exceeded our wants and expectations. We had a large group of family at the temple (over 120 people) and Jaclyn handled our rowdy group so well. I could not convince my fiancé enough about how we should invest more of our budget into someone who will help us capture the day in a way that lets us relive the memories over and over again. From the beginning, Jaclyn was the only photographer that my fiancé trusted and loved. The day after the wedding, we chatted and my husband admitted to me that she was perfect and worth every penny. We planned our wedding from Florida and therefore, needed someone flexible and reliable. I remember one time, we were skyping outside her normal hours to talk and she knew she'd be late to the meeting, because of rain and traffic, so she pulled over and purchased coffee in a random shop to get wifi and insure she wouldn't miss our skype meeting. That is just who she is--she puts your needs above hers. On the big day, she was everywhere you wanted her to be and out of your way when you wanted privacy and some fun.

Jaclyn was everything we could've asked for on our wedding day! She was able to capture the absolute best moments from getting ready, to the first look, to ceremony, and reception. We've heard from several of our friends and family that they had no idea how she got such great shots of them when they didn't remember her being there in that moment. She was so immersed that people didn't even notice! I could not be happier with how everything turned out.

From all the advice we received from family and friends, one of the biggest things that we were told was to find the best photographer because we are going to want all of those photos to look back on 20, 30, and 50 years down the line. We could not have found a better photographer! Jaclyn is amazing at what she does! She paid attention to every detail, and documented every aspect of our wedding day! Which is something that all of our guests noticed :) we were being told countless times how awesome our photographer was! Jaclyn's an awesome photographer! My wife and I met with her and told her the style we were looking for in our wedding photos and she more than delivered. The pictures turned out great - she captured everything from little details like table settings, rings, the wedding dress pattern, etc, to the wedding ceremony and the reception. From the more stylized photos of the bridal party after the ceremony to the more dynamic, natural photos of the party itself, ultimately the photos capture the atmosphere of the day, and really, what more could you ask for?
