I walked away from that call with no question left unanswered, and feeling completely at ease with setting up our consultation appointment. Funny enough it was during our first phone call that she mentioned setting a two hour consultation/first fitting appointment - in my mind I thought there would be no way we'd take the full amount of time. Fast forward and I make it to our first fitting and boy time sure does fly, because we did indeed take the full two hours! Talking about every little detail on the dress, making each decision thoughtfully, and getting to know each other. When I was contacted a few weeks later saying my dress was ready for second trial I was A) shocked by how quickly she turned it around and B) shocked by how perfect it fit in one go! Because of how much time we spent discussing my expectations in our first appointment, leaving no stone unturned, it made the second fitting a breeze and I even walked away with it! So so happy with how my dress turned out. Can't wait to wear it on the day :)

I left every appointment confident that my gown was in good hands and she delivered! I highly recommend Jaizelle if you are looking for your wedding gown alterations. s alterations were amazing!!! My dress needed very intricate work and she did it so quickly and delicately. I was so thrilled she could even squeeze me in within my time frame. She makes sure you are completely satisfied with everything before you leave even if that means making you drop it low like you’re already on that dance floor!

ook I was going for. Jaizelle was extremely professional and thorough, as well as incredibly warm and personable. Very upfront about the entire process, and I cannot even put words to how beautifully done her work was. My gown needed to be hemmed, as well as the bodice taken in (which involved moving the boning of the corset.) The work was done in exactly the time she said it would take—which was so much faster than I thought it would be! 1000/10 couldn’t recommend Jaizelle more!

idea to create straps for my strapless gown using the same flower appliqué on the bodice of the dress. The straps she made look beautiful and now I get to wear it strapless during our ceremony and dance freely with the straps on during the reception! On top of all she did to make my dress perfect, Jaizelle is just a wonderful person and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend trusting Jaizelle with your dress!

rack that needed to be taken in, hemmed to my height and have a bustle added. Every step of the way she fully explained everything she was going to do to my gown. She always took her time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. I am an extremely anxious person and she made me feel at ease. I truly trusted her 100% with my wedding gown. My gown is absolutely amazing because of all of her hard work. I will forever recommend all of my family and friends to only go to Jaizelle!

ess was a sample that it would be difficult for someone to make it look new again but Jaizelle made quick work of altering my dress and fixing the pilled lace along with a taking up the straps and hemming the skirt. One thing I especially like is she takes her time explaining everything she will be doing which is very reassuring since you are trusting her with such an important task of altering your wedding dress.

Jaizelle listened to exactly what I wanted while giving her professional insight! She is truly an expert in her field!

big in the bust area after my alterations, she was able to sew in cups which made the dress look and feel perfect. I felt very comfortable leaving my dress in her hands, and she really knows what she is doing. If I ever need some serious work done on a dress in the future, I will most certainly go back to Jaizelle!

t 5 weeks left to have the dress done. I called Jaizelle, we set up a day to meet and I explained the situation and how little time was left. Not only did she assure me that she would be able to have it done in time, she was so kind and caring about the situation I was in. My schedule was hectic during the next couple of weeks, she was so accommodating so we could get together each visit and always asked how my family was doing and was genuinely concerned. She was very professional, helped make suggestions and explained everything she was going to do to the dress in detail. It really shows how much she loves what she does. My dress required quite a bit of work, including a custom bustle and removing and reattaching by hand all of the scalloped lace on the bottom of my dress. My venue was close by and she even offered to come by if I needed any help with bustling the dress the day of the wedding. I loved my dress when she was finished with it and I think her prices are very reasonable. She is so professional, caring and welcoming. I went back to her the following year to have my gown turned into a christening dress for my daughter, again with not a lot of time to do it and really just an idea on the shape of the dress I wanted. She helped me decide on a few things and I told her to do her thing, the dress was perfect! Highly recommend using her for any alterations or custom clothing you may want. Thank you Jaizelle!!
