ian were also awesome to work with! Wedding planning in 2020 was not easy. We originally planned for our wedding to take place at The Covenant in Racine, WI. When the pandemic hit and there was no clear picture on what Racine restrictions would look like, we moved our wedding to Upper East in Kenosha, WI. A week before the wedding, we ended up having to switch back to The Covenant, due to the civil unrest in Kenosha. During all of this, Janelle and Brian were extremely flexible and understanding. Not once did we feel panicked about adjusting our location and timeline! On the day of, Janelle and Brian played a huge role in our big day running smoothly. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable during their 10 hours of coverage. We would 100% recommend Janelle Rose Photo to anyone who is still looking!

Sure, lots of people can take nice photos, but they have the ability to pull that extra spark out of you and capture every fleeting moment in the best way possible. They make you feel so comfortable that you can truly feel and be yourself while also gently guiding you to make the most of the moments they capture. Our photos are seriously gorgeous. As for photo delivery -- they are FAST. Our engagement photos came back to us in just days and our wedding photos in less than two weeks. Yes, you read that correctly -- two weeks. Mind blowing. Janelle and Brian have magnetic personalities and that's really what takes them so far above and beyond just being incredible photographers. They are simply the best and we could not be more grateful that we had the privilege of having them be a huge part of one of the biggest days of our lives.

Her photos are absolutely beautiful. She has an amazing eye and is able to constantly find perfect lighting. We were instantly drawn to the light and airy feel of her photos, and were blown away by our photos. 2. Janelle and Brian were incredible to work with. They made my husband and I (and the entire wedding party) incredibly comfortable in front of the camera. My wedding party commented throughout the day how amazing Janelle and Brian were to work with. Janelle was super accommodating throughout the process, including meeting us for coffee during our photographer search, driving to Chicago for an engagement shoot, coming to our venue ahead of time to help scout photo locations, and answering my countless questions ahead of time. 4. She was professional and timely. I texted Janelle the week after the wedding asking for a single family photo by Friday (10 days after the wedding) to print for my grandma's birthday. On Friday, I received an email from Janelle which I expected to be the photo I requested, but it was our entire 1,700+ photo gallery, completely edited. We were not expecting to get our pictures back for a few more weeks, and it was such a treat to get them so quickly! One of the things that lured me to Janelle was her bright and airy editing style, I think it makes our pictures look so vibrant. On the day of our wedding it felt like I was walking around with friends instead of vendors which is so important because your photographer is with you the most that day. We got every shot we wanted and more. Janelle has such a great eye for detail and always scoped out the perfect spots for our pictures. like family from day one, I can not recommend her enough! Honestly I didn't realize how important a wedding photographer can be for your day but she went above & beyond. She made sure to put back my veil every time it fell out, she helped the groomsmen with their boutonnieres, she helped us dry of the ends of our flowers so they wouldn't get our dresses wet (honestly something I wouldn't have thought of!) She truly went out of her way & WAY beyond her job description to ensure we were taken care of - down to making sure we had water during our couple photos! It was like she was a little wedding planner & photographer all wrapped up in one! I usually don't write these reviews but Janelle was so incredible I couldn't help myself!
