We got to spend quality time with them during our engagement shoots, they sent cute care packages to check in on us during our postponement due to covid, and we have continued to hang out with them even after our wedding! Their positive energy and magnetic spirits make everyone instantly feel at ease like they're talking to a best friend. No matter where your wedding is taking place, you should 100% hire James & Jess! They travel the world and will make your wedding experience feel truly magical!

derful. BUT BRIDES: every time we meet with a vendor, they ask who else we’ve booked. Every time I saw who our photographer is THEY SWOON. Other vendors! Swooning! Over James and Jess! They see hundreds of weddings annually and that’s who they want us to use. We’ve had vendors ask to make recommendations and we ask who they want to recommend it usually goes: I’m sorry if you’ve already booked someone else but please book James & Jess for photography! Can you imagine how comforting that is?? As a bride where you’re second guessing constantly, that decision (and it was our first and we were obsessed so we booked them the week before our venue - 🤷🏼‍♀️) has been confirmed time and time again. They’re not the most expensive out there (we were quoted more for less hours and services) but they’re not cheap. We knew we wanted good photography because it’s the one thing we knew we’d have forever. We haven’t even had our wedding and I’d recommend them to anyone even considering getting married anywhere. Also, good relations with literally every other vendor in the area speaks volumes. They’re fun, personable, professional, and damn good at what they do. Happy planning!

ously makes for the most gorgeous photos because YOU are confident in them. We had an engagement session with them before the wedding to get to know them. I sent them the dresses I was planning on wearing and they told me I should pick a new one, because the other one wouldn’t photograph well. So, I went shopping, sent them pictures, and they helped me pick out a new one. All that to say, they go above and beyond to make you feel special. They do so much more than what is asked of wedding photographers. I also did bridal portraits with them, which turned out to be so lovely. They sent us sneak peek pictures the very next day and then we got all of our wedding photos actually while we were on our honeymoon. There were some photos I wish I had gotten that I didn’t get, but that was my fault for not telling them. I also wish we had more, but you can never have enough photos! We are currently working with them to make our photo album and we are so excited to receive it! Overall, I can’t recommend them enough for your event!

James and Jess are not only a super cute husband/wife team that are fun to hang out with and put you at ease, but on our wedding day they were the ones who were constantly checking in on us and making sure out drinks were full and our bellies happy. I did not have to worry at all on our day whether they were getting pictures of everything I wanted or that they were capturing all the right moments, and that you can't put a price on. I wish I could use them for every special occasion in my life!

She is friendly, spunky, funny, fun, and she knows how to work with people in a way that gets things done in a good and timely manner. Our family shots at the wedding went so smoothly and so quickly because she was able to shuffle people in and out so well. People wanted to listen and follow her directions. We may have been special, but we got out photos very quickly, within a few weeks for both engagement and wedding. It was incredible. I highly recommend meeting with Jessica and using her for whatever photography needs you have!
