new we were in good hands. While we didn’t want a lot of florals for the wedding, the ones that we did get exceeded our expectations. They were able to deliver the flowers safely the morning of the wedding to the location so when I arrived everything was there, and easily labeled as well! While I’m not sure if they do this often, they also gave us free flower petals for our flower girls, which was very nice since we were unsure if we wanted flowers petals (our flower girls were young so we weren’t sure they would throw them). Working with Jacobsen’s was very easy and efficient.

w different from standard they were, we ended up have a huge change to our florals under 3 weeks before the wedding and Sheri didn’t even bat an eye, she just took care of it. The florals at my wedding were perfect. They were more than perfect. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and people are still telling me how gorgeous our flowers were. Any future event I have and need flowers I will go back and I will always recommend them to everyone I know. 100% of the time, go to Jacobsen’s for your floral needs.

ust as beautiful as I'd hoped and they made sure to get the pink Calla Lilies I was hoping for. We opted to pick up our flowers instead of the $200 delivery charge. They seem a little behind the times as far as scheduling, estimates, payments - nothing is done online/through e-mail, and payment is only accepted in store when a certain employee was in. This made it a little difficult for me being out of the area. Regardless, we were very happy with everything and our flowers looked stunning. Thank you, Jacobsen's!

wedding so I, with the help of our florist (Noreen) sketched out and created my ideas. Noreen had many suggestions about which flowers and greenery would hold up the best in the heat (I had an outdoor wedding and reception). She also suggested ways to display our flowers after the ceremony was over.
The entire design meeting was very organized, Noreen was very easy to talk to and had lots of suggestions. The whole shop had a "whatever-the-bride-wants" attitude; they did not give me any trouble about wanting to design my own pieces and they were very patient and helpful while we worked out all of the kinks.
Noteworthy: When I came in, I told them that I was making my own table arrangements for the reception (check out costco.com for inexpensive bulk flowers) and they did not discourage me from making them myself or try to persuade me to buy anything more than what I told them I wanted. I never felt like they were trying to up-sell me anything or add more things on to the order (rare in the wedding industry).

h I had been warned that my bouquet was going to be three inches squared :( Also, even though they told us that representatives would be at the church to drop off the flowers and pin them on the men in the wedding, we arrived at the church to find the flowers left there with no representative. We had to put them on ourselves.
