How embarrassing for a couple who chose someone to work for them for the night. 3) He yelled at the groom and the bride's mother when a guest had commented saying he was ruining the night because of his horrible sound quality and lack of effort. If he was "professional" he would have dealt with the issue on his own or mention something after the event. He should not have gone to the groom or the brides mother to yell at them for this. 4) All he was concerned about was leaving on time, and making sure everyone knew he was done at 8. He did not help with questions about the timeline at all. He kept saying it wasn't his job. 5) Our photographer was the one who kept the night going and tried to smooth things out, because with Mark, they were so choppy. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. I am so disappointed in our evening and wish I had listened to my mom and husband when they were iffy about using him.
