I cannot say enough good things about James. From the very beginning, he has been attentive, easy to work with, professional, and SO MUCH FUN! Finding the perfect photographer was the most important part for me as I was planning my wedding. I researched for weeks and once I came across James’ page I knew he was the one. The mood he sets for his pictures truly caught my eye. His style is also so unique and incredible. I absolutely fell in love with his style and all the pictures I saw on his Instagram page. He was such a joy to work with for our engagement shoot and such a blast to have at our wedding! He brought Tiffany as the second photographer on our wedding day and she was equally as amazing. Everyone knew where they should be, how they should be standing, and how to pose at all times. No time was wasted and we got EVERY shot we wanted before cocktail hour which was a huge plus for us. All of our friends and family were amazed at the photos James took and how much fun he was to be around. I absolutely cannot recommend James enough. As I said, the photographer was the most important vendor for us and James captured our vision perfectly. I would hire him again in a second!!! There are no words great enough to describe the incredible work that James Webb creates. As a lover of art and photography, I had very high expectations of what I wanted for our special wedding day. James Webb exceeded my expectations. He was not only a creative genius, but he was also just a fun and personable guy to be around. I still get compliments to this day on the amazing engagement photos James created for us, and I cannot wait to see the wedding photos!

James’ work is widely displayed at our wedding venue. The second we saw his work when viewing and booking our venue… we said we HAD to have him! We immediately booked with him! We did our engagement shoot at Allaire State park (Jame’s recommendation). We explained the type of style we were going for and he hit the nail on the head with the location for the engagement photos. He dealt with our weird quirkiness and really embraced it. He was super easy to talk with and allowed us to be super comfortable too! Some of our favorite photos are ones that weren’t staged. He was able to really capture our true selves even though we are not photogenic people. We had a TON of shots we wanted the day off between our personal, couple, bridal party and family shots… but between James and his second shooter (Sophia Freeman) we were able to bang the photos out quickly before the ceremony so we were able to join out guests at cocktail hour. He did not miss a beat during the reception! We were shocked by the slideshow preview! Some of the photos, we felt would be on the cover of a magazine! We are anxiously waiting to see all the final photos from the entire day/night! I know for a fact we will be nothing less than thrilled with the final product! We have already made the decision (without him even knowing😂) to have James be the one to capture our precious moments in the future as we start a family. He definitely has forever customers with us! You will not be disappointed!

Even before we got engaged we knew we wanted James to be our photographer to capture our big day, he is so talented and his work truly blows me away. Our engagement & wedding sessions made us feel like models and came out beautiful!!! The day of our wedding he even had some sneak peeks already done to show at our reception and they were AMAZING!!

James Webb is a wizard! His work is truly magical. From our engagement session to our wedding, I haven't seen a photo that I'm not absolutely in love with. During the engagement session, he made us feel extremely comfortable by making us laugh, having natural poses, trying new things, etc. That never wavered during the wedding, either. He is so personable and felt like such a close friend that you would have never known he wasn't in the bridal party! James had uploaded a few photos that he had taken from our first look, bridal party, and family photos prior to the wedding, and uploaded them onto a tablet that was displayed during the wedding. Everyone was in awe at how fast he worked, but also at how beautiful just those few photos were. My bridal party has all texted me saying, we love James! I'm counting down the days until we can see the full album, and I want to have another wedding just to get a chance to work with him again. Book the wizard, you won't regret it!

I cannot say enough about James! First of all, his photos are beautiful and he captured our day in the most amazing way! His personality is amazing and makes everything so fun. He keeps you laughing which is great cause you spend so much time with him! He gives you a suggested timeline and helps make sure you have plenty of time for photos. Somehow he keeps track of the always growing list of wants thrown at him on wedding day. He is always willing to try new ideas and will do just about anything for the perfect shot. He got perfect shots of my husband and I with our dog that melt my heart! Not to mention he saved our day by finding us a replacement videographer 2 days before our wedding (thanks covid). Before I even got engaged I knew James would be the one to capture my wedding day and boy did he show up! Where do I even begin! James was recommended to me by a fellow coworker who also used him for their wedding day. I was obsessed with all of my coworkers wedding pictures so I had to call James. James is AMAZING! We signed on with James in 2019 after attending my cousins wedding and being blown away by their wedding photos. We did our engagement session on the beach in NJ. It rained that day and we were totally bummed thinking the rain was going to ruin our engagement session.....until James showed us some sneak peaks! He used puddles to create reflections and the clouds were so amazing in our photos. Our wedding was June 3, 2021. James and his partner Tommy were so easy to work with. They both have such a unique eye!! They gave direction when needed (which was a lot because my husband and I are not used to being in front of a camera). They made us feel so confident and comfortable. Everyone came up to us asking for their information because everyone at our wedding loved their work and energy. They were never pulling us away from our guests or in our face but captured every moment possible and were always aware the best photo opportunities. James and his assistant Marshall are the absolute greatest to work with! James was wonderful with communicating from day 1, (including rescheduling our entire wedding due to Covid-19). He got all the shots we asked for and his editing is completely amazing. He is professional and yet still a blast to work with. He helped us create the photo of our dreams on top of our Jeep popping a bottle of champagne at Lincoln Financial Field (we're huge Eagles fans) People still tell us it's the coolest picture they've ever seen! James Webb was FANTASTIC! We got engaged during COVID but knew we wanted to hire a photographer for our engagement session and wedding. We found James through the Knot and the great reviews. Well he definitely delivered. I told him we wanted our engagement pictures taken in Philly at two locations and that wasn't a problem at all. It was an extremely hot day in July, but he went to all the stops to get the best pics and they were AWESOME! We had James and another photographer for our wedding and they were amazing. We did a first look and he got all the shots. The day was beautiful and the pictures show that. We love ALL our pictures from the portraits, family pics to the ceremony and reception. Then we got all our wedding pictures back in 15 days! WHAT?!? If you are looking for a a top notch photographer, stop searching. James Webb is hands down the best wedding photographer EVER! If he is available for your date consider yourself lucky.

James! Nothing that I write about him can live up to what he did for us! We have some awesome memories with him since our engagement. His work is beyond incredible and literally exceeds all expectations. I tell everyone about him, so many of my friends as well as family want to now use him when they get married. His work has his own special touch which you do not see in other photographers. If I could I would hang every picture in my house. James is on top of making sure that everything is how you want it to be as well as getting everything he needs done, he has the perfect balance even when the bride runs behind schedule. lol James had a slide show of photos he had taken edited and running on an iPad while we ate dinner. We are so happy we chose James for our wedding! Our engagement session was just a glimpse at the talent and professionalism James provides. On our wedding day we were challenged with rain but don’t panic! James kept in charge and had the venue (barn wedding) scope out the land before adventuring out in the muddy areas! We had to find a new photographer due to Covid and we knew of James from a friends wedding he did previously. From the moment we contacted James, he was positive and flexible around our schedules with the limited time available between our old and new wedding date. On the day of our wedding, James and his second shooter, Allison, were professional, kind and gave us great direction. They took their time getting great shots and the photos we have seen so far are beautiful. They had a preview of about 20 photos or so from the wedding photos they had just taken during the ceremony and cocktail hour with our bridal parties and families showcased on an ipad for guests to see at our wedding. James always answered our messages and emails. He was prepared the whole day and truly looked like he enjoyed his job. We cannot thank James enough for all he Allison did that day and the days leading up to it.

James went above and beyond for our wedding day. He was timely, professional, personable and creative in his photography approach. He hustled all day and night. His attention to detail was very much appreciated and he made sure my dress and veil were just right when it needed to be. Leading up to the wedding he gave us great location advice for photos and was flexible as we changed the location several times. His work speaks for itself and we are very happy with our photos! James was our absolute saving grace on our wedding day! I come from a family who is in the wedding business, and I found James because he happened to be photographing a wedding on our family farm. Before I was even engaged, I knew I had to have James for my wedding day. It is more than obvious that he is an expert while watching him in his element. My then boyfriend also recognized James’ insane talent, and had him come to snap photos of our engagement. Before we even booked our wedding venue and date, I made sure James was available for us! He even helped my mother-in-law design a photo album of pictures of her choice and it came out impeccable. I can’t imagine anyone considering a photographer other than James to capture their big day! James did such an incredible job shooting our wedding. The day was extremely hectic because of TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress presence during all of the wedding festivities. James and his second shooter Jenna paid close attention to detail and got every photo on my “must have” list. My husband and I did not have a first look so we were extremely pressed for time when it came to photos of just the two of us. Our photos together after the ceremony absolutely blew us away! James only had 20 minutes to get our shots done and every single one of them was impeccable. He was amazing with our guests and with wrangling our family members. We booked James about a year and a half before our wedding and I really couldn’t have asked for a better person to capture our special day. It felt like having a friend with you all day long and his creativity and vision is truly unmatched. His assistant, Jenna, was also so good with my groomsmen and they were all very comfortable with her. He provided sneak peaks to us before dinner at the reception and they blew us away. Best photographer ever!! The wedding pictures and album were very high quality. I had such a great experience throughout the wedding planning process, the day of preparations, and post wedding album selection. Communication, talent and quality of service were excellent. I got numerous comments from family and friends of how phenomenal the pictures looked. He offers several package options and we appreciated the pricing transparency right on his website. I could tell immediately that James has a great eye for depth, texture, light and post-processing and once I saw his work…no one else stood a chance. I kept coming back to James’ photos and his down to earth bio, which is 100% our vibe. Booking him was the best decision we could have made. He was actually one of the first vendors we booked. We did both an engagement shoot and our wedding day with James and his second shooter, Jenna. Our guests enjoyed the tablet slide show of photos during our reception, and they even left some photos for us at our sweetheart table throughout the wedding. We haven’t even seen the “final” complete product yet but James has already shared a preview (within days of our wedding) and I have zero hesitation in writing this review now. #Impeccable James and Jenna are also just amazing people, fun and helpful. When I ran into a last minute snafu with both my veil and dress Jenna was ON IT with some bobby pins/safety pins. And yes…I’m talking about our wedding photographers lol talk about above and beyond. James isn’t afraid to crawl in the grass to get the perfect shot. At no point did we feel like we were missing anything because of photos, which is a testament to James and his time management skills. He helped keep us on time and catch up when we were a tad behind (because of my veil/dress malfunction). Bottom line…book him immediately! James Webb is the man! He did my sister’s wedding 5 years ago & the pictures were beautiful! As soon as I got engaged I knew he had to be my photographer as well! Webb is someone who you will feel comfortable spending your wedding day with. He makes you feel so important, but at the same time you hardly notice he’s there. (in a good way) He understands weddings are not everyday occasions for couples, even though this is something he does all the time. I think this is really important. Choosing Webb and dealing with him was honestly the least stressful part of wedding planning & our wedding day. He was easy to get a hold of and answered all of our questions along the way. James was literally the best decision I made for my wedding. I truly can not recommend him enough. From the beginning, with our engagement shoot, he made me and my husband (who are very awkward) look like models with his patience and posing. He is a joy to work with and very easy to get ahold of via text, call or email. My wedding day, James was not only fun to work with but was very calming through all the craziness of getting ready and being nervous. James is such an awesome photographer. We saw his work from a wedding we attended and made sure to grab a business card and 2 years later we were so excited to find he was available for our wedding. We are not used to being in front of a camera but he made it so comfortable during our wedding day, it felt like we were hanging out with a friend! His photos are absolutely amazing and our album is beautiful. Our families constantly rave about him and his work. If we had to do it over, we would definitely choose James again!

James was the best decision I made in my wedding planning. He was there for us every single step of the way starting with selecting our package to creating our album! He not only was our photographer but became our friend that even referred us to other vendors to help make our day ! James Allowed us to pick where we got our engagement pictures done and let me use all the props I wanted too! Then the day of the wedding he came early in the day and never stopped clicking all day long way into the dancing ! I can never repay James for the moments he captured that will allow us to remember the best day of our lives For the next 50 years ! Our pictures are so beautiful everyone keeps asking who we used ! He is the best out there and no one will be disappointed in his pictures or his quality and relationship you create with him.

Planning a wedding is never easy with a lot of difficult and stressful decisions to be made, but choosing my wedding photographer was not one of them. James came highly recommended from a coworker (who I'm sure I owe a bottle of something to for doing do) and after our interactions I would gladly share that recommendation. From start to finish James has been great. Being someone who hates every picture I'm ever in when I got my engagement and wedding pictures back I have never been prouder to show them to everyone. Even when taking our engagement pics and it was hot and muggy and I thought I looked a mess and he still produced the perfect pictures. On our wedding day he brought humor when I was full of stress which doesn't seem important but when these pictures are going to capture the mood of the day it truly is. The photographer Jenna that was his second photographer for the day was also friendly and a delight. Both were very patient with our family's (who on both sides can be hard to organize). If I had to do the day over I would Pick James Webb Photography everytime.

James did a phenomenal job with our engagement photos and the day of the wedding! Even with both photo sessions taking place in the coldest temperatures the pictures came out AMAZING. He is so creative, talented and everyone is amazed by his beautiful pictures!!! Look no further for a wedding photographer.

There are not even enough stars here to rate this photographer. James was absolutely amazing to work with. Jenna was his assistant and we loved her as well !! She is definitely an extension of James with regards to her photography work. We seen his previous work from other weddings and knew immediately we wanted him to capture our wedding day. We were not sure what to expect during our engagement photo shoot, but James and Jenna made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed ! We went to Longwood Gardens and the pictures came out gorgeous !! We just recently got our wedding photos back and we are completely blown away!! All I gave James was a list of formal family photos we needed and he took care of the rest !! He came up with so many different angles and interesting shots of us on our wedding day!! Our friends, family, and other wedding vendors cannot stop complimenting his work. He is definitely not your typical wedding photographer. If you are looking for someone to capture your wedding day for you, he is the guy to do it without a doubt !!!
