They first provided us with a video snippet, followed by a highlight film, and finished off with a full feature video, all within 2 months of our wedding. The turnaround time was excellent and the videos are incredible-- they have such an artistic way of piecing together music, voices, and video segments. Jamison Media was professional from the start. I found them through theknot.com, while I was planning my destination wedding in Virginia beach from Ohio. Derrick was always prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls, quick to accommodate my needs, and made me feel that I could trust him and his partner to capture my big day. When I finally met him and his partner, Heather, the morning of the wedding, I felt like they were part of our family! Derrick spent time with me at the salon while I got my hair done, then him and Heather hung out with us almost all day, capturing all of our important moments and then some. After the wedding, Derrick was in constant contact with me, ensuring the editing process was his top priority. When I finally got the pics and video back, about six weeks later, I was beyond thrilled with their work. It was like looking at my big day with different eyes! They did such an amazing job. My husband and I watched the video over and over, and cried tears of joy! It was the best wedding movie I had ever seen, and I'm not biased because it was my own ;) I highly recommend hiring Jamison Media for your videography and photography needs. My wife contacted Jamison to edit a video from our wedding last summer. We were initially impressed with how quick and professional Derrick was with his response. We also thought that the price was reasonable. For part of the video, we asked if Derrick could give it a vintage look, as if it were shot with an old 8mm camera. We also asked if he could include specific songs in the video. I really wasn't sure what to expect because this was the first time I've ever asked for this kind of service, and because another vendor had recorded the footage of the event. I was amazed by how fast Derrick got back to us with the proofs, and even more amazed at how it turned out! The video surpassed my expectations. Jamison media captured my wedding back in October and all I can say is awesome. Jamison media went over and beyond to make sure my husband and I day was perfect. From the rehearsal dinner to getting ready both bride and groom until the party ended after the reception. He was extremely professional and very affordable.
