Jaimie is simply amazing. It’s really hard to put into words how well she has done but, holy moly she is amazing. She has done both our engagement and wedding photos and I love every single one of the photos. Not only is she great as a photographer but she is an amazing person. I LOVE her! She was able to scout the venue we were to be married and we visited and spoke a few times to make sure everything was perfect. And, to be super honest, my wedding I had no bridesmaid, it was just me and my mom getting ready and it was stressful as anything slightly went wrong I had to fix myself. But, Jaimie just made me feel so comfortable with the pictures and everything! Some things I needed here and there (like bring the groom something) she did it! We had Jaimie photograph our wedding, and we couldn't be happier! Jaimie is a delight to be with. She was so calm, easygoing, and flexible on the wedding day that it really put us at ease. The photos we just got back are more beautiful than we could have dreamed! She captured everything--intimate ceremony moments, gorgeous portraits of us as couple, great shots of our guests at the reception. Jaimie did a wonderful job! We absolutely LOVE our photos! We used her for our wedding photos after being dissatisfied with the amateur photographer that we chose for our engagement shoot. We were hesitant to spend a lot of money on a photographer but after much research determined that Jaimie was exactly what we were looking for. We were planning our wedding from another state so we didn't actually meet Jaimie until our big day. From the first phone consultation she was professional, accommodating, and very sweet. She quickly responded to emails and was very thorough in creating a day of timeline. At our wedding her and her assistant Matt did a incredible job capturing moments and creating beautiful photos. Jaimie was extremely awesome!!! We flew her down to Hawaii with us so she can shoot our wedding. She has the best photos I've ever seen and everything came out bright and vibrant and beautiful!! She has such a good spirit and made it fun! We loved everything about her and her work!!

We are so happy that we found Jaimie via TheKnot! From the very beginning, Jaimie was very friendly and enthusiastic about our vision and ideas about what we wanted for our engagement photo shoot. She was very flexible and open to traveling to multiple shooting sites! Jaimie did a good job scouting out the sites before we arrived so that everything went quickly and smoothly. Amazing, amazing, amazing!! I am obsessed with our wedding photos thanks to Jaimie Johnson Photography. She captured all the right moments and emotions. She was so patient with us and so efficient with her photos, keeping us on schedule for the day. She was super prepared - checking out our entire wedding venue site weeks before our wedding, and even brought a tarp to put down when I had to walk through some mud with my wedding heels on. Jaimie is so easy to talk to and get along with, and very professional at the same time. She clearly knows what she is doing and has some insane talent!

Working with Jaimie was so fun! As beautiful and magical as a wedding is, there are a lot of decisions to make. Jaimie made our job easier. We were able to give just a few preferences for the types of shots we were looking for, and Jaimie did the rest. She easily picked up our vibe as a couple and wedding party, and we were able to have a great time by just following her lead. All of our wedding party and family also said they enjoyed working with her. Jaimie had a quick turn around on our photos as well. Our family and friends who have already reviewed the gallery are in awe of Jaimie's work. As far as logistics go, we started a conversation with Jaimie about 10 months before we got married. Signing the contract and negotiating a good deal was seamless. She also made on-line payment very easy. During the planning process, Jaimie provided a survey for us to fill us that helped her get an idea of what we were looking for, and, truly, helped us plan. The survey asked questions about details I would have forgotten otherwise. She also responded to and worked well with our coordinator. Overall, Jaimie is fun, enthusiastic, and very professional. I highly recommend her!

Jaimie was wonderful to work with. I was all over the the place during the wedding process and she was really patient with me but also really excited. I LOVE that she gives you the files to all your photos and you do not have to pay per photo like many others do.

I wish I could give Jaimie 10 stars! She is so fantastic!! I was having the HARDEST time finding a photographer. I either wasn't connecting with them or I didn't like their style of photography. Jaimie is the BEST of both worlds. When I was interviewing photographers I would tell them my idea for an engagement session and they would just pass it off and move forward with the conversation. As soon as I told Jaimie she stopped everything and told me all the ideas she had for the session! Thats what I love about her is that shes SO creative! It showed me that she cared A LOT how our photos turned out and wanted to be more than just a photographer, she wanted to inspire me! The day of the session I was SO nervous to take them and Jaimie made it a fun, relaxed atmosphere. She gave me pointers the whole time on how to stand so I wasn't awkward and was joking with us and making us laugh the whole time. I enjoyed every minute of it! We had to reschedule our engagement session a few times and she was SO flexible and SO nice about it. My fiance is so impressed that we found such a good photographer! I CAN'T WAIT for our wedding to work with her again! PICK JAIMIE!

Jaimie Johnson is amazing! She is an absolute professional and expert at what she does and she made taking all of those wedding pictures fun, if you can believe that! Wedding days are stressful enough without having to smile for hours on end but with Jaimie behind the lens it was super fun and when we saw the results we were both amazed! Jaimie is an amazing person and photographer! I booked her completely last minute (like, the day before) for my courthouse "elopement". Jaimie was super flexible with the short notice. She came down to the courthouse with us to document us signing the marriage license before heading over to City Park for some more pics. Jaimie was really enthusiastic and dedicated to figuring out exactly what my husband and I wanted for our wedding pics. We LOVE our pictures, as do our friends and family! A huge bonus was getting high-res digital files of all the pics.

Hiring Jaimie was one of our best decisions for our wedding. She not only made the process extremely easy before the wedding, she also was so much fun to work with. She loves her job and it shows. We got so many nice comments about how easy and fun she was during our family formals. We decided to hire a second photographer through her and we are so glad we did! She brought along Matt, who was also a superb photographer - and their banter back and forth was pretty amusing to watch. Before the wedding I met with Jaimie twice to go over details in person, but she was also available via e-mail for my hundreds of questions between meetings. The pictures are absolutely stunning. She is definitely worth the splurge.

Our three priorities for the wedding were the rings, the dress, and—most importantly—the photos. In our hunt for the perfect photographer, we interviewed 6 different photographers spanning from Colorado Springs to Denver. After our fifth interview, we were feeling disheartened. Then came Jaimie! We scheduled time to meet with Jaimie and she offered to drive down from Denver to Colorado Springs at a Starbucks only five minutes from our house. She went out of her way to make the process seamless. Her photos are of the caliber of magazine advertisements and enhanced with an eye to capture the special moments. With her background as a marketing and advertisement photographer, Jaimie makes her clients look like rock stars. Jaimie is effervescent and made us feel comfortable and confident during our photo shoots. My husband and I had a few bumps along the way with the wedding and Jaimie smoothed everything right out. We also had a few situations where we ran behind schedule and were late to a few meetings—but Jaimie was patient and happy to jump right in when we got there. The week before the wedding, we had our pre-wedding meeting with Jaimie and she came down to the venue (Hill Side Gardens) during the rehearsal to map out the scenery. To prep further, she provided us with an extensive questionnaire that covered everything you could have thought of, and then some things you didn’t realize were important. On the day of the wedding, Jaimie came with me to my hair appointment where she captured some amazing shots of my accessories and went above and beyond. Not only did she capture every moment, but she also found a spot for me to do my makeup that had MUCH better lighting than the bathroom of the salon. At the venue, she was everywhere at once and managed to keep all of the family inline and happy (which is a miracle in and of itself). Have I mentioned how blown away we were by the photos? I didn’t even know that we could look this amazing. Jaimie found the best lighting, angles, and edited the photos to perfection. You know how when you get photos back from some photographers and the photos come back jumbled up and disorganized? Not with Jaimie! On the link to our wedding photos, Jaimie organized everything into separate albums labeled by the events of the day. We love our photos and cannot wait to see our album! Shortly after the wedding we moved to Austin, TX and she has been wonderful working long distance. For those of you looking for a wedding photographer in the Colorado Springs, Denver, or even the Austin area (Jaimie travels here for free!)—I highly recommend Jaimie Johnson. She is truly the best in the business and I would pick her every time.

Jaimie Johnson is so wonderful and amazing at her job I can't even begin to tell you how happy my husband and I were with her from start to finish. Our engagement session with her was fun, relaxed, and felt like playing with friends in the park. The outcome of such an outing? Amazing, natural, fun, relaxed pictures of me and my love. Jaimie's personality and enthusiasm naturally puts people in the mood to give good face! Her photos reflect that there is a certain energy present-- a vibration that parralells real life-- she ACTUALLY captures the moment. Jaimie is absolutely amazing! My husband and I had to plan our wedding from afar since we live out of state and Jaimie made is so easy for us! She is so outgoing and you can tell she absolutely loves her job. She allowed us to tell her how we wanted our pictures to be and she captured our day PERFECTLY! I can't say enough good things about Jaimie. Our photographs turned out perfectly. I'm an avid Facebook editor (as in, I only post photos where my friends and I look perfect, and actively de-tag photos that don't meet my standard.) Every single one of Jaimie's photos met that standard. She and Matt were able to capture all of the important moments without us having to stage a lot of photos. During our portrait session (between the ceremony and reception), Jaimie had creative ideas for great locations and poses. Throughout the planning process, she was a joy to work with -- she promptly responded to emails and made sure she understood what I expected well in advance of the big day. I recommend her highly!

My husband and I cannot begin to say enough good things about Jaimie and Matt! They went above and beyond every expectation we had! From making sure the entire bridal party made it to the venue to fighting through the flu to taking fantastic wedding photos, they were perfect in every way. Jaimie was the absolute best to work with. She also did our engagement pictures. Her energy level is amazing! We had Jaimie take our Engagement pictures a week ago. She was so amazing from the first time I contacted her. She quickly responded to all of my questions and answered questions I didn't know I had. She made us feel so comfortable all day! Her photos turned out AMAZING they were better then I expected. Knowing that my fiancé was leaving out of state shortly after we did the photos she quickly edited them so we could view them together. It was such an incredible experience, start to finish. I couldn't have been happier!

What can I say about Jaimie that the others haven't already said. Her and Matt are a great team and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. From the first meeting when we were shopping for photographers, we knew she would fit in perfect with us. She was so warm and welcoming and impressed us with her portfolio. When we arrived for the engagement session, things were laid back and she took us all through downtown Denver, knew all the best spots and had a fun time with it. The day of the wedding her and Matt were with us the whole day, but you would have never guessed. They managed to get amazing shots while never being in the way of anyone. The two of them stayed with us to the absolute end of the night. All of our guests told us how nice they were and commented on how great the pictures they were taking were. We know that picked the absolute best photographer for us. The edited images came back in a very timely fashion ( less than 3 weeks ) and were easy to share with our families. We did this while out of town and had to coordinate everything from a state away. She was prompt with all of her emails and phone calls and the meeting places were very easy to get to. We would not hesitate for an instant to recommend her to anyone!

...Because Jaimie is phenomenal! For my fiancé and I, photography was in the top 3 things we deemed most important for our wedding. Unfortunately, we are both very "type A" people so we ended up searching for about 6 months and what seems like hundreds of Colorado photographers. We had comparison charts, graphs etc. It was ridiculous. We finally asked our friend who recently started studying photography to give us his opinion and he was actually the one to find Jaimie. After our first Skype meeting, we knew we had found the perfect photographer. It has been a few weeks after our wedding and she (and Matt) were by far our favorite vendor. We just received our photos and all I could keep saying was "WOW". These are not "point & shoot" pictures at all. They are beautiful, artistic and really capture the emotions of the day which is what we wanted. Jaimie made the most important day of our lives extremely memorable and fun. She didn't make us feel pressured to be distracted from the events or even to deviate our attention from each other at all. She understood the balance of letting the day happen naturally and interjecting helpful tips when we needed it. As well as ensuring we got all our desired pictures. Jaimie and her assistant did a marvelous job for my daughter's wedding. They had to work through rain, a very last minute decision if the wedding was going to be inside or out because of weather and a huge wedding party. Jaimie is so friendly and just an all around happy person. Her cover picture speaks for itself as far as quality goes!! Also, Jaimie helped clean up dishes in the condo where all the girls were getting ready. Who does that!!!!!!! :) Thank you Jaimie for creating beautiful memories that I will cherish forever!

When I first started looking for a photographer for our wedding, I knew I wanted high quality and someone who could really capture every detail as I envisioned it. Needless to say I had really high expectations, but was on a very little budget. I used all of the popular websites to find what I was looking for and no one in my price range was worth a second look. It wasn't until I Googled Denver photographers that I found Jaimie. Reading her profile and seeing her work immediately had me interested. Not to mention she was our my budget! We used Jaimie for our engagement pictures and fell in love with her work, professionalism and fun personality. She made both me and my husband feel comfortable to be ourselves but most importantly she was very open minded to our ideas and special requests! She took the time before the engagement shoot and the wedding to scout out locations and find the perfect spots! She takes her work very seriously and it shows! Her and Matt are willing to do whatever it takes to get the perfect shot and remain behind the scenes as to not disturb our guests or get in the way of the videographer! After my husband and I got engaged, the first thing that became a priority was finding a talented photographer. I have my own photography business on the side and know all too well that finding an excellent photographer that is both talented and affordable can be a challenge. Jaimie is wonderful! We hired her because we wanted something different from standard wedding photos. I was able to tell Jaimie what I didn't want and what I did and she truly listened. She has such an amazing eye and captures stunning moments. I feel that the essence of my wedding day was captured in her photos. We used her for both our engagement photos and wedding photos and she 150% delivered on both accounts. For our engagement photos, when she found out my husband is a big Rockies fan, she got us tickets to the Rockies game so half our photo shoot could be done at the game. The pictures are so wonderful! For our wedding day, she and her assistant Matt were incredible! They were so willing to lie in the dirt to get a good picture. They got great photos without being intrusive or in our faces. We couldn't be happier with our photos! Jaimie is so fun and energetic and you feel like you have a new friend, someone who is just as excited for your wedding as you are. I will use Jaimie again in the future and would highly, highly recommend her! The only problem is, I want to put every single picture into an album because every picture is great!
