Jake's Limo Service

Jake's trolley was the perfect touch for my wedding. I think the trolley idea is so fresh, and the price of this trolley was honestly not far off from what other limo companies were quoting me for a limo. So for a little extra you get a cute photo op, not to mention how comfy a trolley is! No bending over, feeling cramped in a limo. As far as management, the driver was on time, my contact, John, was excellent to work with, and it was an overall great experience!

5 stars! I can't thank Jake's Limo Service enough. We had a complicated itinerary for the trolley service that we used as a shuttle between the hotel and our venue but they were so patient, understanding, and accommodating with everything and made us feel confident with using them. Definitely would recommend!

I was so excited when I booked this company for our September 2016 wedding. I booked the trolley in September 2015. I recently called just to update some info now that we are only 4 months away just to have the surprise that the owner does not have our contract. I was then informed that a former employee of his stole contracts and was handling his entire business. Needless to say my date was already booked!! What type of person has no control of there business!!! I am in the middle of trying to get back my deposit and find another trolley company which is nearly impossible now. Please stay away from this company I hear I am not the only one this has happened to. I would have been left with no transportation on my wedding day if I never called them to follow up.

Hopefully I am reviewing the correct service, as the Jake's I used was out of PineBrook. Anyway, I used their trolley for our wedding day in May and it was absolutely perfect. The driver/assistant was on time and professional. They knew how to help with my dress which was also much appreciated! They also gave us a ride to the airport as a wedding gift the following MOnday! THey were wonderful and I would absolutely use them again!
