What a memorable evening I will have for a lifetime! Tatum Park was the best location that I looked at within Monmouth & Ocean County. The rental fee was fair, and the staff was AMAZING! The Grill package was perfect for a summer evening - not too heavy after such a wonderful cocktail hour. Let Lisa direct you on your menu choices - we followed her lead and people are still talking about the wedding today. At Tatum I wanted to have a feeling that we would be in someone's back yard, but it was more special than I ever dreamed of. Thank you Jacques!

My son catered his October 2023 wedding from Jaques Exclusive Caterers. We had used them for other family parties and the food is always great. This wedding was no exception. Working with Maria made it so easy to choose a menu that pleased everyone. My son wanted something other than the "usual" wedding fare, and he got it. Maria was right there to answer questions, make helpful suggestions, and respond to changes. Food delivery was on time and instructions for the wait staff were clear and simple. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, I knew Maria would handle the food part of the planning beautifully. Great food, no hassle, I'll use Jaques every time!

I used Jacques catering for an off site rehersal dinner for my son's upcoming wedding. The food was absolutely delicious and we could not get enough of the fantastic chocolate chip cookies! When we decided to get engaged and married within 6 months, we were a little nervous about how quickly things would get done....Lisa was so amazing and our day was exactly what we had always dreamed. My daughter booked this venue for her wedding almost a year in advance. I live in upstate New York, so did not have any contact with the venue before the wedding rehearsal except for email and some phone conversations. My daughter and son in law picked the menu, did all the planning . BUT what I can say is once we arrived on site for the rehearsal the staff was amazing. I was not sure what to expect but everyone was so knowledgeable and knew what was needed before we needed it. They anticipated all our needs and were there to help. The service was spot on and top notch! the food was amazing! they set up , cleaned up, did everything contracted and went above and beyond. I can not say, nor could the guests how wonderful the whole event was and that was due to the expertise of the venue. Thank you Jacques , you helped make the day for my daughter and son in law wonderful.

Spring Valley Meadows in Morganville. I believe this is a hidden gem. This is the first and only place my husband and I toured when getting an idea of different venues, we knew we wanted a rustic/barn wedding. The venue is catered by Jacque’s Catering and the food was AMAZING! Our guests are still talking about how great the food was and how beautiful the whole venue was. Lisa the Sales Coordinator went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Lisa offered us a bunch of wedding signs that we could use for our wedding that day, so this also helped us save some money. Lisa was always there to answer any phone call or text I had. The staff did an amazing job from start to finish!! Rosa our Maitre D was wonderful the whole night and my husband and I always had a drink in our hands. CHEERS!

We could not have been happier using Jacques for our off-site wedding. There is no way we would have been able to plan such an amazing event without Lisa. She is so knowledgeable about all that is needed for the event and really guided us through the entire process. Also, she is just such a pleasant and nice person to work with and speak to. Lisa @Jacques was phenomenal. She was kind, professional and was a fountain of wisdom with respect to wedding planning. She made the tedious task of wedding planning so much easier especially as the wedding day got closer. The food was excellent and we were able to use a mix of cuisines to cater to our multi cultural wedding! The tent setup was wonderful and spacious and allowed our wedding guests to mingle without constraint. Lisa and her team also helped with the setup of the ceremony chairs and arbor and brought our vision to life perfectly. We would absolutely recommend Lisa and Jacques. My husband and I were blown away at how amazing Lisa and Jacques Catering made our wedding day! Our wedding venue was a complete blank space and requires you to bring in everything yourself. I am so happy that we called Jacques and spoke with Lisa who was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on how to put together a wedding at Sandy Hook Chapel. Jacques did all of our catering and rentals, making it so easy to communicate with just one vendor instead of several different ones. Lisa was attentive to our vision of what the day would look like and made sure all of the necessary rentals were there. Leading up to the big day, Lisa stayed in communication with us and our planner. She definitely made us feel at ease and excited throughout the planning process! Since our venue doesn’t have a kitchen, they were able to set up a cook’s tent on site and the food was so delicious. We’ve had so many guests compliment the food on the day of and still to this day! After the ceremony, Lisa kindly set up a plate of hors d’oeuvres from cocktail hour in our bridal suite so we could enjoy some time alone which was so needed. Throughout the day everyone from Jacques made sure my husband and I had food and something to drink. Everyone with Jacques was professional and so kind. We truly had the most perfect wedding and we are so grateful that Lisa and Jacques Catering were able to make our wedding even better than we could’ve ever imagined.

Jacques catered the Rehearsal Dinner and After Party (2nd day) and everything was absolutely delicious. The delivery person was so sweet taking the time to make sure we had everything and knew the right timing for everything! The food was absolutely delicious and everyone was raving about it!

We had to replan our wedding in 6 weeks due to COVID and Jacques was amazing with helping us to plan in a tight turnaround! Due to the current situation with COVID-19, my now husband and I had to switch our location of our wedding to an outdoor location and find a catering company to do it all. A month and a half before our wedding date I reached out to Jaques catering and started talking with Lisa Tevis. From the beginning Lisa listen to me, heard what I had to say, and gave me her opinion. Lisa is a very dedicated and extremely good at what she does. She treats you as if you were part of her own family and helps you make your dreams come true. We used Jaques catering for all of our rentals and catering needs as well (tents chairs linens flatware chinaware lights) when I say soup to nuts I mean soup to nuts!! I had an off site wedding and it was perfect! My wedding was flawless.. everything went as planned and I have Lisa and the staff at Jaques to thank for that!! Food was phenomenal (everybody is still talking about how good the food was!!) The staff was professional and I would highly recommend Jaques catering!

Jacques made my Wedding awesome even through a Pandemic. Aimmie and Steve worked so hard on an amazing and unique menu. My outdoor reception was not choice but they made it beautiful!! My Family and Friends had a blast and left so full and happy. The desserts were amazing and beautifully presented. I recommend them for all occasions.

We had our wedding at Spring Valley Meadows, and I was extremely nervous to have a wedding off site, but once I met Lisa, I knew we would be ok. Lisa and Jacques did an amazing job! Everyone raved about the food and the freshness. We had a buffet and it was beyond perfect. My fears were warm food, fresh food, buffet lines, etc. Don't stress about anything with Lisa! She answers phone calls, text and emails right away! She will give you her honest opinion and we greatly appreciated that. She goes above and beyond and because of her our wedding was perfect. She was able to handle any problem and solve them without worrying the bride or groom. She even went to the parents tables several time to check on them and bring them whatever they requested!! Jacques was so kind to us that they even wrapped up all of our extra food to bring home. We will be using Jacques in the future for catering!

Jacques' catered our Oct 6th wedding and we were blown away by their service and food! They listened to every detail, big and small, that we had requested, all the food was delicious and served beautifully. We live in Hawaii and had to send family members to the tasting for us ahead of time, so we did not get to taste the food ourselves until the day of the wedding and wow it was even better than we had expected! Lisa, the catering director, was very responsive and knowledgable and worked very hard to make everything work out perfectly. :) Our families had some specific requests and she made everything flow seamlessly. Many people told us after the wedding how delicious the food was, how attentive and courteous the staff were and how pleased they were with both the buffet and the bar set up. Our maitre-d, Mary, was on-top of everything and made sure that we had plates of food for the cocktail hour, the dinner and dessert and got to taste everything! She was great at anticipating our needs and checked in with us through out the day just the perfect amount. Jacques' provided gluten-free and vegetarian options as well as traditional options and everything was so delicious that every guest, with every type of diet was able to have plenty of food to eat. What a wonderful experience! Thank you!

She was a pleasure to work with and she was always cheerful and uplifting whenever we would meet with her - from initial walkthrough of the facilities to the actual wedding day. I just can't say enough about the food and staff that helped me put together my daughters engagement party. Lisa T. helped me from beginning to end in planning this important event and made sure I didn't leave anything out.(Thank God for her) The servers, Linda and Kathy were unbelievable and professional and so sweet and friendly. We had a small wedding of about 75 people and we could not have been happier with Jacques Caterers! One of my best friends was married 4 years ago and she used Jacques and both my boyfriend and I commented it was the best wedding food we had ever tasted. As a Wedding Planner/Coordinator, I come across a lot of caterers. I assisted my clients in choosing Jacques Catering because of their professionalism, menu, inclusions and pricing. On top of that, the day of the wedding they couldn't have been more amazing. Jay, their chef, and his staff worked tirelessly to get their portable kitchen set up (the venue didn't have a kitchen), tables set up, and helped with all of the DIY items and BYO alcohol the couple provided. When Mary, the maitre'd , and her staff arrived, it was more of this flawless help. They were helpful, kind, so incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. They helped troubleshoot some logistics and didn't mind at all. And the food! The food was so great - I ate it and loved it. I also heard many compliments from the guests. Jacques catered a mini “cocktail hour” at our ceremony location and we rented tables and chairs from them for our April wedding and they were amazing. The set up looked great, the bartenders and staff were so nice and kept the space clean by clearing all cups and plates quickly. Lisa was great to work with throughout the planning process as well. I contacted Jacques to cater my daughter's wedding. I dealt with the Event Coordinator Lisa and it was a pleasure to work with her. She made the whole experience a pleasant one and guided us through every step along the way. She answered every question or concern I had quickly and returned calls to me on a Sunday. Jacques' staff is top notch. They coordinated the cake with Normandy Bakery and the cake was absolutely beautiful. It was moist and delicious. The maître D (Mary) was on top of every detail. She made sure that my daughter and her new husband was fed and had a drink in their hands. She also made sure that I was taken care of as well. Mary and her whole staff made sure that the ceremony, right down to the appetizers and the candy station, was set up and ran smoothly. The whole staff was excellent. Choose Jacques. My husband and I booked our wedding with them before even tasting the food simply because we liked Lisa so much. From the get go, she was so organized, communicative, and professional. Also, just a really warm person. As for the food, we went with their bbq and it was excellent. We had several guests who are chefs at our wedding and they were raving about it. Our wedding day went so well thanks to them. The maitre d was on top of schedule, making sure everything was great and the staff followed suit. One of them even helped with my bustle because we couldn't figure it out lol! We had our wedding at Bayonet Farm which is a very large venue and they knew the whole place very well. I cannot recommend them enough.

Terrific job! A long overdue review of my daughters wedding - Lisa and her staff did a outstanding job for my daughter Tina and Jeff's wedding reception at Spring Valley. At first I was against having an outdoor event but Lisa placed me at ease - it was a big investment and I wanted Tina to have her dream wedding. Lisa took over and informed us of all the details necessary. To this day I still receive compliments on the delicious food and the friendly staff. I would highly recommend having your event at Spring Valley and working with Lisa - she says she is a memory maker and she certainly is!!

Lisa Tevis at Jacques Catering in NJ and her team were phenomenal and very professional on our big day. Lisa responded to her email at lightning speed throughout the entire process and the fact that we had a SECOND caterer as well, we could not have asked for a better outcome. She worked with us on the food and rentals with intense detail, giving us multiple options and answering with our questions quickly. We had an outdoor wedding and our Maitre 'd was really on top of getting everything set up correctly. We had to call the rain at a specific time and her and her team ran through the rain (!!!) to grab all the ceremony chairs and put them under the tent. They were totally soaked. But the dedication was amazing! The bar was great, the food was excellent, the servers were awesome...we really couldn't have asked it to go more smoothly.

Lisa was phenomenal in coordinating all of the details of our wedding (even though her own wedding was the week prior to ours). She gave wonderful advice and really provided all of the information we could need. The day of staff was phenomenal, from setting the tables, to arranging the ceremony space, to moving guests around from area to area, to feeding the bride and the groom (we were really hard to wrangle), to anything else imaginable. They were professional and caring and really made sure that everything went smoothly to the very end. At the very end of the night, they packed quickly and efficiently and even helped my brother with the stuff that was coming back home with us. The food was quite delicious (well, from what I actually tasted as the bride lol). I wish we had ordered 2 baked bries and 2 salmon dishes since they were such a hit during cocktail hour. Jacques coordinated with Normandie Bakery and I'm so glad because that cake was so very delicious that I'll be leaving a separate review for them. It was SUCH an amazingly delicious, moist cake. I wish I could have eaten more. Everyone had nothing but compliments to give.

I was very very pleased with Jacques!! I had a hard time relinquishing my role as cooking the food. I've always cooked for family parties but this was my daughter's wedding and knew I couldn't pull it off. The food was ECCELLENT!! Every guest praised it!! Lisa was a GODSEND! She truly goes over and beyond for your special day. I just got married at Bayonet Farms this past weekend and their work and dedication was flawless. I had some last minute decorations that needed to be put out and Lisa and her workers took charge and did everything for me! Jacques Exclusive Caterers exceeded our expectations for our wedding at Sandy Hook National Recreation Park . Their wedding coordinator Lisa worked diligently for us over a year to make our wedding a dream come true. We sampled food 6 months before the wedding and was able to please all of our guests which included vegetarian diets with a variety of Jacques high quality horderves. Our guests told us cocktail hour was amazing and as well as dinner. Our main course was filet minion with prawns as well as with asparagus and potatoes. The taste was superb. All of my guests were very pleased with jacques courteous waiters who were very attentive to all of their needs. The cake too that Jacques prepared was truly a site to see and the taste was so delicious. The weather too called for a very windy raining day and Jacques was prepared for that as well by installing wind walls, repositioning tent and also upgrading to a high wind proof tent. When no inclement weather came, Jacques simply took down the walls and we enjoyed a very pleasant evening. Lisa Tevis from Jacques catered my son's large wedding (240 guests) at a venue that was not a traditional wedding location. Every aspect of the affair was perfect! Jacques catered my wedding this past June 2017, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the food, presentation, staff, and professionalism throughout the entire experience. Lisa Tevis was exceptional with helping to plan the menu, and welcomed us with a fun and creative tasting menu when we first chose them as our caterers. Throughout the whole wedding planning process, Lisa was there if I had any questions at all, and was responsive, with all of the answers I needed. The night of the wedding, her staff were incredible and made sure every detail was perfect and that all guests were treated like VIP's. The cocktail hour was set beautifully and exactly what I asked Lisa for, as well as the dinner. Lisa's guidance and experience helped us enormously throughout the wedding planning process. I would highly recommend Jacques and Lisa Tevis to all future brides & grooms, as well as anyone who is looking for a great evening that is affordable and worth it. Met with Lisa to review my wedding plans and I was amazed at how helpful and knowledgeable she was on the different sites in NJ! What a blessing this meeting was – she directed me and was open and honest to my budget needs to find me a perfect location for my upcoming event. A plus was also I will be dealing with only one person - other caterers do just the food. Jacques offers the food and the rentals! Now I only have to deal with one person - my caterer not calling a rental company on any changes that may need to be done. This is so great! I was going crazy before but now I am so happy! CAN I SAY AMAZING!!!!!! Me and my husband got married on 07/30/2016 in Philly. The fact that they were even able to go the distance to have my reception catered was just so accommodating and highly appreciated. Jacques catered my mom and dads wedding in South Jersey and that is how I discovered them. Ms. Lisa was so professional and so accommodating and very patient with me. She made sure that we had everything we needed for our special day. The food was just absolutely amazing and delicious and all my guest were very happy. Everyone thought the food was delicious . Jacques Catering is the best. My wife and I had our wedding at the Sandy Hook Chapel in Sandy Hook. Their staff was truly outstanding and very professional I might add. The food was cooked to perfection along with the outstanding set-up both inside the chapel and the tent outside. Our guest can’t stop raving about our wedding. Lisa and her staff go beyond the call of duty to make sure we and our guest were well taken care of. A million thanks to Jacques who helped make our day so special.

We were very happy when dealing with Jacques especially as we were having the wedding in New Jersey but were stationed in Arkansas at the time. But Lisa helped alleviate a lot of the stress and made things easy to plan and execute. Our wedding was everything I could have imagined!

We were so happy with the way our wedding came out, Lisa Tevis from Jacques was such a big help. My husband and I are from the west coast but were married in New Jersey, so you can only imagine all of the worries I was having about planning a wedding thousands of miles away. Lisa Tevis recommended all of the most perfect vendors and made all of the struggles of wedding planning go away. If only we lived closer and can use them for every event.

Words cannot express how happy I was with Lisa and Jacques Catering as I planned my son's wedding. Our venue was outdoors and we were expecting over 180 guests. Lisa was amazing. I was clueless about what I needed so Lisa stepped up and guided me throughout the wedding planning process. She also suggested vendors to use for the wedding cake (Ralph at Normandie Bakery who created the best wedding cake I have ever tasted) and Circus Liquors (who provided and delivered the alcohol and kegs and accepted unopened returns). Needless to say, the wedding was perfect. Do not hesitate to contact Lisa for your wedding party needs. She is extraordinary!

Jacques was the worst part of both planning and the actual wedding day. Lisa was rude to my wedding planner, family members and friends. No one that interacted with her had anything positive to say. We got married at Sandy Hook Beach and despite the fact that I met with Lisa at the site and had a site plan, the tent was placed in the wrong place. Instead of trying to fix this Lisa was extremely unprofessional, yelling at me the bride, the day before the wedding. Thankfully all the other vendors we worked with and my day of coordinator were outstanding. We had a beautiful wedding in spite of Lisa and Jacques, not because of them. If I could do my wedding over again, I would have never contacted them. There are plenty of other companies in the area that could have done the same thing without the headache. STAY AWAY!

Sandy Hook Beach I knew was the spot I wanted to get married since I was a little girl. Growing up in Keansburg, I was not far from Sandy Hook and I couldn’t wait to fulfill my dream of being wed there. Once I got engaged to my wonderful, incredible fiancé I started to put the wheels in motion and began my research on who could assist us with making our wedding dreams come true. I filled out several inquiries for catering companies and some took weeks to respond and some I never heard from. Jacques Caterers had responded to my inquiry the same day I had submitted it. Ashley not only answered my questions but then followed up again after our phone call with a heartfelt email congratulating us on our engagement and the email was rich with information and menus. She had answered some of my questions before I had even asked them. Ashley then directed us to Lisa and it was clear where Ashley had learned to make clients feel at ease and welcome. Lisa’s warmth and caring qualities shine through her work and her knowledge of weddings and events took a huge weight off our shoulders. My fiancé and I were beyond thrilled to begin planning with Lisa and we wasted no time. About two weeks after contacting Jacques Caterers we had a tasting that left us wanting more regardless of how full we already felt. Upon our arrival Lisa greeted us like family and kindly took our coats for us. Set up on the table there was a notepad, pen and menus; this was clear how prepared they were. Everything we had was beyond delicious but two items we recommend would be the Quesadillas filled with grilled chicken, apples, cranberries and jack cheese and the Short Ribs of Beef. The Quesadillas sent my taste buds on a tropical vacation, the apples and cranberries added a crisp, sweet and unique taste and we knew our guests would love it. The Short Ribs of Beef melted in my mouth and the sweet and sour gravy was out of this world. Lisa’s expertise and the five star tasting food had us hooked and right after the tasting we booked our dream wedding with Jacques Caterers. With our location being next to the Sandy Hook Chapel we were able to rent a tent from Jacques Caterers as well. Unfortunately, our wedding day threw us a curve ball when mother nature relentlessly blew strong winds. The strong winds made it unsafe to have the tent up and once we were notified of this our hearts sunk and we were devastated. But this didn’t stop Jacques and their staff, they quickly set up and diligently decorated the Sandy Hook chapel to accommodate our celebration. Our wedding went above and beyond our expectations and it was hands down one of the best days of our lives, all thanks to Jacques Caterers!

Thank you Jacques for providing us with the food for our wedding celebration on May 14, 2016. The food you provided was delicious, the cake was exactly what we wanted. It was also delicious. The staff we had were so kind and kept making sure my husband and I always had food and desert. The only thing i think they can improve on is the way they layout the contract. Overall the food and service was excellent.

Over the holidays my family and friends still commented on our wedding that it was fabulous and I wanted to follow up with review because the service that my husband and I received was extraordinary! Being in the service industry I know what should be done but Lisa and her team went over and above to deliver a day to remember! Her follow up and attention to detail was exact. During the event Mary the Matrie'd on site took care of every detail. The food was fabulous and delicious and the site was picture perfect! Peppadew Vinyard was ours for the entire day and Pierre the owner was a perfect host! I can only recommend Jacques catering for complete one stop shopping for all your wedding needs! From start to finish Jacque’s was professional and reliable. We had our cocktail style reception for about 100 people on our property in Jackson, NJ in early October. It was so convenient that Jacque’s had their own tents, tables, dance floor etc. It made it so much easier to book everything right through one vendor. We began planning everything with Lisa, who was very knowledgeable of all ends of an off premise wedding. She came to our house and helped to design the layout of the affair. She also assisted us with selecting the menu and really knew the food well. During our tasting she was patient when we were indecisive and was able to work through our critiques to design dish’s that specifically met our palette. The week prior to the reception the weather was not good and hurricane Joaquin was possibly on the way. Lisa assured me that Jacque’s would do everything they could to make the party pleasant for us and our guests. Early in the week Jay and Ray came out with their crew to set up the tents. As the day approached and the weather was more and more uncertain, my wife and I were nervous to say the least. We spoke with the owner Anthony who offered us a venue nearby as contingency plan (at no extra charge). He gave us till the day before to decide but was committed to making the day great no matter what we decided. We chanced the weather and Jay and Ray came back with “Rooster” on the morning of our reception to put the rest of our “venue” together. They put up walls, lights, heaters, tables, dance floor etc. As our maître d Mary, and the rest of the catering staff showed up to put out décor and whatever else my wife and I asked them to put out, Jay and his crew built the kitchen in a separate tent. I was amazed at not only how smoothly they all worked together but how elaborate of an operation they made happen right in my backyard. The versatility of the company and their employees was impressive. Talking to Jay while he was putting on the tent walls he told me that he had a culinary degree and was going to be working in the kitchen for the party. His attention to detail both in the setup as well as during our event was greatly appreciated. So much of Jacque’s staff worked very hard and did multiple tasks to make the event run perfectly smooth. My guests told me the food was excellent and the service was equally good. The wait staff were the perfect amount of attentive. They constantly bussed tables and kept everybody’s needs met all while hardly being noticed. Tim, the bartender remembered what most people were drinking and even had their drinks ready as they approached the bar. Inside the tents you had no idea that poor weather was surrounding us. Our guests said they were so comfortable during the party and had no idea that a backyard wedding could be so elegant.

I was just writing out my thank you cards and realized that I never wrote to you to thank Lisa with Jacques Catering for the wonderful job that you and your team did for us at the beginning of October. You made the planning so easy and your staff were courteous and professional and very accommodating. The food was excellent and the service outstanding. Everything you promised. Everyone told us what a great time they had and raved about the food. I wanted to thank you and let you know we will definitely recommend you to friends and family and we will be back whenever we need a caterer. Please pass along to your management as I want them also to know how pleased we were.

LOVE JACQUES! This company really wowed us from the start. Lisa served as far more than our catering manager despite us having an event planner. She went above & beyond to work out layouts, floorplans, service, linens, and more. which was incredibly valuable as we got married at a loft in NYC and needed to bring in EVERYTHING. We got so lucky by having Lisa as part of our day. Besides Lisa the entire service team was outstanding - the groom & I weren't without a drink for more than a minute and the servers, bartenders, etc. were absolutely wonderful. The food was FANTASTIC. We offered lobster tail and filet and got rave reviews - so many people said it didn't taste at all like wedding food and my uncle told me it was the best filet he ever had! We also had a ton of food at cocktail hour, including a raw bar, that went over really well. While we got our cake elsewhere, Jacques took care of brownie bites and mini cupcakes that were to die for. I highly recommend you go in for a tasting if you sign with Jacques; it's a wonderful time. Overall I can't say enough good things about this vendor - beyond reasonably priced (probably under-priced, seriously) and phenomenal food and service. Thank you, Jacques!!

We have used Jacques now for 3 occasions, the weddings of both our children and a surprise birthday party and could not have had a better experience for any of them. The food, of course, was spectacular but even more impressive was the service we received from the initial phone call right through the last farewell. The day of this latest wedding was incredibly hot yet the wait staff in particular never slowed their pace and continually went beyond their duties to make sure the guests were comfortable and did it all with a smile, treating everyone as if they were the hosts not us. I would recommend Jacques and in particular Lisa, our coordinator, for any occasion, big or small. Lisa was very attentive, addressing every detail and was prepared for every eventuality, the whole time with a smile and confidence that allowed us just to kick back, relax and enjoy the day. I would even consider having more children just so that we could use them for another wedding.
