Jackie is incredible to work with. Even though we live on the other side of the country, she made sure to build a relationship and scheduled several phone calls with us. She is extremely organized which we appreciated with the chaos that is wedding planning. At the last minute there were some unexpected changes but Jackie’s communication was outstanding and supportive. We had photos back to us within a week and they are just perfect! They truly capture the magic of our wedding and highlight all the little things we wanted to document. We would highly recommend Jackie!

Jackie is amazing! Not only does she take the most stunning pictures but she becomes part of your family. Both my wedding party and guests kept coming up to us to let us know how phenomenal she is. My stepson was heavily involved in our day as well and she treated him like gold. He wanted to be involved in helping her with poses and different ways to take photos and she let him! Other photographers may have been annoyed and bothered by this but Jackie was all about it and let him be her little assistant. She was a dream from the first time we spoke. Every couple or family that gets to work with Jackie is extremely lucky. My fiancé and I booked Jackie as our engagement shoot photographer (we had committed to a long-distance wedding photographer that was unavailable for an engagement shoot during the Fall months) and it was the best decision we've made so far. She took the time to jump on a phone call before booking to discuss budget, vision and her approach to her work. We automatically clicked and felt her magic early on. It doesn’t happen often that I’m made speechless but that’s the only way I can express how I felt about our wedding day and working with Jackie, Katie, and Bryndon. I’ve been lucky enough to know Jackie since attending high school but I have never been able to truly see her talent first hand until it was my turn to tie the knot! We live in Las Vegas and while planning our wedding long distance had it’s challenges, communicating and coordinating times for a meeting in person and the day of wedding timeline was a seamless and easy process. I was at complete ease the entire day knowing that I had Jackie by my side to keep everything running smooth and everyone in line! Jackie photographed our wedding just over ten years ago. She also did an amazing engagement session which set the tone for the wedding. We knew we’d be in very capable hands. She’s done two more sessions for us as well. When our eldest was 6 months old and just last weekend she shot the whole family in Beacon, NY. Her patience and talent is even better than I remembered. If you have the opportunity to work with her, take it and don’t think twice about it.

If I had to give advice to future brides about choosing a wedding photographer, I would say DO NOT underestimate the importance of personal connection. When we started searching for a photographer we were focused on the aesthetic. We wanted photos that beautifully captured the candid moments of a wedding rather than an overly posed and overly filtered image. Jackie’s work really aligned with what we were looking for and when we contacted her we were prompted to fill out a questionnaire. We somewhat begrudgingly filled everything out and to our surprise she responded with a detailed and sincere response. This was in stark contrast to the other wedding vendor responses we received that were completely auto-populated. We quickly found out Jackie also came from a military family, she shared our sense of humor, our love of dogs and our weird obsession with Rummikub. And in a Will Ferrell moment we thought… wait… "did we just become best friends?" From that point on, Jackie and her team exceeded all of our expectations. We weren’t sure we wanted engagement photos, but Jackie agreed to drive to meet us at a sentimental location to make it happen. After getting stuck in traffic and sitting in the car for HOURS, Jackie and Michelle arrived unfazed with warm smiles and big hugs. I’ll admit, it’s totally awkward having a stranger take pictures of you for an hour, but with Jackie and Michelle, we felt totally at ease. We were our fun, loving and silly selves and every picture taken was a beautiful and natural reflection of our personalities and love. Having someone you trust and feel comfortable around on your wedding day is also incredibly important, especially when you have to spend 8 hours of your day with them. The end product speaks for itself – our wedding photos are beautiful and our favorite shots are the ones that capture the candid, raw emotion of the day. We really couldn’t have imagined a better team to share the most important day of our lives with and we have the photo booth pictures to prove it! :) PS - If you are on the fence about adding the pfotobooth to your package – just do it! It was a HUGE hit at our wedding and when else are you going to get to strike a pose next to your mother-in-law in a flamingo hat?

Working with Jackie for our wedding in November was wonderful. Chris and I were so lucky to have a photographer who was able to capture the real feel of our day. When Jackie arrived at the bridal suite as we were getting ready, she seemed just as excited as we were, and she fit right in. Nothing was uncomfortable. She definitely put us at ease with the whole day. Also, we did have an additional photographer to help that Jackie picked and she was just as great. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We used Jackie for our wedding 6 years ago. She also did our engagement photos. I can’t say enough good things! 6 years later, the beautiful photos are an amazing memory of that day.

I wish I could convey my happiness with JacPfef better over words. Reality is that she is fantastic. She shot my sister's wedding and I loved her as a person (comfort with photographer is important) and I loved her pictures. So I got her to travel to Florida to shoot my wedding. First, I kept forgetting that she was the photographer and not a member of the bridal party. Second, while my husband and I are not good at one on one shots (we don't like attention and just don't do a lot of pics), she was able to get quite a number of good 'posed' shots of us, she made the shots more natural and adapted to our personalities. Also she took so many pictures, and they covered everything. Looking over the pictures she sent us was more than just reliving the memories of the night, it also allowed me to see that night from another perspective which was both heartfelt and (given my bridal party) quite hysterical. Jackie, you are awesome, I want to be your best friend and I could never get another photographer cause they will never be as good as you.

Jackie and her shooting partner were a blast to work with, and our wedding photos turned out incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or more beautiful photos! Jackie kept the family photo procession under control and on time and gave easy-to-follow directions for all of us throughout the day. She made sure our personalities came through and our lipstick was on point. We highly recommend her!

Meeting Jackie was hands down the best thing that happened to us while planning our wedding. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give- she was truly incredible. We were thrilled with our engagement photos (she even agreed to include our puppy in some!) and had so much fun taking them-she instantly made us feel at ease and comfortable. Our planning process was a bit rough, but Jackie checked in regularly and was super supportive and helpful. She gave some great advice around color schemes and our shot list. On our wedding day, she was again an absolute rockstar. She was positive, calm, and professional all day. She navigated us away from some awkward interactions/family situations effortlessly, and even though we've only seen a few photos so far, we are blown away. I can't recommend her highly enough. Jackie and Michelle were the perfect photographers for our wedding day! Friends and family keep reaching out to echo what a good job they did in capturing the joy and fun of the day. It was like Jackie was reading my mind all afternoon - knowing when my husband and I needed a break from the crowd versus when we wanted to forgo tradition and plans for real time fun.

Jackie is a wonderful photographer and person! My husband and I are not the most photogenic people (to put it nicely) but she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, both during our engagement photos, and the day of the wedding. When we got our photos both of us - as well as our families - were thrilled with them. We have already had newly engaged friends ask for Jackie's information and we are more than thrilled to recommend her for the quality of her work. I will say though, she occasionally will take a while (more than a day or two) to get back to you, which you should know going in. We used her with her partner photographer, and his photos were equally wonderful. Given our budget, JacPfef photography felt like a splurge, but we both feel like it was worth every penny.

Jackie & Michelle made our wedding incredible. I’d recommend them to anyone. They were super friendly, extremely accommodating and they stuck to my schedule & shots list like their lives depended on it. They made my wedding so stress free & enjoyable. Jackie is simply the best. My husband and I are pretty awkward and being in front of the camera is not our forte. Jackie was amazing in meeting us where we were make us feel comfortable during the more "staged photos," and capturing A TON of incredible candid shots that we will treasure forever. Jackie was a dream come true for us! We both were nervous about all the photographs as we wanted to look natural and a lot of candid photos and Jackie was able to capture that instantly. Firstly, she is just such a lovely person, so friendly and easy to feel comfortable around, she made us actually laugh during the photos so we were not awkwardly trying to fake smile and laugh and she really was so passionate in what she did. She did our engagement shoot and the wedding. During the engagement photos, which we did in NYC, she made us feel so comfortable and had such great visions for the photos. She also designed and printed our save the date which were more then we could have ever dreamed of and captured our style so well. She was able to create the most amazing guest book for the day of the wedding for us with all the best photos from the engagement shoot and we will treasure that forever. On they day of the wedding she had a second photographer, Brian, with her who was also just as amazing to work with and it meant they captured the bride and groom getting ready as well as special moments throughout the night. She really was so experiences with wedding photography and what should be photographed and also chose the best spots for the family photos to be taken. She made me trust her instantly just by her personality and then when actually seeing the photos I was blown away. I would highly recommend her as a photographer!

Very unhappy with my photo shoot with Jackie. Poses were amateurish, she takes forever to deliver services, and ignores all attempts at communication. Would not recommend.

I highly recommend Jackie as a photographer for any important event. Our wedding photos turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Jackie was attentive to our requests and gave excellent direction when we needed it. She was professional, personable, and made taking the photos a lot of fun for us and our guests. She has a lot of experience photographing West Point weddings so she knows the best locations and angles for photos at that venue. So many of our friends and family praised Jackie highly for the photos of our wedding and I have recommended her to two other close friends getting married there soon.

Oh, how I wish there were more stars to give! My husband and I were beyond satisfied with the service and pictures from JacPfef Photography. Jackie was very easy to reach by e-mail, telephone, and text whenever I had a question and guided us through creating a timeline of events for the day. She just seems to think of everything and made the whole process before the big day so much easier! Jackie is reliable, creative, professional, friendly, and has a way of making everyone feel at ease and comfortable. She was able to get some extraordinary shots of the bridal party getting ready without us feeling like we were even being photographed. This led to some beautiful and fun candid shots! That's another thing I loved about Jackie, she is really able to just capture the moment rather than focusing on posed and choreographed shots (although she did those too and they are amazing!). The pictures she and her second shooter took at the ceremony and reception allow us to relive the day whenever we look at them! Our wedding day seemed to go so fast and I was amazed to see some of the things that we had missed, but it's all there in the photographs! I can't tell you how many compliments we've gotten about our wedding pictures in addition to how fun and professional Jackie was while taking them! She also sent a link of over 2,000 photos that I was able to download and then share with all of our family and friends which was an added bonus! I cannot say enough about how pleased we are to have chosen Jackie as our photographer. We will cherish our photos for a lifetime!

Jackie was such a pleasant vendor to work with! She replied quickly to any questions or concerns I had during the planning process (which was great because we lived overseas) and she has such a fun personality! The photos she took were absolutely BEAUTIFUL! She made us feel completely comfortable and natural in front of the camera. The photos she took at our wedding are candid and show how much fun absolutely everyone was having at our wedding. Matt & Jac are amazing!!!!!!! I don't know what else I could possibly say about these two, but this...book them. Photography is a huge thing to me and my pictures have started coming in from them and they are breathtaking...the reactions from not only my husband and I but from everyone else are awesome. The most amazing part to me is that as I look through pictures I don't even remember seeing them! They were like flies on the wall...soooooo incredibly talented and now friends for life. I can't wait to use them as our family photos for the rest of important life monuments....

I wanted pictures that were modern and timeless. With a great eye, great personality and great editing skills, we had so much fun with Jackie and Click. SO much talent, and we are so happy with our wedding pictures. We got great outdoor shots even though it was in January, and we love our portraits. If you are looking for a great photographer, you need to choose Click. I spent hours upon hours searching for a photographer, and they were by far the best in the area.

We used Jackie as out photographer for our wedding and so happy that we did! She's amazing at her job, not to mention very talented. We did an engagement session prior to the wedding (which I would recommend if you can) Jackie definitely put us at ease and made taking the pictures fun. So when it came times for wedding pictures it was a breeze! We had also booked the click booth which was awesome at the time and a riot to look back on the pictures with all of the props! We cant thank them enough, all of the photos look like a work of art!!

We loved our photographers (Jackie and betsy and Matt). We had an engagement photo shoot with them which helped make us more comfortable in front of the camera...truly loved having them as part of our wedding day...loved our pics from the engagement shoot (which we used for our guest book) and love what we've seen so far from the wedding...we were even able to get one of our favorite shots to use for our christmas/thank you cards already (wedding date 11-18-11)!!

I cannot be more positive about my Click experience - their simple and modest description doesn't pack as much of a punch as they offer... Hands down, amazing to work with! In researching photographers, it was important for us to capture our story and not just magazine poses. We really related to Jackie, who completely understood our more modern approach to wedding photography - from understanding the special glances and natural shots we wanted to document, to understanding what "take aways" we really wanted to pay for (electronic files upfront vs. being forced to wait a year and paying extra for the DVD). Also, as I happen to be someone who loves taking pictures already, I instantly felt comfortable handing the reigns over to someone else for the day, which allowed me to enjoy every moment, confident that Click was capturing it for me. From our beginning Skype planning dates to our engagement shots and actual wedding (complete with ClickBox), Click went above and beyond in providing incredible service, in a friendly and fun way. On our actual wedding day, we remember joking around with Jackie and Matt during our most anxious and precious moments, and not stopping to freeze into a particular pose - they were just as much a part of the day as our bridal parties, in a discreet and appropriate way. Our guests were really impressed and hoped that they had found Click (instead of "those other guys" for their weddings). Click also turns the photos around fairly soon after, allowing you to relive (and rediscover) everything while it's still fresh. High quality, creative, natural and inspiring work - we will be obsessing over our photos for the rest of our lives, remembering every dreamy minute thanks to Click! ps: the ClickBox is an absolute must, don't even hesitate!

We were so beyond happy with our experience with the photographers at Click. They are true professionals... and also ninjas I think- somehow they manage to be unobtrusive and still get shots of those intimate, candid moments. Their work ethic was professional, approachable, and responsive to my husband and my needs. Matt traveled to my husband's family home and documented every bit of the experience; especially in photographing our matriarchs with respect and glamour as they prepared for the day as well. Jackie came to my home and with little effort became part of my group of girls documenting all of our laughter and anticipation. She captured the quiet moments with my family without any of us realizing her lense was upon us. Jackie and Matt documented our non-traditional ceremony with precision and respect. Without a word they were able to show how special a day it was for us and our family from every angle. Portraiture was natural and journalistic as my bridal party looked amazing in eveyone shot. Reception pictures from Click makes the onlooker feel like they were a part of the party. My guests photos look natural, festive and with great movement and action. Click photos dance.
