Jade and Kayla worked so well to achieve beautiful hair and makeup for myself, my mom, and each of my bridesmaids. I felt so beautiful and my hair and makeup lasted the entire evening, in the middle of July, in a greenhouse. That is high quality work. They traveled to our hotel and made sure each of my 9 bridesmaids and my mom got exactly what they wanted.

I can't speak to Jade's abilities when it comes to hair and makeup - I canceled my contract for airbrush makeup with her because she wasn't communicating and it just wasn't worth the stress to chase her. Wedding planning is stressful enough, even working with fantastic, responsive vendors. I reached out to schedule a trial, provide some additional information, and ask some questions, but weeks went by without a response, so I reached out again to follow up, and it was several more days before she finally got back to me... with no mention of or apology for the delay. I replied within the hour, and again several days went by with no response before I decided to start looking for someone else. I never received a response to the reply I sent, and she also never bothered to respond to the subsequent email I sent her canceling my contract due to her lack of responsiveness. I'm glad to have found someone else - it was a much better experience. It was 100% worth it to lose my deposit with Jade for peace of mind, and we were very happy with the makeup services provided by the second artist I hired.

Jade and her team were wonderful! It was so hard to find someone that could do both hair and makeup at a reasonable price and I was so happy I found Jade! She is super busy (she had over 60 weddings this season!) so it can be hard to get ahold of her but she is still organized and it clearly speaks to how great of a job her team does. Know what you want coming in and be ready to provide photos for inspiration.

We hired Jade for our wedding in August and could not have been happier! We had hired her after a great experience for a separate wedding we were in and ours went just as smoothly. Jade and her team were super flexible to our changed covid plans and were willing to change locations. I was so pleased with how quickly they got through the wedding party and how accommodating they were. Jade is always my recommendation to any brides planning their special day!

I originally booked Jade for my hair and makeup and she did a great job at my trial; I asked for a second trial just to do less foundation, as I don't usually wear much makeup, and she agreed to do so. When I showed up to the salon at the agreed-upon time, she was not there and emailed me to apologize saying she had completely forgotten. We set up another time for the second trial at my apartment, which was kind of her to offer to do, but that day I got an email from another employee, Samantha, saying we should set up a trial since my wedding was in two weeks. I was obviously confused and reached out to Jade, who told me she could no longer do my hair/makeup for my wedding, which I assume means she double-booked and didn't realize or didn't choose to tell me until it was very close to my wedding day. Fortunately, when I went to do my trial with Samantha, not only was she very efficient and good at what she does, but she was also very friendly and welcoming. I was relieved to be working with someone who was a far more consistent, reliable communicator and who I could count on to be there on the day of my wedding. She came to my husband's parents' house the day of the wedding right on time (even a little early!) and was ready to go; she did everyone's hair and makeup all on her own incredibly efficiently and beautifully and everyone was so happy with her work. I got so many compliments on how well my makeup held up in particular, as it was 95 degrees on my wedding day. Overall, I would only recommend Samantha if you choose this salon -- Samantha on her own would get a 5-star review, but Jade's lack of professionalism and communication added considerable stress to my wedding planning.

Jade was very easy to work with. She did my hair and makeup with her as well as my Maid of Honor. She was there on time, made sure we both looked fabulous and was very cheerful and professional (at 5 am to boot). Thank you!

A very positive experience with Jade. The trial went well in terms of getting a sense for what hair and makeup would look like. She was helpful and listened. On the day of the ceremony, she was there on time and everything was done professionally and without rushing. The makeup lasted all day long. Overall, the energy from Jade was positive and calm, essential for such a busy day.

Jade made me look and feel like a model on my wedding day!!! She did an amazing job! I shopped around and hers is also a great value, it includes a free trial, the location of my venue had no travel fee, and there was no minimum. She even fixed the hair of one my bridesmaids for free. I would definitely recommend her

Jade and her team were great! They were very helpful and were able to take what my mom and grandmother had wanted for their hair and makeup styles and make it happen. Jade did a great job with the trial and was very understanding and accommodating when I was adding girls to the hair/make-up list. I was very pleased with how she took care of me on the morning of my wedding and was really happy with how my hair and make-up came out!

Jade and her team were fantastic to work with! As someone who pretty much never wears makeup, I wanted a very natural look for my wedding. At my trial, I felt the look was wonderful but the lip color possibly too intense for me, so Jade sent me to Sephora to pick out something to use. I ended up picking the exact shade Jade had recommended - basically this is all to say, trust her. I ended up giving up on the false lashes originally recommended at the trial, but everything else was exactly as Jade suggested when we first met. My hairstyle too went very smoothly from trial to day of. I had two dresses and Jade helped pick something that could work with both looks. Day of, Jade and her colleague were great to work with. They were on-time, diligently worked through everyone's hair and makeup, and were fun to talk with the entire time. I highly recommend Jade and her team.

There are not enough awesome things to say about Jade and her team! They were so absolutely amazing!! They are definitely super profession, punctual and great with communication. On the actual makeup and hair: She did an amazing job of working with a variety of skin tones and ethnicities and making everyone look their best without looking like fake dolls. The girls who did hair, totally listened and worked with every girl to give them a hairdo that suited them really nicely! Awesome to work with her and she really did an absolutely amazing job!!! :)

I have had the pleasure of using Jade's services both has a bridesmaid and a bride. Jade and her team are professional, detail oriented, and great at what they do. Jade put up with my need of multiple trials and indecisiveness about how I wanted to wear my hair on the day of-- so much so that I showed her a picture that day and she recreated it for me and gave me extra time in the chair incase we needed to change some things. Jade and her team are personable and will make your bridal party feel glamorous on the day of your wedding... and they travel to you- what more do you need!?

Jade, what can I say, you and your team did an amazing job with both hair and makeup. My wedding was in Vermont, and she was more than happy to drive up for an small additional cost. My hair trial went smoothly and everyone was very pleased with the results ! Thanks jade :)

Jade was recommended to me from my photographer. Jade was so responsive to my emails and ready to get started. I had my trial and there were a few things I knew I wanted to change for the wedding and Jade was so open to my ideas and what I wanted. The day of the wedding Jade brought 2 other girls with her and they were super friendly and nice with our craziness. Jade was always so calm and made it a fun relaxing experience. I LOVED my hair and makeup along with all the other girls were happy to. Jade really did a wonderful job with everything.

To start, I don't think I saw Jade smile once the entire time she was doing hair and makeup. You're at someone's wedding, this is the most important day of their life, would it kill you to smile and be friendly? The hair was very average for a very high price. The entire bridal party hated their makeup and re-did it after the team left. Very minimal effort, it felt like a rush job and you could tell it was with crooked eyeliner and lashes sticking out / not even on all the way. Jade also did the brides makeup for the initial consult which the bride liked, then had someone else do it the day of the wedding.. are you kidding me? So of course it came out different. That is not what the bride agreed to. this was over priced for a very poor job. Stay away 100%

Booking Jade as my wedding hair/makeup artist was the biggest disappointment of my wedding day. She is a poor communicator (double-booked and left my hair/makeup session midway through) and didn't listen to what I wanted. Most concerning, Jade does NOT listen to what you want your hair/makeup to look like. I did not have the budget to do a wedding trial, but I had emailed her pictures of styles before my wedding day. On the morning of my wedding, before I had even shown her the pictures she started attacking my hair with a curling iron. Again, I tried to show her the pictures of styles that I wanted, but she barely glanced at them before telling me "I can't recreate exactly what's in the picture." Well, what she ended up doing was a low messy bun in which the curls started falling out before I had even put my dress on. However, she was in a rush to leave so my bridesmaids had to help me fix this. I just got my wedding photos back and was nearly in tears because my hair looked like such a mess in all of them. Which brings me to my second point. Jade is unprofessional and a terrible communicator. She double-booked on the day of my wedding and didn't tell me in advance. She made my girls get started at 6:30 am, but then everyone was finished 3 hours before we were scheduled and none of the wedding prep was captured by my photographers/videographer. When I arrived that morning, she said that her other booking that day had an "emergency" so she had to leave by 10 am for that other appointment. She made me feel completely rushed thereafter, did a sloppy messy low bun and immediately left. This was by far the most stressful part of my wedding day and a tremendous disappointment.

Well, to start this review off.. Jade is a terrible communicator. Throughout my whole interaction with jade I found it very difficult to not only get a hold of her, but also to get her to answer my questions directly. When I initially looked into booking Jade I emailed her and she'd reply right away. Then after I booked her I'd email her again and I wouldn't hear from her for over a week and would then only hear from her because I'd call the office directly and leave a message. She was short with me and never fully answered my questions. Now here's the kicker.. She DOUBLE BOOKED herself the day of my wedding and then had the nerve to lie to me!!! She had known of this double booking well in advance, did not tell me, and had one of her co-workers email me FOUR days before my wedding to tell me Jade wasn't coming. So I wasted a 140 dollars on a trial and had some random people coming the day of my wedding to do my hair and make-up! Talk about unprofessional!! Thankfully these girls were very professional and were able to pull it off. My hair and make up were completely different then my trial, but thankfully I didn't mind. I would not recommend booking Jade for any functions. She is beyond unprofessional. I emailed her after my wedding and demanded my money back from the trail. She did refund me which was nice, but that is really the only nice thing I can say about working with Jade.

Jade and her team did an amazing job with hair and makeup for my wedding. Scheduling the trial was very easy and Jade was flexible when I had to move the trial date around. She made sure I loved the makeup and hair style at the trial and recreated it beautifully on the big day. We also had a large group of 11 people doing various combinations of hair and/or makeup which changed a few times, and Jade made sure she had enough stylists to get everyone ready on time. We were even ready early! Everyone looked stunning. I would highly recommend Jade and her team. She provides high-quality services at very reasonable prices.

I would most definitely recommend Jade for any formal event hair and makeup. Jade will be doing the hair and makeup for my wedding and bridal party and the process of securing a date was seamless. Jade has also been super patient as I wasn't sure of the style I was going for. She even made herself available for a second trial (thanks Jade!). I am now super confident and feel so ready for my wedding day.
