Our Lawn & Pavilion wedding package is designed to give you the flexibility and amenities you need to create a celebration that reflects your vision, all while surrounded by the natural charm of our property. Your ceremony can take place on our spacious, flower-lined lawn, with plenty of room for guests and a beautiful outdoor backdrop for your vows. After you say "I do," celebrate under our fully covered 45’x80’ Pavilion, which can host up to 150 guests for your reception. The Pavilion is large enough for dining, dancing, and entertainment, all in one versatile space that can be customized to match your style. This package also includes a 20’x20’ bonus tent, as well as tables, chairs, and wine glasses for your event. Our venue is flexible with layouts, allowing you to design the perfect flow for your day. Amenities and Options: - Exclusive use of your event space during your reserved timeframe (10 AM – 10 PM) -Prearranged ceremony rehearsal included -Access to a variety of tables and chairs -Up to 20% off all James River Cellars wines purchased for your event - Option to add the Hanover Room as a private, all-day space for the wedding party A James River Cellars representative will be onsite during your wedding to oversee the venue and provide support as needed. Catering and Bar Service: While we do not offer in-house catering, you’re welcome to hire a licensed caterer of your choice. Beer may also be brought in (with an ABC license), but outside wine and liquor are not permitted. Couples enjoy up to 20% off wine purchases for their wedding, and bartending services by our staff can be added upon request.
