loud in the sky. Hiring a photographer is expensive but of course paying for something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. What should've been one of the happiest times of our lives was severely impacted by the service and responses of the Jaime. It took the full 14 days to receive the photos which fine that was the last day of the timeframe told to us. Which was a bit shocking because other photographers for full weddings can give hundreds of edited photos within 48 hours. Again, the timeframe wasn't the full issue. What was the issue was the quality of all of the photos. I'm not a professional but I know when a photo is overexposed, crooked, not centered and overall bad. Not a single photo was cropped well or could see the sky at all. It was as if it was just a bright white background. When we asked if they could fix them so we can get the view we were ignored first then said they were busy because they had weddings to do so it would take longer. Also the photos they sent us only had 2 of the actual proposal out of the hundred provided. That was also made out to be a chore for them. When they sent us a few others. they didn't even bother to crop out the de one photographer from the frame. They were supposed to edit the photos and they left hair flying in wrong directions, dead flowers on the floor, etc. In the end we had to edit the photos ourselves to properly see the sky, to position us in the center of the frame and not be over exposed. We didn't receive the final photos until a MONTH after we got engaged. The poor poor quality of the photos combined with the awful service and communication by Jaime really effected what should've been an amazing experience. I feel as if we got robbed our money because we ultimately couldn't even use the photos. I warn everyone to think twice before hiring them unless you want to receive horrible photos while paying for what you thought were professionals. Truly disappointed about the whole experience and end product. Something I'll never get back again
