I stumbled upon Jane Alexandra Events through Instagram, and reached out to her as she had planned weddings which had a similar vibe to what I was hoping to achieve. From our first call, Jane was incredibly professional, kind, and willing to be much more available than other planners I was also “interviewing”. I had already booked our venue, so opted for partial planning services, which was totally competitive for my size wedding and WORTH every penny spent.
If I could describe myself - I’d say I’m a low stress, but type A style person. I super appreciated her custom spreadsheets, accessibility through google drive, and overall organization. We had check in calls regularly leading up to the wedding and she was able to answer any and all questions and had great recommendations for vendors (we went with almost all of them)! During my time with Jane, Crystal also joined her as part owner and partner and she was also INCREDIBLE to work with. I think this dynamic will really benefit all future brides!
Where Jane really shines, (aside from overall design which she totally just gets) is when it gets to crunch time! She made our wedding weekend so stress free, took control of each situation, and allowed us to have fun and enjoy ourselves. Behind the scenes she and her team worked tirelessly to put together a wedding set up which was beyond my wildest dreams. So many of our guests came up to us and commended her hard work throughout the day.
I can’t say enough great things about her, she was a joy to work with over the past year and I whole-heartedly recommend her to any couple seeking help with planning their wedding.
Jane and her team are INCREDIBLE! Jane is so easy to work with. We had a lot of ideas and she worked with us to bring them to life but also was honest and realistic about what would work within our budget; which we really appreciated! All of the vendors she suggested we work with were great, too. We had to change up our plans last minute due to the rain, but she was so calm, prepared and professional - it couldn’t have been more perfect of a day! I can not recommend her enough! Jane was with my husband and me from the very beginning of our wedding planning process and from helping us pick our venue to the day of the wedding she was a godsend! Making sure we had the BEST vendors and everything going smoothly the day of the wedding, Jane is just a joy to work with and I cannot recommend her enough. When we had to accept the fact one week before our wedding it was going to rain she made sure we had all the plan B action items into place so our guests would not get rained on lol Jane has an amazing eye for decor and brought all the little details to life. I 100% recommend Jane!
Jane and her team did an absolutely fantastic job planning our wedding! We worked with Jane for 3.5 years over the span of 4 different dates thanks to Covid rescheduling. We even switched venues once during the mess. Jane was so helpful and patient throughout the whole planning process. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jane. Our day turned out absolutely perfect... no really, not a single thing went wrong. I would recommend Jane to all friends and families!
Jane is awesome. Our original wedding date was July 2020. She stuck with us the whole time. And that meant a lot of time checking out different venues as our original one was already booked up as were a lot of places. She recommended a wonderful photographer and managed to deal with us for almost 3 yrs. My daughter is a communicator and Jane was up to the task. Her team was awesome and everything went perfectly....not a single issue at the wedding. In my daughters words...it was perfect! Doesn't get better than that!!
Jane was so helpful in planning our wedding! She gathered recommended vendors, handled contact with vendors, and turned our loose design ideas into a beautiful well thought out wonderland. She was taken with us on the crazy journey of rescheduling our wedding twice due to Covid and was extremely helpful and willing to do what was needed to get the event replanned each time, even though it was far more than what was expected. We were so lucky to have her by our sides!
Had the BEST experience with Crystal and her team at JAE. Our photographer referred us to JAE and we were SO lucky to have had Crystal as our month of coordinator. My only regret was not having her for a longer time!
Crystal took the time on our initial call to get to know us and understand our vision and implemented it perfectly as we continued to work with her. I'm type A and normally think I can handle everything myself but it's all so overwhelming and Crystal immediately jumped in and alleviated so much stress. Crystal is on top of everything, wonderful at communicating every detail and is a genuine and incredible person to be around. I can't recommend her and JAE enough. Our day was perfect and a large part of that is due to Crystal's passion and hard work. Thank you so much for implementing our vision with us - we will always be grateful! Hiring JAE for our wedding was the best decision!! We had to postpone twice due to the pandemic and Jane was so kind, understanding, and supportive through all the changes. We worked with Crystal for the 30 days leading up to our wedding and she is amazing - always responds quickly, thinks of every detail, is so organized, and she made sure our vision was executed by all our vendors. On the wedding day Crystal kept everything running smoothly and our guests had the best time! She even packed up our car with all our personal belongings at the end of the night and took care of every detail I was too busy to think about on my wedding day. I definitely recommend working with JAE for your wedding!
Jane and her team were a DREAM to work with! I really can’t imagine how my wedding would look and feel without JAE. Every single element that caused me anxiety leading up to the wedding and on the day of- they take out of your hands, handle and execute! Definitely a proactive, solution-oriented planning team! It also helps that JAE has great rapport and experience with all the venues and vendors. I enjoyed doing research for design elements for my wedding- but had no idea how each piece will work together, and how the whole vision will come to life. This is where JAE steps in. Jane has the best vision for design, flow, ambiance- always keeping the couple’s wishes in mind. If you’re in the process of picking a planner- RUN don’t walk. JAE is the best!!
If you are looking for a wedding planner that goes above and beyond to make sure your wedding is everything you could hope for and more I would highly recommend Jane and her team. Not only was Jane readily available for any question I had, she was someone I could laugh and joke with, vent to, and even cry with when Covid prevented important guests from attending our wedding.
If you are on the fence about needing a wedding planner, as I was prior to speaking with Jane, I would highly recommend reconsidering. While our day was perfectly magical… hiccups are inevitable. And for that reason I was so grateful to have had Jane.
On our wedding day things did not go quite as planned with our venue, but thankfully Jane was able to handle it with grace allowing us to enjoy our wedding day without stress.
Additionally, Jane has great relationships with some of the best Vendors, which made planning a breeze.
Finally, choosing Jane as your planner means you have found a vendor who will care about your wedding as much as you do.
I had the pleasure of working with Katie for my wedding and she was incredible! She was super organized and I knew we were always in good hands. Her assistants were great too! Tori took amazing photos of us and the venue that were really special. I couldn't recommend them enough!
Jane, Katie, and the team at JAE are honestly INCREDIBLE! I could never put into words how amazing Jane and her team were throughout our wedding planning process! She was involved in every single component of our wedding from venue searching to executing our dream wedding weekend (rehearsal dinner+wedding ceremony and reception). The JAE team worked tirelessly to help us find vendors that best aligned with our wedding vision (all were absolutely amazing!), supporting our endless questions, keeping us organized with the mountain of details and most importantly keeping us sane during a stressful COVID wedding planning process. From the beginning, Jane prioritized getting to know us as a couple on a personal level to ensure she understood us and how to create the most special weekend that reflected who we were as a couple. Her eye for design is truly unparalleled and her creativity helps you a day that left us and our guests blown away. We're still getting calls from guests that say our wedding was absolutely breathtaking and we owe it all to Jane's vision and her eye for design! When it came time for our wedding weekend with mostly out of town guests and multiple events, Jane's team ensured a flawless execution from start to finish. Katie supported us at our church rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and actual wedding day and was an absolute dream to work with!! She made everything so easy and handled all logistics so we could enjoy the events without having a concern in the world. She was so detail oriented, thoughtful and fun to work with! I always looked forward to my pre-wedding calls with Jane. She is thoughtful, detail oriented, professional, patient (yet pushes you to make that decision when needed!), and has an amazing talent for bringing a brides vision to life. I had to move venues, and therefore it changed my initial design plans. She helped me switch gears no problem and we ended up designing my perfect day. Thanks to Jane and her team I went into my wedding day knowing all I had to focus on was marrying the man of my dreams!

We live in Miami but yet Jane and her team helped us plan the wedding of our dreams in California --during a pandemic! Jane and her incredible team of planners were instrumental in helping us to plan our perfect wedding day! Due to COVID, we had to push our wedding day from October 17th, 2020 to June 12th, 2021. Jane and her team were with us every step of the way while trying to sort out details for the date change. Juliana was our month-of coordinator and took away all of my bridal stress by coordinating all of our vendors, creating the day of timeline, and walking me through the final days before we said "I Do". On the day of our wedding, Juliana and Katie coordinated everything perfectly and we had the most amazing wedding day! We cannot thank you all enough for your incredible work and support. Jane and her team were absolute rockstars in helping us plan our wedding, and then helped us pivot it from 150 to 9 people during the pandemic. Jane was always so calm and collected, assuring us that our wedding day would be absolutely perfect. - We met with 3 planners. Of all of them, Jane was the most organized, friendly, and steady. My husband was instantly drawn to her demeanor, citing that on your wedding day, you want someone calm who you can rely on in those stressful day-of scenarios. You want someone who is calm, professional and experienced - and Jane is just that.
- She was patient with us while we scouted a zillion locations. Nothing was hitting exactly what we had envisioned. Jane pulled a trick out of her hat and found a location that was EXACTLY what we’d dreamt of and more. If not for her, we never would have found this place or been able to secure it without her. She gave us the location of our dreams.
- Jane listened as we told her our preferences for vendors, and connected us with the most perfect people/businesses to make our big day perfect and personal to us! Especially our photographers - Geoff & Lyndsi - they’re amazing! Check them out too.
- Then Covid hit. We had to completely shift gears and sort through how to cancel our big event. Heartbreaking. Jane helped us reimagine an intimate backyard wedding that ended up being more perfect than any big wedding ever could be. On the day of, there were so many details that I never would have expected for such a small event, but Jane was on it! She kept our day running smoothly and without a hitch (or if there was one, I never knew it!). We were able to focus on the point do the day - each other and the commitment we were making. Jane gave us that gift!

It's rare to find a planner who cares about their couples the way Jane does. I've worked with Jane countless times on weddings and collaborations. She goes above and beyond her obligations to her clients and will never ever make you feel like a business transaction. Fair warning, she will probably cry during your first dance! What I love about working with Jane the most is her passion for creating and designing personalized weddings that feel like yours and not everyone else's. She is a master at problem solving and trust me, that is a HUGE asset on a wedding day.

I love Jane and her awesome team! I would tell the whole world about how amazing talents and wedding planning. She was there for me from the very beginning in helping to choose the venue, which I never would’ve found without her, to all of her finishing touches on the big day. She is beyond meticulous and helped me not have any stress for such an important day. She stayed on the phone with me to go over timelines and dealt with all of my many texts with pictures of what I wanted. She made the whole process so easy and seamless. She ALWAYS went above and beyond every step of the way to help me. Everyone says wedding planning is so stressful; I can honestly say Jane eliminated ALL of that for me!!
I had never heard of a wedding planner giving you her personal cell phone to text and call 24/7, but Jane does this with her clients because she will literally do anything to make your wedding planning feel as easy and as stress free as possible. I’ve never had to wait more than an hour for Jane to reply to me, and she has a solution for everything! (It’s important to note that my sister is getting married 2mos after me in North Carolina, and we often find ourselves laughing about how horrible her wedding planner in NC is in comparison to Jane!!!)
While I only worked directly with Jane the entire time for my planning process, I have no doubt Jane’s entire team is more than exceptional (just knowing how professional and on top of her game Jane is!!) and also experts in what they do!
She gives you great tools to help you keep track of long term timelines and important dates, but she also stays 100% on top of this so it’s easy to work in sync!
HIGHLY highly recommend choosing Jane for the full service— she is well worth it :)
I don’t know what I would have done without Jane on my wedding day. Literally everything was more perfect than I could imagine because of her. Aside from my wedding being the best night of my life, a few things went wrong (obviously). Our food to feed the vendors never arrived, and she had her assistant go out and buy some in n out so the glorious people who made my night so magical could be fed. 2 things that were really important to me was that I could eat in n out before the reception started, and that dinner was out on time. (I hate when the food takes too long at weddings). Jane made a great recommendation that the first course be plated when the guests walked in for dinner and it just helped with the whole flow of the night. (I had the photographer take pictures before hand to get pretty pictures of the tables) I took all of Jane’s recommendations for the vendors, my flowers were stunning, my videographer was awesome, I couldn’t be happier with how every detail looked. The icing on the cake for me was at the very end of the night, Jane walks up to me with my room key and the flash drive for the photobooth. It hadn’t even occurred to me that I didn’t know where my room key was or that I needed to get things I wanted to keep from the vendors. I thanked her gave her another hug and walked into my room where my veil, bouquet, wedding decor and ALL my gifts were hung up and laid out in our hotel room so elegantly. It was like a magic trick, I don’t know how or when she did this?! I hadn’t even about the fact that I would need to figure out how to get all this stuff up to my room at the end of the night.
Jane was worth every penny because of how professional, calm, cool and collected she is. Obsessed is an understatement.

As I am sure you can see by now, Jane is absolutely amazing. Unlike many coordinators, Jane takes care of things in a very subtle way, with ease, grace, and thoughtfulness. There is not a MOMENT, even when the worst can happen, that she loses her calm and that is extremely reassuring for Brides and Grooms (especially one like me) who get really stressed during the month of, week of, and day of. Jane is cool, calm, and collected and there is truly nobody else that I would want by my side, to share such intimate moments, then somebody like Jane. Her and her team are incredibly professional and will put any stress you have to ease. What more can you ask for?
We used Jane for 'month of coordination' but even aside from that, she let me know in our very first phone call that even though she is our 'month of coordinator' she will always be there for us throughout the process. She even found us a photographer that would work within our budget and was an absolute JOY to work with. I can not rave enough about Jane and her team. They were truly wonderful and I will miss them dearly!!!
We worked with JAE and we were more than happy with everything!! Katie Rosario was our coordinator and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! Hiring a wedding coordinator to work with was the first thing I did after we got engaged! Katie made all of our visions come true and was so amazing throughout the process! Jane was an absolute pleasure to work with! We had an amazing wedding because Jane was attentive, responsive, and organized with all the crazy details and requests we made. Our wedding was not an easy one—large guest count at a complicated large LA resort—yet she handled it with ease and without visible frustration. All the vendors she helped us choose were some of the best in the business, and we could not have been happier with the way everything came together for our big day. All of our guests raved that it was one of the best wedding weekends they have ever attended. Although we were involved in decisions along the way, close to the event, and on the day of, we did not have to do much of anything because we knew that Jane had it all under control. If there were any problems, we were not aware, and from our perspective, it was perfect. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Jane and her team at Jane Alexandra Events are quite simply, the best!
Anyone looking for a wedding planner look no further! Jane and her team are the most professional, kind and amazing team you could ever ask for on your wedding day. I was fortunate enough to work with Jane herself, so let me tell you a little bit about her. Jane is the sweetest, most organized human being I've ever met. From the second we started working together, she made me feel like I was her only client. All of my questions and concerns were of the utmost importance to her and she always answered within that same day - whether it be by email or phone. On the day of our wedding, Jane was able to pull some strings with our venue and get us an extra bar set up free of charge (and if you know Calamigos, free is not a word in their vocabulary). All of my vendors came back with glowing reviews about how lovely and professional she is. Everyone wanted to work with her again! Our day went off with many glitches (none of which were Jane's fault - the groom dislocated his shoulder which caused many delays thereafter), yet Jane still managed to pull the entire event off without anyone feeling the day was less than perfect or rushed. She blocked guests to make sure my husband and I got the perfect photos since we had limited time to do so due to the delay from the paramedics. She worked with the photographer to make sure all family photos were taken care of. She even carried our 2-year old flower girl half way down the aisle since she refused to walk by herself. Jane will do whatever is necessary to make sure your day is perfect and that, to me, is the best quality anyone could ask for in a planner. Thank you Jane for making our day so special. The only thing I'm sad about now is the fact that I don't have an excuse to call her anymore! Book JAE if you are looking for a trustworthy planner. They'll live up to every expectation you have and exceed it with their eyes closed.
Jane was the absolute best thing to ever happen to our wedding! She was so easy to work with and made the day itself the best one ever. The whole process was made simple thanks to her! She gave us 3 options on photographer, videographer, and other vendors and it’s like she knew exactly what we wanted without us having to tell her! She was very familiar with our venue which also helped. We’re not sure how many things went wrong on our wedding day, but from our point of view, it seemed like it was zero, because of how smooth everything was. Literally don’t have enough good things to say about Jane, and if you’re thinking of using her, it’ll be the best decision you make
From the beginning Jane was incredible - we truly lucked out when her name popped up on our venue's "Preferred Vendors" list. After interviewing her, we were immediately sold! Her calm personality and solution-focused attitude were exactly what we needed. We went with her "partial planner" package and it was perfect for us, because we'd already selected our all-inclusive venue. If you're looking for someone who is creative, detailed and simply awesome to be around, look no further than Jane!
My wife and I got married at Brookview Ranch, a relatively new venue with lots of specific considerations to keep in mind. Jane knew everything we had to know in order to keep things running smoothly. There were so many times where my wife and I would never have known the right question to ask, and Jane's knowledge was invaluable. She helped us think through all of our ideas so that our day was truly personal to us. When challenges or pivots arose, she always kept a level head which helped us stay calm. Our millions of questions never daunted her, and she always had a patient and helpful reply.
We honestly thought we could plan our own wedding at first, and we know lots of people who have done so successfully - but with Jane, we were able to enjoy the planning so much that whenever someone asked us the teasing question "So, how is all the crazy wedding planning going?" we were able to genuinely smile, and say, "Honestly? We feel really relaxed, and really excited." Jane was a life-saver, a sanity-saver and an all around amazing planner. If you book her, we know you'll say the same!
On the wedding day, we actually got to enjoy each moment: we ate our food, got to talk to every person, did all of our pictures, and still were able to look around and take it all in, knowing that Jane and her outstanding assistants were handling all of the details. Brookview is such a big venue but somehow Jane was everywhere at once, making sure everything continued smoothly without any hiccups. We are so grateful to her and her team for making our wedding day so calm and beautiful. We wish we could do it all over again!
Where to begin? From our very first phone call Jane was amazing. The first time we talked wedding she spent over an hour talking to me about what we invisioned, how i wanted our guests to feel, and what was most important to us on this special day. She immediately started to help with recommendations for all the key vendors and man was she spot on! Its like she just got us! She never made us feel like our budget wasnt going to be enough for everything we wanted. 3 months into the process our venue closed... could be horrifying but Jane and her team found us an even better venue that we absolutely loved!
Everyone kept asking if the wedding planning was difficult or stressful but to be honest, I enjoyed every moment becuase jane and her team took all the stress away and really let us enjoy the process!
The month of the wedding, I was blown away by the thoughtfulness and attention to detail Jane had put into our day. She took my calls and answered all my crazy texts with a calm sweetness.
This is where im going to get emotional! Jane's team was unreal, we had quite the unconvential wedding set up and flow and they made it everything seem so effortless. They wrangled 20 wedding party members plus family for pictures, hopped in their own cars to drive us to a dreamy bridge for pictures, and found michael jackson (haha, its true) on the street to surprise our guests! Every detail was perfect and i couldnt of imagined the day to go any better!

If I could give Jane more stars, I would. She's sweet and thoughtful and helpful and resourceful... I could go on for hours. She helped us find the most amazing venue (don't even get me started on Quail Ranch) and made everything as seamless and stress-free as possible. I started with the intent of planning our wedding myself. After a month of searching online and making zero decisions, the anxiety started mounting and I knew I needed Help! with a capital "H". I found Jane from reading these very reviews and from the first phone call she put my mind completely at ease. She knew all the best vendors and scheduled everything so that all we had to do was show up and say, yes or no. She's quick to respond to every inquiry no matter how seemingly irrational or inane. She took care of everything and let us just enjoy being engaged, plus she came through with some major last-minute saves (like when I realized in the last month that the people I'd planned to use but forgotten to book for hair and makeup weren't available: she set me up with an incredible team that made me and my ladies look like glamorous movie stars ready to stroll the red carpet). Amidst the chaos of the BIG day Jane was there with a calm reassuring smile at the ready when the nerves threatened to get the best of me. If I could do it all over again, I would hire Jane sooner. She helped us plan the wedding of our dreams and made us feel like we had the best ally by our side at all times. If you're debating about hiring Jane, don't hesitate. Do it NOW.

I had the pleasure of working with Katie, a senior coordinator at Jane Alexandra Events. I opted for month of coordination, and I was so glad I did. From the beginning Katie was available 24/7 by email, text and phone to quell all of my stress and anxiety. She was always prompt in returning my emails, and she always had a plan A-Z just in case. My wedding was in Santa Barbara during the mudslides, which meant vendors outside of that area had a difficult time getting to the venue. I had a couple vendors back out the week of, but Katie always called me with a backup and handled the whole thing. I cannot even imagine what it would have been like if I had to deal with all of that alone! On the day of she was on time, and ready to do it all. My mom and I did not have to worry about a single thing that whole day. She made my vision come to life . I am a very particular person, and she did such a wonderful job taking my dream and making it reality. I had interviewed my fair share of wedding coordinators, and I'm so blessed to have worked with Katie. From helping me with my bustle, to getting me to the bathroom, she did whatever it took to make my wedding perfect and stress free. I am forever grateful for Katie!!!
I cannot even put into words how amazing Jane was for our wedding. I didn't want to hire a planner, but our venue required at LEAST a day of coordinator and Jane was on their list. Oh boy am I happy that I hired a planner. She was reasonably priced, always on top of things, and she always made me feel like a priority. Do yourself a favor and hire Jane to plan your wedding!
Jane and her team are truly amazing. We hired her for her month-of coordination services. After our first meeting, I was instantly relieved to know that the rest of my planning was going to be in good hands. And it was! She handled every communication with vendors from that point on and other details. The day of our wedding went so well and smoothly that I don't know what I would have done without her! My wedding could not have gone any more smoothly or beautifully and that is all because of Jane and her team. I moved to California a couple of years ago and do not have any family members out here so I needed all the help I could get planning my wedding. From every vendor she recommended to answering every question I had, Jane made, what can be a very stressful process, easy and fun. I still have not stopped getting compliments on how nice the wedding was and all the credit goes to Jane and her team. And they took care of everything the day of the wedding so we did not have to worry about a thing. Plus Jane is always calm and always so nice. My review cannot even express sufficiently how great she is!
I may start crying writing this review - in a good way - because Jane made our wedding dreams come true! If anyone reading this is on the fence about hiring a planner, let me tell you, it is worth every penny, especially if you go with Jane and her team! She is the sweetest! She's so knowledgeable about all things wedding, which I am not. She was so SO valuable to us during the entire process. We used her for partial-planning since we had already selected a few vendors and the venue.
The first big thing Jane did (besides give me peace of mind while planning this from across the country) was save us money. She knew our budget was important for us, but she managed to balance that with our wedding vision. She found us a DJ, make-up artist, hair stylist, and florist that were all nearly half the cost of ones we found on our own - and they were AMAZING. She has so many contacts in this area, and she will help you find the right vendors.
The months and weeks leading up to the wedding, I started feeling concerned about the design I had in mind and whether it would work or not. She was always responsive to my texts and emails and made sure that everything was how we wanted - and it all turned out perfectly.
Finally, the day-of. Our wedding was so stress free because of her and her team. I did not have to monitor a thing, and I know that she was running around in the background coordinating every detail to perfection.
She is amazing, everyone. She will make sure your wedding is a dream come true and stress free so that you get to enjoy every minute of your big day.
Jane was fantastic! My now husband and I, used her for our month of coordination! We were planning this wedding from across the country, and I wouldn't of been able to do it without her. When I arrived into town, I was actually able to relax, and enjoy the days leading up to the wedding. The day of, she kept me in the loop enough, but handled things that I didn't even know happened until after the fact (which was awesome!). She is extremely professional, while personable at the same time. Her assistant, Katie, was also fantastic! Katie was frequently asking us, and our family if we needed anything, or if there was anything additional she could do for us, throughout the night. I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to enjoy the wedding completely, but she put my mind at ease, and it was of course, the best day of my life! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator!
I could not say enough great things about Jane! She was an absolute joy to work with, and she truly knows all of the ins and outs of wedding planning. Jane was such an incredible coordinator, I cannot recommend her enough! We hired her and her team to be our month of coordinator for our wedding in August in Santa Barbara. She was so amazing and organized throughout the whole planning process, and most importantly just a pleasure to work with and be a part of our wedding. I knew I was organized/on top of things enough to handle everything up until the month of, but definitely needed a lot of help with coordinating the vendors, the rehearsal, and the big day. That was where Jane came in, and she did the best job! She met us in Santa Barbara a couple of months before the wedding to do our venue walk through, and she had great input and advice. I was also very stressed about the set up for the band (timing and where multiple speakers had to go throughout the venue), and she spoke with the band directly and just handled it. She was incredible at the rehearsal with the parents, grandparents, and our large wedding party. Jane directed everyone and knew exactly what they needed to do and how it was going to go (unlike me), and even told the groomsmen exactly how to place their hands (who knew that was a thing? makes total sense for pictures). Multiple people told me how amazing and on top of it she was at the rehearsal, I honestly would have had no idea what to do without her. On the day of, she checked in with us while we were getting ready in the morning, and was back and ready to go when all of the vendors started arriving. Jane and her assistant were amazing with the set up/take down, making sure everyone was where they needed to be and when, and were great at last minute adjustment of the timeline. Everything was flawless, and if it wasn't I had no idea about it, which was well worth ANY price. If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and hire Jane and her team, the energy you won't spend stressing about every thing is so worth it!

I got married on June 10 at Calamigos Ranch and Jane was absolutely amazing!! I wanted to plan everything myself in terms of searching for vendors and arranging meetings etc. but it was incredibly freeing to have Jane there the two months prior to my wedding to really coordinate everything I had booked to make the actual day of my wedding run smoothly. I LOVED her planning timeline that she gives all of her brides so if you're someone who loves checklists and getting things done in advance Jane is the planner for you!! She is the sweetest person and is so committed to making you feel relaxed and calm on your wedding day so you can actually enjoy it!! She handled all the little problems that came up a few days before my wedding which really lifted a weight off my shoulders. I honestly couldn't have done it without her! I could not have done it without her and I HIGHLY recommend that every bride use a wedding planner. Jane was my lifeline for all my planning. She kept me organized and was an excellent liaison for all my vendors after we had selected them. She worked so closely with our venue, band and photographer to make an event schedule that would work for all parties involved. My parents did the flowers and decoration; Jane and her team did an amazing job communicating with my parents and executing the decoration plan. My father was quite the ambitious creative, and Jane was so positive about bringing his big ideas to fruition. While we had hired Jane as our coordinator about nine months before our wedding, the impact of her talents was most evident during the most stressful time of our planning in the month leading up to the event. She even made sure to iron out some of the last minute details the night before and morning of. We are so grateful to have had Jane and her team coordinate our wedding. We are still getting so many compliments from our guests about how pleasant and fun our wedding was. I was very worried that my stress would show in my expression, but I felt so relaxed on the day of. I am happy to say that the most fun I had at a wedding was at my own. Jane and her team were exceptional in helping my husband and I have our wedding. We (I) honestly couldn't have done it without them. From the beginning stages with organizing, helping contacting vendors, coming to view venues, sharing her ideas and tips all the way to the big day with the day-off coordination Jane was attentive on everything. She was always quick on getting back to us, easily available by text or phone, and her wedding packet greatly helps us with organization, timelines, and vendor information. Even at my most Bridezilla-esque and overwhelmed (according to my Husband) she was able to help and reassure me that all was well and was on track. Jane had two of her Day-Of coordinators work the wedding. We brought a bunch of picture frames, traditional items for the ceremony and party favor, Jane and her team set up all the times and laid them out beautifully. Jane and her team were attentive and truly made sure we felt special on our big day! Jane and her team cleaned up and put all the gifts in our car. Jane Alexandra Events truly thinks of everything and makes sure your big day is everything you can imagine and more. I don't even know where to start with this talented beautiful girl inside and out! She was absolutely amazing beginning to end! All I had to worry about was just showing up and she took care of the rest and she did it PERFECT. I even had the venue come up to my father at the very end and tell us that it was one of the smoothest weddings they have ever had and had multiple vendors of mine say the exact same thing and tell me how much of a good job she did and I couldn't have agreed more! She kept me calm the entire time and any silly question I had she answered back within seconds! She really knows how to make you feel comfortable and actually listens to what you want. I absolutely adore Jane and would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding! My venue, Bel-Air Bay Club had recommended her to me because she had previously coordinated a wedding at the same site. This made my planning extremely easy because she already knew the staff and venue very well! I believe she has officially been in the wedding industry for 3+ years, but it felt like she had more than 15 years of experience. She was the reason my wedding went so smoothly. I was extremely stress-free and happy the whole day! Her personality is something else though, she is down-to-earth, approachable, responsive punctual, on point, sweet, calm, funny, and genuine at the same time!
I hired her as our month of coordinator, but she was already helping me 3 months prior, providing me with very useful planning spreadsheets, advice, and adding 2 additional assistants for my wedding day. I remember having a final meeting with my venue and not knowing how to answer a lot of the questions about my wedding timeline, but Jane helped answer them for me. She is also very responsive and replies to my e-mails within hours. We also hired our videographer, Lumahouse by her recommendation and so thankful because they were awesome too!!!
Since we live in AZ and our wedding was in Pacific Palisades, it made certain things difficult like transporting centerpieces. Jane was so extremely kind to let us ship some of my centerpieces to her place. This was one of the biggest lifesavers for our wedding!
She also helped conduct our wedding rehearsal which went so smoothly.There was no way I could have wrangled my entire wedding party myself. After rehearsal, we gave her a plethora of things to set up like decorative wedding items, our sand ceremony vases+sand, picture frames, wedding advice box, more centerpieces, ceremony programs, and much more. The next day, everything was set up perfectly...not one thing was out of place.
I really wanted my ceremony to start on time and to my delight, she made sure it started right at 5PM! (Helpful pointer, my invitations all said Ceremony-4:45PM to make sure all the guests were there for us to start at 5PM.)
She also helped me distribute all my vendor tips before they left. At the end of the night, she and her assistants even put all the items back into my car so that it was ready to go at the conclusion of our reception. The next day, she had someone help us return the tuxes back to Mens Wearhouse! Talk about above and beyond!
From my vendors, venue, wedding party, and family, everyone loved working with her. I could go on and on about her as she is an absolute pleasure to work with and she will make your wedding a happily ever after! :)
