Without going into too much detail, we were frustrated with her lack of initiative, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout and leading up to the wedding weekend. We don’t typically like writing negative reviews, and this is the only negative review we are writing across all of our vendors. We want to ensure that our experience is heard so that other couples going through this stressful and exciting time in their lives don’t have the same experience that we had.

She brought up ideas and issues that we had not thought about and had great suggestions. She ran a terrific rehearsal the day before the wedding, and I think everyone felt more confident about the ceremony. The best part was the actual wedding day! She made sure items needed for the ceremony, greeters, and other areas were set up (and later collected them). She took over small things that I otherwise would have had to deal with. From the moment Jaime arrived she took action in making sure the bride was taken care of and everyone in the wedding party was where they were supposed to be. We had an extremely large group of 16 plus people. We as a group can be very difficult to keep in line and Jaime did an excellent job! I saw her checking in with vendors, answering questions, fixing garments, adjusting decor correctly according to the detailed plan laid out in front of her, and checking her lists over to make sure everything was exactly the way it should be. Jaime noticed mistakes and fixed them without the bride even noticing. The bride, who normally takes on all the planning and stress of the details, was able to trust Jaime to take over while she enjoyed her day. Jaime was professional, respectful, and diligent the entire time. The wedding was elegant, beautiful, and perfect.
