eing her work at the wedding, and her ease and personably personalitiy and professionalism I knew that I had to book her for my wedding when I became engaged the following year! When working with her during the engagement shoot my fiance was very nervous about taking pictures as he doesn't like to be in the "spotlight" and he walked away feeling comfortable and confident. She caputured great lighting and worked very well with our "furbaby" in many of the pictures as well!
I cannot wait to work with Jade at our wedding as I know she will make our day easy, and special!!!!

Jade's photos are amazing - they absolutely bring the day to life, and nearly a year later, they just get better with time. She captured the feeling of the day and the emotions of our guests with candid, real photos as well as well-framed group shots. She helped guide us to take photos that we were feeling hesitant to take (e.g. sunset shots) and now, looking back, those are some of our favorites.
Jade made us feel comfortable pretty much from the moment we met her. We had the chance to do a practice/engagement shoot - we didn't really think we needed that, but it ended up being such a great way to get a feeling for what it would be like to have our photos taken on our actual wedding day (since it wasn't something we were used to).
She is super relaxed and has a wonderful, calming presence - she blended right into out day and never felt disruptive at any point. She even helped when I was having a slight hairstyle kerfuffle with my stylist to communicate what, in that moment, I couldn't; and gave us helpful advice on how to consider lighting into key events of our day (like our first dance).
We couldn't recommend her more for a wedding or other event photography - you will be in great hands. Just make sure to get on her calendar early, because she does book up.

booth of her work on display. Her booth caught my eye right from the start and I entered in to possibly win a free engagement photo session. Lucky for me I was picked and sure enough I fell in love with all the photos so I knew I had to book her for our wedding. What I enjoyed most about Jade is how she put my husband at ease, he hates to get his photo taken but Jade made it fun and made us feel comfortable from the start. Some of the best photos she captured were just candid photos of us just goofing off with our one year old son. She works with you and the ideas that you have in your head so that she can capture your day but she also brings so many of her own ideas to the table to capture the best images. She not only takes amazing photos but also delivers on time and even checks in long after the wedding to see how things are going and if you were happy with your photos. I would highly recommend her for your big day and I will for sure continue to work with her in the future when possible.

photographers after sitting down with Jade for the first time to discuss our photography needs. There was an instant connection and she was so personable that after an hour of chatting we almost forgot why we were meeting in the first place! It's clear that Jade loves what she does as we went on quite a journey to different locations to shoot our engagement photos, chasing the "Golden Hour" to get the perfect shots and turning a super windy day into fantastic photo opportunities. Our engagement pictures were incredible but the experience is what we talk about most! Our wedding photos literally blew our minds and our guests' minds! Those who were unable to attend practically felt like they were there after viewing our pictures. Jade captured every single detail in the most elegant fashion. Her turn around time for photos is quick and within a month we were reliving our entire wedding frame by frame, laughing, crying, dancing, in complete joy at the beauty of the biggest day of our lives. We appreciated her willingness to meet with us before signing a contract and her communication during the month leading up to the big day. She also provided such wonderful thoughts and feedback during our pre-wedding walk through for ideas of pictures and the best timing during the day for lighting. One of the moments that really showed how she goes above and beyond is when we saw her assisting our DJ to make sure the announcements went smoothly. Our DJ had trouble with pronunciations and she had no problem helping with corrections. I love that! Such a proactive attitude to help make our day that much more special.

in the beautiful redwoods of Northern California's Mt. Tamalpais and her photos were what I dreamed of and much more. We had never taken Jade to our venue before, but she knew just where to go on the trails for the best lighting and environmental set ups.
Taking our stroll together through the redwoods with Jade tagging along in the background was one of my favorite parts of the whole day. She took exceptional shots while leaving us space to relax and unwind together. She never told us what we "should" do, but was an incredible guide nonetheless. She took great photos during our ceremony and amazingly I barely noticed she was even there (because we have incredible photos that tell the story!)

In addition to the beautiful end product, the experience during the session was great. My fiancé is not one that likes to be in front of a camera, and Jade made him feel so comfortable. He was reluctant before the session started, and by the end, he actually said that he has a fun time! He loved Jade’s laid pack personality, she did such a great job capturing “us”. -Jade and her assistant made absolutely fantastic use of the space, lighting, and especially made the colors of our venue and our flowers pop! Our pictures are gorgeous, and we are so happy with how they turned out.
-We gave Jade a laundry list of formal shots that she tackled like a champ, even while working (politely, but authoritatively) around some very excited relatives who kept getting in the way.
-Jade also worked super well with our videographer. She made sure he had his shots and time to work with us. Working together, they seemed to be able to come up with new ideas that we - the brides - ultimately benefited from when we saw the finished products.
