DELICIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL! Jamie was INCREDIBLE to work with. The cake was completely delectable (I had so many people come over to tell me that it was the best they'd had at a wedding) - we had an almond cake with raspberry buttercream and preserves. So so so good. Jaime was so professional and wonderful in the planning process, too. Jaime gave us a bunch fo samples to take home and try, all delicious flavors, and had a whole planning meeting with us. She put together a gorgeous inspo board and took the time to source real succulents for our cake! We were able to take these home and plant them as a way to remember the day and be more sustainable in our wedding. Thank you, Jaime!!!

FLAVOR TO DIE FOR! We had an absolutely amazing time working with Jamie. From day one, she was very accommodating. She worked around our schedules to provide tastings and worked with us planning an Arizona wedding despite us living out of state. And when the day came, the presentation and flavor did not disappoint. We chose to do a cake and supplement it with cupcakes. The cake and cupcakes were incredible! Each cupcake design was beautiful, and the way Jamie craftfully displayed our desserts went perfectly with our wedding theme. Even my family members who typically do not enjoy desserts were raving about the flavor of the cupcakes for weeks after our wedding day. It is worth it to work with Jamie for her flavor profiles alone! But the customer service, access to beautiful displays, timeliness in responses, and flexibility to meet our needs made for wonderful bonuses to make our wedding day so special! Overall, a fantastic experience and would do it all over again in a heart beat.

Jamie makes amazing desserts! She did a dessert table for our April wedding and it was beautiful! We did a cutting cake, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate dipped pretzel rods, mini cupcakes, and fruit filled chocolate cups. All the flavors were amazing and the cutting cake was just how we wanted! She put the perfect colors and setup everything beautifully! I would highly recommend Jamie-Cakes bakery!

Literally can’t say enough good things about Jamie’s Cakes!! We did a dessert table and a cake for our wedding and everything was absolutely perfect! Our cake was stunning and delectable, the dessert table had no left overs that’s how good it was! If you are looking for an amazing bakery this is it!

Jamie was hands down the best! We did meet with a few others but the moment we met with Jamie it was clear to us she was the one. She’s not only the sweetest person but her cakes were amazing! She was a pleasure to work with and made everything so easy for us. Everyone loved all flavors we had for cupcakes and we cannot stop recommending her to everyone we know.

Absolutely loved working with Jamie. She's truly humble, talented and kind! We enjoyed our cake tasting, visualizing our cake and then seeing the creation come to life on our wedding day! Not only did our cake look exactly like we wanted, but it tasted moist and fresh. Many people complimented us on the cake and asked for our vendor's name too. Jamie was fantastic to work with for our wedding. She created a beautiful wedding cake as well as cupcakes for our reception. The guests and myself absolutely loved them. They were extremely decadent and even more scrumptious. I am a big dessert person so having something that people actually wanted to eat while looking beautiful was a must and Jamie really delivered. Our wedding was impacted by COVID (original date 4/4/2020), and she was gracious throughout the entire process of changing the date (not once but twice due to the delta variant). I would HIGHLY recommend. We will be ordering from her again!

Jamie is an absolute angel! Her attention to detail and artistry shines through in her final product, and I cannot say enough about the flavor! We had a 2 tier cake and cupcakes for our wedding, and all night we were getting compliments from guests about the flavors we selected! She makes the experience so fun and stress free, leaving you with plenty of time to focus on other details. Jamie was so easy to work with and everything was delicious. We did a cake for cutting which was so vibrant and just what we wanted and then a cupcake bar for the guests. The pricing was very reasonable especially for such a great product. would 100% recommend! She did not have vegan options which we were hoping for but I do not believe many bakers do. but besides that it was absolutely perfect. Thank you Jamie!!

Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious!! Jamie was such a pleasure to work with from our tasting, communication/planning, to our beautiful cake display. The cake we went with was for 100 people at our 88 person wedding and we hardly had any left over! My husband and I thought we would be taking a lot of cake home, but everyone loved it. We also had snickerdoodle that were Amazing and did not last long. Jamie spent time with us to design our perfect look, took time looking at sample pictures and had a beautiful setup on our wedding day. I highly recommend Jamie -Cakes Bakery!

Jamie cakes was recommended by our wedding venue. We first met Jamie at our cake tasting and were impressed by her professionalism and creativity. Her presentation at the tasting was gorgeous. In fact, we had such a hard time choosing a flavor because everything looked and tasted so good! After discussing my vision and the various options available, Jamie came up with a design that was even better than I had imagined. Overall, the tasting experience felt very relaxed and personal. My fiancé and I left knowing we had made the right decision in choosing Jamie as our vendor. I am in absolute awe at the final product; our wedding cake was INCREDIBLE. The final product far exceeded my expectations both in looks and in taste. The cake was truly “Pinterest worthy.” Jamie is exceptional to say the least.

I haven't stopped thinking of my almond/raspberry cake in months! The cake was not only perfect in design, but perfect in texture and taste. Jaime was so professional with scheduling, tasting, and delivery. I cannot recommend her enough.

Jamie is AMAZING! She is the sweetest most helpful woman. When we did our initial tasting with Jamie she had all different kinds of flavors for us to try. She even gave us the option to change the flavor a couple weeks before the wedding. The cake itself was delicious and beautiful. Everyone loved it! She is very professional and easy to work with!

Let me start off by saying, the cake was easily one of the things my husband and I were most excited about for our wedding. We are not cake people in general, but Jamie’s Cakes are unlike any cake that we’ve ever had, in the best way possible. Our complimentary cake tasting appointment was so much fun, and she offered a multitude of cake and filling flavors. We chose the almond cake with apricot mousse filling and it was to die for. So delicious, and moist without being too overly sweet. I showed her one photo of a four tiered cake with a naked buttercream finish and a floral cascade. What she created was far beyond the inspiration photo we gave. It was so stunning and so gorgeous. She even prepared boxes with instructions on how to preserve the top tier for our 1 year anniversary!! And of course we had the cake and some coffee for our first breakfast as husband and wife. She even got us such a touching and beautiful wedding gift when we went to her studio after the wedding!! If you have any, special occasion to celebrate, or even just feel like satiating a sweet tooth Jamie Cakes is the only way to go. Thank you again Jamie! You are absolutely so wonderful!!!

Jamie has been a thrill to work with! Granted we didn’t get the whole experience of cake tasting (thanks COVID) in her shop but we made it work and it was a great experience nonetheless. Her flavors are unique and delicious! Although I am writing this review before we have even seen our cake I have no doubt it’ll be delicious and beautiful! Jamie has a wonderful business and is definitely recommended by us!

Our cakes were a hit! They were so well made and tasted delicious! I wanted a simple naked design for my wedding cake, but the groom's cake took a lot more and turned out AWESOME! Everyone loved the Dixie Chicken sign and the Bud Light pouring over it all!

Jamie was wonderful to work with for our wedding cake! She's an entrepreneur who takes great pride in creating beautiful, delicious wedding cakes. My husband and I only needed to meet with her once for our tasting and she gave us our DREAM wedding cake! Our four-tier cake was a different flavor each layer with elegant designs that perfectly matched our wish list. I'd recommend Jamie for any future wedding!

Jamie is the best! And so are her cakes. In the beginning, we only wanted someone to decorate donuts for us because I love donuts more than cake. Well, that was before we visited Jamie’s charming bungalow office and she offered us cake samples in six flavors. We quickly realized we NEEDED her cake at our wedding. We ended up having both, donuts and cake. She decorated our 3-tiered/3-flavored cake and a couple dozen donuts with icing succulents. They turned out beautifully and tasted as great as they looked. Jamie was great to work with. She was easy to schedule our initial meeting (we had a small 2-day window), a great communicator, and very flexible when we switched from donuts to mostly donuts and some cake to some donuts and a bigger cake. She loved our idea of decorating donuts and the succulent idea and was excited to execute our vision. We were able to do all of the contract and payments online, which was very helpful for me since we weren’t in Tucson. She also had great suggestions, like that a simple “naked” cake would look really good with the succulent decorations, which it did! I’m so happy we went with her and look forward to my next excuse to eat more Jamie Cakes!

Jamie was fantastic to work with. During our initial meeting she took our jumbled thoughts and ideas about the wedding cake we wanted and was able to put it on paper, creating the most perfect cake. The flavors of the cake were excellent. Payments and communication were easy. The day of the wedding went perfect with delivery and set up.

Wedding: 12/8/18 Wow! I am not a cake person, but this cake is unbelievable. When we were planning, the cake was honestly nothing I was too interested in. My (now) husband and I did not care for this part, but we know people like cake so we decided to contact a few people. Jamie Cakes was the first place we made contact with and we knew it was the place for us! We went to the tasting with my parents and as soon as I took my first bite of the sample, I could not believe how it just melts in your mouth! It is not dry at all and it is the perfect amount of sweetness. Our favorite was the lemon blackberry! We let her know that our theme was Tangled, how many people we were having, and what we wanted in a design. Right there in front of us she drew a sketch of what we were dreaming. I could not believe how great the appointment went. After we met, she quickly sent over an invoice for us to look over to decide if we would like for her to make our cake. We actually went to two more places, but it was not the same. Something about Jamie's cakes were just so special, especially because my husband and I are not cake eaters! The day of the wedding she delivered, because we were getting married in Tubac, and I am thankful for that. She was in contact with us and it made it less stressful knowing that she was taking care of it for us. Our florist also provided flowers for the cake, which Jamie placed on the cake, along with our cake topper. As soon as I walked into the reception hall and saw it, I was blown away with how gorgeous it was! The venue even told us that out of the last eight weddings they had there, this was the first cake that did not fall apart while cutting. We had 200 people and everyone kept telling us how delicious it was! We had three flavors: lemon blackberry, white chocolate raspberry, and strawberries n' champagne! My cousin who does not eat desserts also had two pieces! People loved it so much that there was no cake leftover. Our venue is also adding Jamie-Cakes Bakery Boutique to their recommended vendors list. We also had a few people ask us where they could order cakes from her because they loved it so much!

Jamie Cakes was fantastic and so good, everyone at our wedding raved about how good the flavors were. We have a 2 tier cake. Cupcakes and cake pops we had hardly to no leftovers everyone went for seconds, we got cake pops for the kids and they didn’t get them because the adults got to then first, Jamie was so easy and enjoyable to work with she was very accommodating and has a great attention for detail, very happy with the outcome.. I highly recommend Jamie Cakes.

It was the best cake I ever ate! That was the complement of almost every guest I have spoken to. Not only that, it was beautiful and working with Jamie it was a pleasure! She has a great personality and very professional. She is very flexible with the different flavors and she did 3 different combinations in each layer. My husband loved it, especially the top of the cake, made of chocolate only for him. I highly recommend Jamie for you cake!

Jamie Cakes Bakery was absolutely incredible to work with! I still cannot get over how beautiful and delicious our cake was! We chose to do a two tiered cake with cupcakes, and the way she presented the cakes were just beautiful. We received tons of compliments from our guests on the cake and could not be happier. We are so thrilled that we chose Jamie for our wedding cake! We had a three-tiered cake with two different flavors (lemon/raspberry and almond/apricot mousse), and Jamie was great about letting us taste-test the elements before we made our final selection. Also, the cake was an excellent value and looked stunning. We couldn't be happier, and we're hoping to return to her for our first anniversary cake next year!

Jamie was fabulous! She was able to schedule a tasting around our schedule (Phoenix dwellers) and was very responsive to all communication. Clearly an experienced hand, she knew exactly the size & number of tiers we needed for our guest list (~100), and she had a lot of awesome ideas for decoration after hearing just a couple suggestions from us. We ended up more on the subtle side out of personal minimalist tendencies (soft metallic accents & a single sugar flower) and it was just gorgeous and perfect for us, but wow, she has the vision and talent for so much more. Jamie took care of delivery on the wedding day, always a relief. As for the actual cake... delicious. Moist, flavorful, and she accommodated our indecision by alternating the flavors on each tier! No need to compromise between looks and content, what Jamie was able to make for us went above and beyond for both!

Jamie did a great job with out wedding cake! She was one of three vendors that our reception venue works with for the cake, but she was easily the best option. We came in with a couple of pictures of what we had in mind, and she was able to sketch out a picture in like 5 minutes :) It was really hard to pick our flavours since everything tasted amazing - our guests *raved* about how good the cake was and we definitely agree! The nicest thing was probably that she told us not to worry about saving the entire top tier for our one-year anniversary; just come back to her, and she'd hook us up with some fresh cake! We also had a dozen gluten free cupcakes; couldn't tell the difference, as they were also great! Only minor quibble was that she was a little slow in giving us the invoice so we could pay for the cupcakes (as they weren't included in our cake package), but other than that, Jamie was very professional, on top of communicating with us, easy to work with, and gave us a beautiful, delicious cake for our wedding day!

Jamie was a great cake baker. I loved that her website had all of the information regarding costs, flavors, etc. She was very easy to reach via email. During the consultation, there were four of us and we enjoyed tasting a few of the flavors. She had different design ideas which was great as we had no idea what we wanted the cake to look like. In the end we got a three-tiered cake that had three different flavors. At the wedding, she delivered the cake on time (which you would expect since she only does one client per day). The cake was exactly what we ordered. It tasted great and it looked beautiful.

Jamie Cakes came highly recommended to me from a friend, and I am so happy she was able to make our cake! Jamie is amazing and so easy to work with! My fiancé and I wanted a small cake for our wedding and Jamie was great about recommending flavors and styles. I sent her a photo of the cake I wanted from Pinterest, and she replicated it perfectly!
