It was obvious then that we would return to J&B for the purchase of our wedding bands. Since my engagement ring had a unique setting, we were looking for a band to really compliment its details. We dealt with the on site jeweler first, Antonio, who was very knowledgeable and when he was unsure of how the band creation would work with the manufacturer, he called Benny who was off that day. He then called me that evening to discuss the process. WOW was I impressed. Not only was Benny available on his day off for his own staff but he made himself available for a customer. After finding a solution and purchasing both our wedding bands at J&B we were thrilled that one part of our wedding process was stress free. Now, even a month after our wedding, we were able to go to Benny with a concern we had about my engagement ring setting. My husband and I never felt turned away by any one at J&B and felt extremely comfortable walking in knowing that they guarantee their work and quality of service for a lifetime. Within minutes I had a few settings lined up in front of me, and there it was! He placed the stone and polished everything up right on the spot. It was perfect and turned out to be the one that landed on my fiancé’s finger a few weeks after. When it came time to pick out wedding bands there was no question where to go. My fiancé and I went straight to J&B and again within minutes found exactly what we were looking for. Benny was able to arrange a matching wedding band for my fiancé’s engagement ring, which made for a perfect match. For my wedding band I explained what I was looking for and Benny found it right away. All that was left was to have everything polished days before the wedding and it was wonderful returning right before our big day to have a complementary cleaning done. It felt as we came full circle. J&B Jewelers took care of us as if we were family and really helped find the right pieces of jewelry that we will happily wear for a lifetime.
