wreck. I had to correct errors in our booking and planning every single time I spoke with the coordinator. It would take a long time to hear back from the coordinator- to the point that we paid our final bill a week late because I couldn't get in touch with her. I ended up going above her and speaking directly to the caterer. Several times we were told things and then told something different the next time we spoke.
In the end, it was beautiful and a perfect day, but the planning process really added extra stress.

re setting up, the morning of my wedding they followed my diagram I created to exactly how I wanted everything set up and everything was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The staff there was able to help when we had forgotten different things and were there that morning to answer questions. When it was time for the reception to start I was greeted and was able to take the dinner start time back as we were running late. Everything went so smoothly and I was so happy with everything.
