Jaimie Johnson Photography

ful!

have imagined. Jaimie and Matt were professional, organized and fun to work with. I highly recommend her!!

ry single one of the photos. Not only is she great as a photographer but she is an amazing person. I LOVE her! She was able to scout the venue we were to be married and we visited and spoke a few times to make sure everything was perfect. And, to be super honest, my wedding I had no bridesmaid, it was just me and my mom getting ready and it was stressful as anything slightly went wrong I had to fix myself. But, Jaimie just made me feel so comfortable with the pictures and everything! Some things I needed here and there (like bring the groom something) she did it! She simply went above and beyond her duties and when the images came in I was in love. I would recommend her to anyone! I feel like I now have a trusted photographer and friend. Chris and I thank you, Jaimie!

at ease. The photos we just got back are more beautiful than we could have dreamed! She captured everything--intimate ceremony moments, gorgeous portraits of us as couple, great shots of our guests at the reception. She was even able to get both of our families to move really quickly and painlessly through a long shot list of family portraits. Jaimie has such a great eye. Each shot is so well composed, the lighting is just right, and she managed to make us look great even later in the day when we were tired! We will be framing many of these photos for our home and as gifts for our bridal party. If you're looking for the best photographer ever, go with Jaimie! You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Jaimie! You are amazing!!

we love each other and our guests. I would recommend her 100% x2. Thank you Jaimie and Matt, we had such a blast!

on who is extremely fun to be around. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and made Tim and I look photogenic (which takes some serious skill ha). What's even better is the second photographer Matt is just as amazing! Thank you for everything Jaimie and Matt 💙

ighly recommend her.

t shoot. We were hesitant to spend a lot of money on a photographer but after much research determined that Jaimie was exactly what we were looking for. We were planning our wedding from another state so we didn't actually meet Jaimie until our big day. From the first phone consultation she was professional, accommodating, and very sweet. She quickly responded to emails and was very thorough in creating a day of timeline. At our wedding her and her assistant Matt did a incredible job capturing moments and creating beautiful photos. Not only are they great at what they do, but they are genuine, fun people and we enjoyed having them at our wedding. Our pictures were stunning! Her prices were standard (even fairly low based on other companies we researched) and the product that you get is outstanding! Now every time we hear that someone is in need of a photographer we, without hesitation, recommend Jaimie!

making the event run smoothly. The final pictures were exactly what we wanted and are grateful they were able to capture the important moments. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer!

nd beautiful!! She has such a good spirit and made it fun! We loved everything about her and her work!!

ment photo shoot. She was very flexible and open to traveling to multiple shooting sites! Jaimie did a good job scouting out the sites before we arrived so that everything went quickly and smoothly. My husband and I can be shy about getting our photos taken, but Jaimie made us feel very comfortable and helped us have fun with it! We ended up booking Jaimie for our traditional engagement ceremony and wedding as well. ALL the photos came out beautiful! Any specific photo we requested, Jaimie nailed it. She is extremely organized. Not only did we enjoy spending time with Jaimie, but our friends and family did too and kept commenting on how great of a photographer she was and how friendly she is. She definitely fit in as a close friend at our special day. Will most likely request Jaimie to take our future family photos :)

us and so efficient with her photos, keeping us on schedule for the day. She was super prepared - checking out our entire wedding venue site weeks before our wedding, and even brought a tarp to put down when I had to walk through some mud with my wedding heels on. Jaimie is so easy to talk to and get along with, and very professional at the same time. She clearly knows what she is doing and has some insane talent!

they took of our wedding. We highly recommend both of them for your wedding!!

n so many compliments on our engagement pictures!

ING and she managed to capture some of the best and most unique moments from Sarah and Wayne's wedding day. Even though it was pretty hot in Texas, Jaimie worked extremely hard and I'd recommend her excellent talent for any occasion!

everyone who has seen the photos. We feel incredibly lucky to have been able to work with her as we cannot imagine things turning out as great as they did with anyone else. She is creative, fun, dependable, and great at getting you in position for the perfect picture. We are so fortunate to have had this experience and would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is getting any photos taken!

ces for the types of shots we were looking for, and Jaimie did the rest. She easily picked up our vibe as a couple and wedding party, and we were able to have a great time by just following her lead. All of our wedding party and family also said they enjoyed working with her. Jaimie had a quick turn around on our photos as well. Our family and friends who have already reviewed the gallery are in awe of Jaimie's work. As far as logistics go, we started a conversation with Jaimie about 10 months before we got married. Signing the contract and negotiating a good deal was seamless. She also made on-line payment very easy. During the planning process, Jaimie provided a survey for us to fill us that helped her get an idea of what we were looking for, and, truly, helped us plan. The survey asked questions about details I would have forgotten otherwise. She also responded to and worked well with our coordinator. Overall, Jaimie is fun, enthusiastic, and very professional. I highly recommend her!

files to all your photos and you do not have to pay per photo like many others do.

f photography. Jaimie is the BEST of both worlds. When I was interviewing photographers I would tell them my idea for an engagement session and they would just pass it off and move forward with the conversation. As soon as I told Jaimie she stopped everything and told me all the ideas she had for the session! Thats what I love about her is that shes SO creative! It showed me that she cared A LOT how our photos turned out and wanted to be more than just a photographer, she wanted to inspire me! The day of the session I was SO nervous to take them and Jaimie made it a fun, relaxed atmosphere. She gave me pointers the whole time on how to stand so I wasn't awkward and was joking with us and making us laugh the whole time. I enjoyed every minute of it! We had to reschedule our engagement session a few times and she was SO flexible and SO nice about it. My fiance is so impressed that we found such a good photographer! I CAN'T WAIT for our wedding to work with her again! PICK JAIMIE!

are stressful enough without having to smile for hours on end but with Jaimie behind the lens it was super fun and when we saw the results we were both amazed! I kept saying, I did not even see her there taking these pictures! You know that is a true professional! I HIGHLY recommend Jaimie Johnson Photography!

the guests and wedding party about "how cool the photographer was". Very easy-going personality yet still a true professional! If you want to be in love with your pictures for the rest of your life, look no further! My wife and I would hire Jaimie for any major event without a second thought, and would recommend her to all of our friends and family! If I were you I would reserve your date now, someone as talented as Jaimie deserves a full schedule! Guys...you want to make your future wife happy? Tell her you found the perfect photographer!

ice. She came down to the courthouse with us to document us signing the marriage license before heading over to City Park for some more pics. Jaimie was really enthusiastic and dedicated to figuring out exactly what my husband and I wanted for our wedding pics. We LOVE our pictures, as do our friends and family! A huge bonus was getting high-res digital files of all the pics.

ob and it shows. We got so many nice comments about how easy and fun she was during our family formals. We decided to hire a second photographer through her and we are so glad we did! She brought along Matt, who was also a superb photographer - and their banter back and forth was pretty amusing to watch. Before the wedding I met with Jaimie twice to go over details in person, but she was also available via e-mail for my hundreds of questions between meetings. The pictures are absolutely stunning. She is definitely worth the splurge.

spanning from Colorado Springs to Denver. After our fifth interview, we were feeling disheartened. Then came Jaimie! We scheduled time to meet with Jaimie and she offered to drive down from Denver to Colorado Springs at a Starbucks only five minutes from our house. She went out of her way to make the process seamless. Her photos are of the caliber of magazine advertisements and enhanced with an eye to capture the special moments. With her background as a marketing and advertisement photographer, Jaimie makes her clients look like rock stars. Jaimie is effervescent and made us feel comfortable and confident during our photo shoots. My husband and I had a few bumps along the way with the wedding and Jaimie smoothed everything right out. We also had a few situations where we ran behind schedule and were late to a few meetings—but Jaimie was patient and happy to jump right in when we got there. The week before the wedding, we had our pre-wedding meeting with Jaimie and she came down to the venue (Hill Side Gardens) during the rehearsal to map out the scenery. To prep further, she provided us with an extensive questionnaire that covered everything you could have thought of, and then some things you didn’t realize were important. On the day of the wedding, Jaimie came with me to my hair appointment where she captured some amazing shots of my accessories and went above and beyond. Not only did she capture every moment, but she also found a spot for me to do my makeup that had MUCH better lighting than the bathroom of the salon. At the venue, she was everywhere at once and managed to keep all of the family inline and happy (which is a miracle in and of itself). Have I mentioned how blown away we were by the photos? I didn’t even know that we could look this amazing. Jaimie found the best lighting, angles, and edited the photos to perfection. You know how when you get photos back from some photographers and the photos come back jumbled up and disorganized? Not with Jaimie! On the link to our wedding photos, Jaimie organized everything into separate albums labeled by the events of the day. We love our photos and cannot wait to see our album! Shortly after the wedding we moved to Austin, TX and she has been wonderful working long distance. For those of you looking for a wedding photographer in the Colorado Springs, Denver, or even the Austin area (Jaimie travels here for free!)—I highly recommend Jaimie Johnson. She is truly the best in the business and I would pick her every time.

was fun, relaxed, and felt like playing with friends in the park. The outcome of such an outing? Amazing, natural, fun, relaxed pictures of me and my love. Jaimie's personality and enthusiasm naturally puts people in the mood to give good face! Her photos reflect that there is a certain energy present-- a vibration that parralells real life-- she ACTUALLY captures the moment. When she and Matt showed up to shoot our wedding that energy was definitely there! They were both right on the spot and going with the flow. It was really quite impressive! All I can say is: visit the website and look at the photos. The proof is in the results for this out of this world amazing photographer! And we could not be happier.

she absolutely loves her job. She allowed us to tell her how we wanted our pictures to be and she captured our day PERFECTLY! We couldn't have been more happy with how our pictures turned out. She is so fun and creative and I felt like I had known her for forever. DO NOT pass up an opportunity to work with her, you will regret it!

ctively de-tag photos that don't meet my standard.) Every single one of Jaimie's photos met that standard. She and Matt were able to capture all of the important moments without us having to stage a lot of photos. During our portrait session (between the ceremony and reception), Jaimie had creative ideas for great locations and poses. Throughout the planning process, she was a joy to work with -- she promptly responded to emails and made sure she understood what I expected well in advance of the big day. I recommend her highly!

to the venue to fighting through the flu to taking fantastic wedding photos, they were perfect in every way. They took the time to get to know our mutual interests before the wedding, and our photos represent a perfect blend of our personalities. We have received so many compliments on our photos and would recommend Jaimie and Matt to anyone!

u enjoying your special moment. Her 2nd photographer, Matt, was such a blast! He was fun, friendly, and great with everyone. Jaimie will ALWAYS work with you as far as the shots you want versus what will work with the given conditions. She was great at communicating everything. I HONESTLY CAN'T SAY ENOUGH FANTASTIC THINGS ABOUT HER!!!

didn't know I had. She made us feel so comfortable all day! Her photos turned out AMAZING they were better then I expected. Knowing that my fiancé was leaving out of state shortly after we did the photos she quickly edited them so we could view them together. It was such an incredible experience, start to finish. I couldn't have been happier!

grapher! We used Jaimie for our engagement photos as well as the wedding day and truly could not be happier. They were with us ALL day the day of the wedding, didn't miss a single moment and were happy and ready to keep going until the end! I highly recommend Jaimie to any bride to be for her wedding if you want to know you will get the best pictures out there and you never have to stress about it!

hen we were shopping for photographers, we knew she would fit in perfect with us. She was so warm and welcoming and impressed us with her portfolio. When we arrived for the engagement session, things were laid back and she took us all through downtown Denver, knew all the best spots and had a fun time with it. The day of the wedding her and Matt were with us the whole day, but you would have never guessed. They managed to get amazing shots while never being in the way of anyone. The two of them stayed with us to the absolute end of the night. All of our guests told us how nice they were and commented on how great the pictures they were taking were. We know that picked the absolute best photographer for us. The edited images came back in a very timely fashion ( less than 3 weeks ) and were easy to share with our families. We did this while out of town and had to coordinate everything from a state away. She was prompt with all of her emails and phone calls and the meeting places were very easy to get to. We would not hesitate for an instant to recommend her to anyone!

so we ended up searching for about 6 months and what seems like hundreds of Colorado photographers. We had comparison charts, graphs etc. It was ridiculous. We finally asked our friend who recently started studying photography to give us his opinion and he was actually the one to find Jaimie. After our first Skype meeting, we knew we had found the perfect photographer. It has been a few weeks after our wedding and she (and Matt) were by far our favorite vendor. We just received our photos and all I could keep saying was "WOW". These are not "point & shoot" pictures at all. They are beautiful, artistic and really capture the emotions of the day which is what we wanted. Not only is she incredibly talented behind the lens, her smiling face and positive attitude are such a bonus on the big day. She showed up very organized so everything went smoothly and she really did exceed our expectations. If you hire Jaimie Johnson, I promise you will not be disappointed!

m each other at all. She understood the balance of letting the day happen naturally and interjecting helpful tips when we needed it. As well as ensuring we got all our desired pictures. It felt like she was a part of the day, instead of peripheral to it. She respected the love and interactions with incredible grace and dignity. It seemed like, to her, each picture was sacred especially during our ceremony. Each moment captured was actually moving her at a heart level. She was able to glimpse through her lens the truth of each moment and the honesty in each emotion exchanged. Every time we look through the pictures we are able to relive those special moments together and our hearts fill with the same love and joy we felt on our wedding day. Jaimie was so easy to work with and she understood when to disappear into the background and let special moments happen. Our day wouldn't have been the same without her. And our memories are now treasured perfectly through the images she captured. I would recommend her to anyone!

ause of weather and a huge wedding party. Jaimie is so friendly and just an all around happy person. Her cover picture speaks for itself as far as quality goes!! Also, Jaimie helped clean up dishes in the condo where all the girls were getting ready. Who does that!!!!!!! :) Thank you Jaimie for creating beautiful memories that I will cherish forever!

She and Matt were phenomenal the day of the wedding as well as leading up to the big day. Our pictures came out so amazing and we have recieved so many compliments about them; as well as Jaimie. All our guests thought we knew her on a personal level. She captured not only the beauty of the day but the essence of who we are. We could not have picked a better photographer. We recommend her to everyone getting married. Jaimie was truly the best!!!!

I had really high expectations, but was on a very little budget. I used all of the popular websites to find what I was looking for and no one in my price range was worth a second look. It wasn't until I Googled Denver photographers that I found Jaimie. Reading her profile and seeing her work immediately had me interested. Not to mention she was our my budget! We used Jaimie for our engagement pictures and fell in love with her work, professionalism and fun personality. She made both me and my husband feel comfortable to be ourselves but most importantly she was very open minded to our ideas and special requests! She took the time before the engagement shoot and the wedding to scout out locations and find the perfect spots! She takes her work very seriously and it shows! Her and Matt are willing to do whatever it takes to get the perfect shot and remain behind the scenes as to not disturb our guests or get in the way of the videographer! Her turn over time for picture edits are unbelievably fast and of the utmost quality! Recently a close friend of mine took my recommendation to use Jaimie for her wedding and seeing her in action as a guest validated everything I loved about her! 100% willing to rate her 5 stars with absolutely no hesitation! Truly talented!!!

elievable magazine worthy pictures. Before the wedding she also consults you to make sure she gets all the pictures that are special to you. She was so professional but also fun. Guests kept commenting on how wonderful she was. I just received the final pictures and the comments on their beauty haven't stopped coming! Hire Jaimie...you won't regret it!

that finding an excellent photographer that is both talented and affordable can be a challenge. We are so thankful we chose Jaimie as our wedding photographer! She has exceeded any and all hopes I had for our engagement and wedding photos. Her technical skill, creative eye, and bubbly personality truly makes her a diamond in the rough. On the day of Jaimie and her assistant Matt were patient and laid-back. On your wedding day you have the closest contact with your photographers, more than any other vendor. You want to surround yourself with calming and professional people who get the job done but also realize that this is a huge milestone for you and your special someone. I truly believe that Jaimie and Matt were instrumental in the success of our wedding day! I wish I could thank Jaimie enough for her talent! We received beautiful and creative images that showcase just how much fun we had. From my interactions with Jaimie, I have been inspired to make my own work and customer relationships just as meaningful. She is the real deal!

ened. She has such an amazing eye and captures stunning moments. I feel that the essence of my wedding day was captured in her photos. We used her for both our engagement photos and wedding photos and she 150% delivered on both accounts. For our engagement photos, when she found out my husband is a big Rockies fan, she got us tickets to the Rockies game so half our photo shoot could be done at the game. The pictures are so wonderful! For our wedding day, she and her assistant Matt were incredible! They were so willing to lie in the dirt to get a good picture. They got great photos without being intrusive or in our faces. We couldn't be happier with our photos! Jaimie is so fun and energetic and you feel like you have a new friend, someone who is just as excited for your wedding as you are. I will use Jaimie again in the future and would highly, highly recommend her! The only problem is, I want to put every single picture into an album because every picture is great!

ell the story of our special day. She wasn’t intrusive in any way, but was always right where we needed her. She had great ideas about shots that would make the day memorable plus captured all the unscripted moments we will treasure forever. She worked quickly in the heat of the moment, and rolled with it when we through some of the planned shot list out the window. After the wedding she presented us with a very well organized edited package and photo sharing tools. Whenever we had questions, she was there for us. We highly recommend Jaimie to photograph your wedding or any other special event.

as ready to get the best possible pictures! She was prepared and organized as well as a lot of fun! Her creative and classy style of photography captured our special day perfectly! She took a great mix of detail shots, action shots, and formal shots! She was careful to be very discrete throughout the ceremony and reception, yet finding a way to capture up close and personal pictures of all important moments! I would highly recommend Jaimie! She is very fairly priced and her work is first class!

r our wedding (highly recommend) when Matt mentioned he also is a professional photographer and had been doing weddings with Jaimie who had recently launched her photography carreer. From our first meeting with Jaimie and Matt we were sold. Jaimie and Matt are professional in every way. Organized, timely, responsive, thourough, energetic, love what they do. After checking out their portfolios, we knew Jaimie and Matt would do a great job. A few short weeks after the wedding we were blown away! The all around quality far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Jaimie and Matt.
