Hello and Welcome! I enjoy supporting couples as they get ready for the next chapter in their journey. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) Premarital Facilitator I work with couples to deepen their relationship, connection, and enhance communication and understanding. I use the SYMBIS assessment to guide you through 8 premarital sessions and layer my experience working with couples pulling from Gottman and other well-researched therapeutic methods. Your relationship is unique and to help make your experience fit you, I collaborate with couples on their hopes and goals for premarital counseling. Together we will explore and cover key topics including family of origin, communication styles, personality traits, strengths, finances, intimacy, and spirituality to best prepare your relationship for marriage. I am meeting with couples virtually and in person. I can meet with couples virtually across Texas and in person at my North Austin location.
