While her website looks inviting, she was extremely unprofessional. She asks a ton of questions to pretend as though she is interested in getting to know you, but really all she is interested in doing is trying to assess how she will be able to upcharge for additional features. Her website and the initial quote she sends aren't actually accurate, right as we asked for a contract she pulled a "bait and switch" and tried to charge us more money. Be leery of whatever price she offers you, anticipate it to be higher or don't waste your time answering all of her questions. I value integrity, transparency, and my time. She's lacking the first two and abused the last. Fortunately there are LOTS of excellent videographers that cover the same geographical area, so we're not at a loss for passing on this one. My advice, stay away unless you're willing to spend as much as she's interested in squeezing out of you.
