I cannot believe there was a time in our wedding planning process that we thought we didn't need a videographer! Our photographer recommended that we reach out to JAM Media Services to see if they'd be available as they had worked with them before. Their previous work was beautiful and the ease of not having to select a package for an exact number of hours months in advance sealed the deal for us. We reached out in October for our February wedding and thankfully, they were available! We signed our contract and later met with them over a meal to discuss the details of our wedding and figure out how to coordinate the day to accomplish everything that we wanted. My husband and I ended up making some changes throughout the planning process, but they were able to make adjustments without skipping a beat. On our wedding day, the workload was divided among the team. They were everywhere we needed them to be and covered exterior and drone shots of our venue, us getting ready separately, our first look, and of course the ceremony and reception. They gave us simple direction during our couple & wedding party portraits that made us feel more comfortable in front of the cameras (we never know what to do with our hands). During the reception, they were ready for each event and captured candid moments of our guests while we enjoyed ourselves. There was no pressure to "perform." They just captured us being ourselves. We said our goodbyes at the end of the night and received our highlight video while on our honeymoon! It was incredible. Our vows and my Dad's speech were woven beautifully with the memorable moments of our day. I still can't watch it without tearing up. Everyone we've shown has been so impressed. From beginning to end JAM media services exceeded our expectations. They asked many questions ahead of time to have all of our details in order and to make sure our day went as smoothly as possible. They communicated with our other vendors to make sure they were all on the same page and the day of our wedding they arrived early and professionally dressed. Shortly after our wedding they sent us the most beautiful highlight video I have ever seen! We got so many compliments about our highlight video and it brought everyone who watched it to tears. They captured every important part of our day and seamlessly put it together into a beautiful video with a lovely background song. Everything from start to finish couldn’t have went better and the end result has blown us away!
