nds and family. I wasn't a fan of the photographer at Caesars Palace (my wedding venue) so I started my search. What caught my eye about Jamie's work was her unique style. There was a bit of an edge to her photos that separated them from everyone else. From our first conversation to the big day, Jamie was attentive to our needs and was great to work with. On the day of, she provided great direction and captured the most amazing shots. In addition to our couple and wedding party shots, she also took amazing candids at our reception. I'm so thrilled with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Jamie to anyone in Las Vegas who needs wedding photography!

end, I chose Jamie because multiple photographers told me they weren't available on my wedding date, but that they recommended her. Like, six different photographers all recommended her as being professional and talented and a good choice - that's pretty remarkable. And they were right: Jamie did a great job. Everyone raves about our photos. They're interesting and fun, but they aren't overly stylized so they won't look super dated in, say, 15 years. What I specifically liked about Jamie was her professionalism. She listened to our requests, remembered and honored all of them - even the weird ones - emailed a digital contact that was easy to use, didn't have any hidden fees or catches, showed up on time, and produced high quality photos faster than her quoted turnaround. She didn't pressure me to buy any prints or other products, and was upfront about how her fee schedule worked. Prior to the wedding, she sent a questionnaire about all sorts of details for the wedding, and incorporated 100% of my answers into her work without making a big deal about it. I can tell that she tailored her shooting style and shots to match what we said we wanted. Unexpectedly, she emailed me a list of vendors she'd seen and liked in the past, which made planning a destination wedding much easier - and her suggestions were great. At once point we had about an hour's worth of shooting in the hot summer sun, and she was a trooper throughout. She was unobtrusive and got a ton of great shots without being noticed by many guests or even us - which is what you want in a wedding photographer. If you have a ton of specific group shots to get through, you may want to assign someone to call out names, since she tends to be less assertive with that (which is really what you want during a wedding, for the photographer to blend in). She was great at just capturing events as they happened. One thing I recommend is to have an engagement shoot with Jamie prior to the wedding. I had my hair and makeup trial done the same day as the engagement shoot, and it let me see how the makeup would look on film (or pixels, ha). I would definitely do that again, since I ended up making some adjustments to the makeup based on the photo results. Overall, she was just reliable and chill and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

ral light in pictures that makes everyone look perfect. She's great at every type of photo...whether it be edgy, traditional, formal, candid. She does it all and makes the couple feel comfortable in the process. I'm sure Jamie will be taking our family pictures as well!

looks at my photos says "Wow, I wish I had her do mine." I hear this all the time from not only brides, but grooms too which I think is rare. Her use of daylight is unlike anything I've ever seen, certainly unlike any wedding photos I've ever seen. I am so incredibly proud to show off my wedding photos and it's because of Jamie Y!!
