I cannot say enough positive things about them. I was really indecisive on my engagement ring and wedding band so I worked with basically their whole staff. Everyone was very nice,... helpful, and extremely patient. Also, all of their information was very consistent which I appreciate. It helped show how are trustworthy of a business they are. They were also willing to working with a budget, and weren't pushy with anything to make a sale. Overall, they are very customer oriented and trustworthy. I highly recommend getting your engagement ring and wedding band from James Middleton. This was for sure the start of a relationship and not a one time experience.
