Hello! My name is James, and I'm also known as DJ Jagman. I'm the founder and CEO of Jagman Entertainment LLC, based in Tulsa, OK. I've been a DJ for a little over 3 years. I've serviced over 40 weddings, and 20 of which have been in the year of 2023! I specialize in making EVERY WEDDING more personal by working with you one on one as much as YOU NEED from the time you message or call me, til even AFTER the wedding is over! Out of all of our wedding day vendors, DJ Jagman was our only disappointment, and for more than one reason. First, after spending hours and hours building out our playlist in his a...
pp, we found he played only a few of our suggestions and left us feeling as though we had wasted our time. In the notes section, we were asked to communicate anything we explicitly did NOT want played. My partner and I don't like line dances as we find them cheesy and not entertaining, and he even confirmed this with us the morning of the ceremony. Lo' and behold, just a few minutes into our reception, the DJ is playing "C'mon N' Ride It" and encouraging our guests to form a train on the dance floor. This was exactly what we did not want to happen. Second, we couldn't get away from him! James was constantly asking us questions and getting clarification on our timeline when all we wanted to do was chat with our guests and enjoy the party. We would have preferred for James to just linger in the background and simply do his job. Third, when a few of our guests were ready to give toasts, I asked for a microphone to be setup so that everyone could hear them clearly. This would have involved him moving his portable speaker and microphone which I assumed was too much work for him as he suggested that instead everyone would be able to hear just fine because of the size of the room. It definitely was not. Finally, and the straw that broke the camel's back, this was a gay wedding, and James introduced us to the reception as the bride and groom. We were mortified. You literally have one key job as a DJ, and we felt he blew it. James was quick to remind us that his contract ended strictly at 7pm which caused confusion amongst the photographer and caterer as we all thought he would be at the venue until 8pm. All in all, James was just unprofessional and not up to our standards, especially for the price.
DJ Jagman was excellent. We enjoyed him and any suggestions he had. He helped us get through the wedding with ease. Great music and presentation.

that he asked us to purchase a tent to cover his equipment and I feel the DJ should have everything he needs to protect his equipment. It’s not up to the client to protect your equipment.

ith. From the beginning he was attentive, had good communication, and adapted his pricing/packages to exactly what we needed and what fit our wedding. He also made sure he had every song on our wedding playlists. Skipping forward to our wedding day; He arrived early (about 2-3 hours before) to set up his equipment, checked in with us to ensure everything was up-to-par, and planned the day out with us. Through the night he was awesome. He can definitely “feel out” the crowd and plays exactly what is needed to either slow things down or get the party started. Would definitely recommend working with DJ Jagman!!
