Hi, we’re Jake and Necia, a husband-and-wife wedding photography team based on the beautiful Central Coast of California. We’re so glad you’re here! Our journey started not just behind the camera, but hand in hand—both in life and in our shared passion for capturing love stories. As a married couple, we understand how meaningful your wedding day is, and we bring that personal connection to every celebration we photograph. Together, we strive to capture the joy of life and the beauty of creation.
We specialize in timeless, documentary-style photography with an editorial touch. Whether you're planning an intimate elopement on top of a dune out at Montana De oro, a vineyard ceremony in Paso Robles, or a breezy beach wedding in Avila Beach we’re here to preserve every laugh, tear, and little in-between moment that makes your day uniquely yours. Our approach is calm, creative, and heartfelt—we’ll be your quiet cheerleaders, your timeline keepers, extra bridesmaid or groomsman, wedding hair primper, tie adjuster, boutonniere pinner and family wrangler , always working to make sure you feel seen and celebrated.

uch on the same page. Compared to others that have "second shooters" Jake takes the men and Necia works with the girls and together they make magic happen. This allows for fluidity when working together. They are organized, creative, timely and know whats best for the day and situation.
Our engagement and wedding pictures are both creative and romantic and edited clean unlike the edited "orange" style.

I was dreading our engagement photo shoot (the idea of getting my photo taken for about 3 hours doesn't seem fun to me), but Jake & Necia were fun to hang out with and we had a great time.
You can tell that Jake is really determined to get everything right and Necia is really good at directing people in a friendly and fun manner (which is not always easy to do). They really combed over our wedding schedule and gave us great feedback on what to elongate, what to shorten, what to include, and what to cut.
They sent us a sneak peak (20 of the best photos) a week after our wedding, and our full photos 5.5 weeks after our wedding (a few days before they were due).
So glad we went with Jake & Necia - after going through our wedding we realized that while it's important to have professionals that do good work it's even more important to have professionals who are easy to work with - Jake & Necia are definitely that!
