Maria was right there to answer questions, make helpful suggestions, and respond to changes. Food delivery was on time and instructions for the wait staff were clear and simple. wanted a rustic/barn wedding. The venue is catered by Jacque’s Catering and the food was AMAZING! Our guests are still talking about how great the food was and how beautiful the whole venue was. Lisa the Sales Coordinator went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Lisa offered us a bunch of wedding signs that we could use for our wedding that day, so this also helped us save some money. Lisa was always there to answer any phone call or text I had. The staff did an amazing job from start to finish!! Rosa our Maitre D was wonderful the whole night and my husband and I always had a drink in our hands. CHEERS!

yourself. I am so happy that we called Jacques and spoke with Lisa who was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on how to put together a wedding at Sandy Hook Chapel. Jacques did all of our catering and rentals, making it so easy to communicate with just one vendor instead of several different ones. Lisa was attentive to our vision of what the day would look like and made sure all of the necessary rentals were there. Leading up to the big day, Lisa stayed in communication with us and our planner. She definitely made us feel at ease and excited throughout the planning process! Since our venue doesn’t have a kitchen, they were able to set up a cook’s tent on site and the food was so delicious. We’ve had so many guests compliment the food on the day of and still to this day! After the ceremony, Lisa kindly set up a plate of hors d’oeuvres from cocktail hour in our bridal suite so we could enjoy some time alone which was so needed. Throughout the day everyone from Jacques made sure my husband and I had food and something to drink. Everyone with Jacques was professional and so kind. We truly had the most perfect wedding and we are so grateful that Lisa and Jacques Catering were able to make our wedding even better than we could’ve ever imagined.

Lisa is a very dedicated and extremely good at what she does. She treats you as if you were part of her own family and helps you make your dreams come true. We used Jaques catering for all of our rentals and catering needs as well (tents chairs linens flatware chinaware lights) when I say soup to nuts I mean soup to nuts!! I had an off site wedding and it was perfect! My wedding was flawless.. everything went as planned and I have Lisa and the staff at Jaques to thank for that!! Food was phenomenal (everybody is still talking about how good the food was!!) The staff was professional and I would highly recommend Jaques catering!

She answers phone calls, text and emails right away! She will give you her honest opinion and we greatly appreciated that. She goes above and beyond and because of her our wedding was perfect. She was able to handle any problem and solve them without worrying the bride or groom. She even went to the parents tables several time to check on them and bring them whatever they requested!! Jacques was so kind to us that they even wrapped up all of our extra food to bring home. We will be using Jacques in the future for catering!

Many people told us after the wedding how delicious the food was, how attentive and courteous the staff were and how pleased they were with both the buffet and the bar set up. Our maitre-d, Mary, was on-top of everything and made sure that we had plates of food for the cocktail hour, the dinner and dessert and got to taste everything! She was great at anticipating our needs and checked in with us through out the day just the perfect amount. Jacques' provided gluten-free and vegetarian options as well as traditional options and everything was so delicious that every guest, with every type of diet was able to have plenty of food to eat. What a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Jay, their chef, and his staff worked tirelessly to get their portable kitchen set up (the venue didn't have a kitchen), tables set up, and helped with all of the DIY items and BYO alcohol the couple provided. When Mary, the maitre'd , and her staff arrived, it was more of this flawless help. They were helpful, kind, so incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. They helped troubleshoot some logistics and didn't mind at all. And the food! The food was so great - I ate it and loved it. I also heard many compliments from the guests. I would love to work with Jacques again and will definitely be recommending them. Thank you Lisa, Jay, Mary and all of your staff in making my job easier. Mary and her whole staff made sure that the ceremony, right down to the appetizers and the candy station, was set up and ran smoothly. The whole staff was excellent. Our wedding day went so well thanks to them. The maitre d was on top of schedule, making sure everything was great and the staff followed suit. One of them even helped with my bustle because we couldn't figure it out lol! We had our wedding at Bayonet Farm which is a very large venue and they knew the whole place very well. I cannot recommend them enough.

t I was against having an outdoor event but Lisa placed me at ease - it was a big investment and I wanted Tina to have her dream wedding. Lisa took over and informed us of all the details necessary. To this day I still receive compliments on the delicious food and the friendly staff. I would highly recommend having your event at Spring Valley and working with Lisa - she says she is a memory maker and she certainly is!!
