Had an amazing dress shopping experience with Monica! I was nervous dress shopping during COVID and unsure if the experience would be what I would have expected, Monica exceeded expectations :) I loved how she chose each dress I tried on according to what I was interested in or based on what I liked/didn’t like about each dress. Jade Bridal has dresses suited for every bride which made it so hard to choose. Even when I still was unsure if I found “the dress” Monica squeezed me in for another appointment the next day with MORE dress choices, she made it very personal and ultimately it was one of her picks that I said yes to! ❤️

The experience at Jade Bridal is truly excellent. My mom and I traveled to Chicago in search of a wedding dress for me and I was on the fence about two. Wini worked with me for another appointment to make sure I made the right decision. She also helped open my eyes to dresses I wouldn't have considered! Great insight! Jade Bridal is a beautiful, cute shop. They truly helped me find my dream dress!

I was at this bridal shop a while back and although I didn't have an appointment, Wini took me in and attentively assisted me in determining what style of wedding dresses work best for my body type. She was knowledgeable and sweet. I didn't end up getting my dress from her due to to my time constraint (the wedding is quickly approaching) but I will certainly recommend her.

I recently visited Jade Bridal. Their store is very cute and has a good selection of dresses. Kelley helped me select dresses to try on and really cared about finding what I wanted. She was very conscientious when it came to the selection of dresses. I recommend visiting due to the very kind and caring staff, as well as the diverse range of dresses. They also have a selection of sample dresses that you can buy directly off the rack. However, the majority of the dresses need to be ordered.

I went to Jade Bridal for the first time in late April and found my wedding dress. Monica was wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, personable, and overall amazing! The dresses in the store are beautiful. I'm so excited and cannot wait for my dress to arrive so I can start the fitting process.

While I didn’t end up buying my dress from Jade Bridal, I loved trying on dresses there! Monica was so helpful, and I felt very comfortable with her. The dresses in the store were beautiful and I loved having the entire shop to myself during my appointments. I highly recommend visiting Jade Bridal and working with Monica if you’re looking for your wedding dress!

I came from San Diego to Chicago to shop for a wedding dress along with my mom, mother in law, and matron of honor. Chicago was a halfway point for everyone to meet. I went to half a dozen bridal salons ranging from boutiques to nationwide chains. I found the dress at Jade Bridal. It was a stunning handmade Pronovia with multiple layers of lace. I fell in love with the dress except for the straps. I had always dreamed of a strapless wedding dress and this one had very thick straps. Wini was very helpful and explained that the straps could very easily be removed. Upon receiving the dress, it did not fit in any way (no, I didn’t gain nor lose weight). The dress was about 8” from being able to zip in the back and it was about 12” too long. Maybe the dress just comes at a standard length because I don’t remember doing measurements for height, but it should have fit around my ribs. Thankfully, I found an amazing seamstress that completely deconstructed and reconstructed the dress to fit me with countless hours of work. But, she told me the straps were structural and they couldn’t be removed without compromising the dress. I went to three seamstresses and all three said the same thing. It wasn’t the vision I had imagined forever, but it was nonetheless stunning and I have even received compliments after the wedding of guests still saying how much they loved that dress! It’s a truly stunning dress when people remember it after the wedding!

Wini made the wedding dress shopping experience amazing. Jade Bridal took great care of me. I went here for my wedding dress off the recommendation of my friend and I could not have been happier with the experience. I love my dress and I looked incredible on my wedding day. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR DRESS. I found my dream dress here, but the entire experience was a nightmare. She doesn't communicate when there's a delay, and most importantly, THERE IS NO SEAMSTRESS ON SITE. My dress was a disaster 8 days before the wedding because instead of being properly measured and pinned, the owner simply guessed on how to take it in, then transported the dress to someone to do it. My dress was taken in and out so many times by the time I wore it on my wedding day it was dirty, and didn't even have all of the original fabric. Jade Bridal has no business selling and altering wedding dresses. I would never want any bride to go through what I went through the week of my wedding!!!

Wini is fantastic! I've been to 11 other stores, and Jade Bridal had what I was looking for, and Wini made sure it was within my budget! Made sure you get an appt before stopping in :)

Wini is awesome! I always believe that everything happens for a reason. I became interested in Jade Bridal because they carry dresses by a designer that I had been obsessing over on Pinterest for quite some time. I originally missed my appointment a month ago for this place. I didn't put it in my calendar! Anywho, the store owner, Wini, sent me an email Saturday afternoon to follow up with me. Thankfully, she had an opening the next afternoon. Long story short, I found MY dress in less than 45 minutes. I described what I like and Wini just knew what to pull. She made the entire experience light and fun and even took photos, video, and encouraged me to FaceTime with my relatives to show off the dress and give them a piece of this once in a lifetime experience. I had a great feeling about this place and I'm glad the feeling was right. You'll love this place. Wini gives you one-on-one attention, even turning others away during your appointment time to ensure your experience is worthwhile. I can't wait to see the dress when it comes in!
