Love this place! Linda was fantastic!

This is my second experience purchasing a mother of the bride dress for my daughter’s wedding at Jan’s. The customer service is excellent and they really go above and beyond. A special thank you to Lenore and Charon who made my recent appointment go so smoothly. They were a great help picking out and ordering my dress. Highly recommend Jan’s! I just went for my first fitting and Brenda (seamstress) was super helpful with her input. She made me feel at ease and I am so happy with my dress!! 

My son's wedding is a year away. I had no intention of purchasing a dress so soon. I was just going to look. With Lenore's help I found the perfect dress! Couldn't be happier!

After searching for my MOB dress for 6 months, I scheduled an appointment at Jan’s Boutique and had the pleasure of working with Linda.  Jan’s should have been my first destination!  Linda was a fantastic consultant who completely understood my vision (and the bride’s vision) for my dress. She hit it out of the park with the first dress she pulled! While I did try on multiple dresses, all beautiful and high quality, I decided on the first dress - a gorgeous, gold Tarik Ediz Couture gown. The selection at Jan’s was wonderful, the gowns are high quality, there was a mix of traditional and non-traditional MOB dresses. Linda helped me find my perfect dress, and she was so much fun to work with. I highly recommend Jan’s Boutique. When scheduling your appointment, ask for Linda!

I loved my experience at Jann’s Boutique! I shopped around for my MOB gown, but could not find something more fashion forward.  Ivy, my consultant, listened to me and we were able to choose from many beautiful dresses. I ended up purchasing the perfect dress for my daughter’s wedding! It was a very enjoyable experience! Well worth my hour travel time. 

Returning to Jan’s to find dresses for my mother and grandmother was the best decision ever! Linda Shields was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made my family feel so special and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find them both dresses that now we don’t need to look anywhere else! The vision I had for them was perfectly accomplished. If you’ve never gone to Jan’s, PLEASE DO.

I had a lovely experience at Jan’s my dress was stunning. I received an overwhelming amount pf compliments and my seamstress, Brenda, was the cherry on the cake! I felt very taken care of! Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Marie today as I shopped for my Mother of the Bride gown.  My entire experience was flawless. After showing her a few pictures of what I thought I was interested in, she went to work.  She had my vision nailed down. I tried on about 8 dresses that were all great and could have easily been happy wearing. But the winner of the day was not even a question. Everything about the day was fun, no pressure, and more than I could have hoped for. Jan's boutique was worth the ride from Lancaster County. Thank you for making what could have been a daunting experience one that couldn't have been more perfect!!!

My experience at Jan's has been nothing short of amazing! With all the wedding planning stress, not once was I stressed or worried about anything dress related. Since my first bridal appointment they have been attentive and welcoming. Julia was with me from day 1 of trying on dresses and is also their seamstress. She executed everything perfectly for alterations and made the whole process easy.

I went to Jan’s 10 years ago for our daughters prom dress. At that time I said never again! The sales people talked down to us and they were rude.  Fast forward…. I thought I’ll give them another shot. BIG MISTAKE!  We went for Mother of the Bride dresses.  The sales clerk asked to see pictures of our daughters bridal dress then proceeded to talk down to her about her dress. Her dress is a one of a kind from a designer in Australia.  I asked to see dresses from 2 designers from Mon Cheri, she refused to show us the dresses. She asked me what size I was and when I told her she said I was wrong my breasts are too big and I needed to look at much larger dresses. She proceeded to take me to another area of the store and 5 minutes later dumped us for another customer!  They haven’t changed in 10 years! Run! Don’t waste your time! I’m not sure how they have stayed in business this long. 

My sales consultant was super helpful. Helped grab the right dresses I wanted to try on and I picked the perfect one. My seamstress, Brenda, is perfect, wonderful, good at what she does. I have nothing but great things to say and love how everything is going! Highly recommend. Absolutely.

I found my dream wedding dress at Jan’s! We had the top floor bridal suite to ourselves while I tried on dresses. Julia, our seamstress, helped customize my dress and fit it perfectly over our next 4 fittings. I highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience at Jan’s while shopping for a gown for my son’s wedding! Jackie assisted me and very quickly assessed what would look good on me. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I felt like the feedback I was given on the dresses I tried on was honest and sincere. If you are the mob or mog, run to Jan’s. Dress shopping for moms can be torture. I tried a local Store not much. So went back to Jan’s for mother of groom dress this time, as I got my mob dress there. Lenore was wonderful and listened to what I liked and didn’t like and budget. When looking for a dress option in a different color, I saw one hanging up and asked to try it on. It was it! Their selection is huge. Dresses are well made and they are extremely helpful. I came out swishing and twirling in this dress. My husband called it my Disney Princess dream dress - yep! Can keep long or make tea length. No annoying, itchy appliqués or bling. Bling looking material and pockets! Thank you To everyone at Jan’s. PS - told hubby and daughter that they can bury me in this dress!

The seamstress work was flawless! Every alteration was done with such care, and Julia made sure everything fit like it was custom made for us. She celebrated with us every step of the way, and her kindness and genuine excitement made us feel like we weren’t just customers, but friends. If you’re looking for someone who’s not only talented but also makes the journey joyful, Julia at Jan’s is it. She’s a gem, and we’re so grateful she was part of our wedding story.

I had a great experience at Jan's Boutique in Cherry Hill, NJ. My stylist was great, very personable. I just went back for my first fitting, the seamstress acknowledge my concerns and I'm confident the dress will be fitted as promised.

I could not have had a better experience as mother of the bride. Leslie was my stylist and she was fantastic. I was convinced I would not find anything to fit my body and she was able to pull dresses. I never would have selected for myself - unbelievably I ended up buying the first Dress that I tried on! It was such a lovely experience and I felt that Leslie truly knew what would work best for me. She is an extraordinary woman and anyone who gets to work with her is very fortunate!

The lady that work with me on Sat July 19th 1:30 appointment was very polite , very knowledgeable and helped me to make the right purchases !

I originally came in just for an adjustment appointment on my wedding dress — I wasn’t even planning on getting a second dress. But while I was there, I spotted another dress that completely caught my eye... and the rest is history! That’s when Jackie stepped in, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was so warm, attentive, and encouraging without ever being pushy. She really understood my style and helped me envision how this second dress could be perfect for the reception — something comfortable, stylish, and so much fun to wear after the ceremony. With Jackie’s help, I ended up saying “yes” to a second dress I didn’t even know I needed — and now I couldn’t be more excited to wear it! I feel like I get to have the best of both worlds: a classic, timeless look for the ceremony and a relaxed, playful vibe for the party afterward. If you're thinking about a second dress (or even if you're not), keep an open mind — and definitely ask for Jackie. She made the experience unforgettable, and I’m beyond grateful for her guidance and kindness. Can’t wait to wear both dresses on the big day!

It was very easy to navigate the website and to make my appointment. Staff were extremely helpful and encouraging. Always provided with plenty of time and personal assistance. Second time I've had quick success at find my Mother of the Bride gown at Jan’s. I love my gown; it’s exactly what I was looking for❤️ Thank you so much!

Jan's was so helpful finding me a beautiful Mother of the Groom dress. Their selection is large and additionally they watched for dresses to come in that also matched my criteria. The seamstress was phenomenal and is working her magic to make this dress fit me perfectly. They have all the accoutrements you could want as well. One stop shopping! I highly recommend Jan's and wouldn't hesitate to shop there again for special occasion dresses.

Absolutely horrible - left in tears. I believe her name was Linda -- incredibly pushy, didn't listen when she asked what I liked or didn't like, just handed me dresses and didn't help me into them at all, got frustrated when I didn't like the first 4 and LITERALLY said "I don't think we have much more here that fits what you want", started talking to another client that someone else from the store brought upstairs during out appointment (how is that appropriate or allowed?) for over 10 minutes instead of helping me. I had to actually interrupt their conversation to tell her that after only 25 minutes we were leaving. She simply said "Ok, good luck Eva!" 10/10 do not go here. It was a horrible experience.

Julie, my seamstress, is an absolute professional. She is incredibly sweet and kind, and she truly listens to everything you ask for. I love working with her! Planning a wedding can be very stressful, but having a seamstress who understands exactly what you want is a blessing.

Two weeks ago I went to Jan’s Boutique for my first bridal gown appointment. I paid for a VIP bridal appointment and there was nothing VIP about it. First of all, as soon as you walk into the boutique it is extremely chaotic. I arrived 25 minutes early to be appointment. The woman at the front desk was very rude and asked us to wait in the car. Once we went back into the building, our appointment started 10 minutes late as there was no staff available at the time. Once we were helped, our sales representative was rushed the entire time. I had to ask multiple times to see different dresses. Everything seemed like an inconvenience. She also stated she didn't know where all of the dresses were as she claimed they were "missing". With the VIP appointment, the website states we would be offered refreshments. This did not happen and my party eventually just asked for water. I found a dress at Jan’s that I absolutely loved but due to the staff being unfriendly and feeling rushed the entire appointment, I was not going to purchase from the boutique. I arrived to the appointment with all intentions of purchasing a wedding dress and had 3/5 guests fly out in from other states for this experience. I also drove over an hour to visit this shop. Due to the service I received, I went to another bridal shop after my appointment and purchased another dress. I spoke to Lacey about my experience and was told I would hear back. It’s now been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. It’s very disappointing to expect and pay for a VIP experience and this is what I got. I definitely would not recommend this boutique.

I went to twice to Jan’s. Both times were great. When I said yes, julia my helper had champagne and let us sit and drink it with no push out. She is amazing and so far the dress shop is to.

Everyone at Jan's was kind, helpful, and polite! I worked with Linda and she was so personable and made shopping for a wedding dress a seamless and enjoyable experience! We loved her!

Jan's Boutique has definitely earned its reputation as a stellar go-to bridal boutique. My daughter's bridal boutique recommended Jan's for my mother of the bride dress, and I'm glad I made the trip from Delaware. From the moment I set foot in the door, the staff made me feel welcome and really took care of me in choosing the perfect dress and making sure it fits me for the big day. I cannot recommend Jan's Boutique enough!

I recently took my Mom to Jan's Boutique for a fitting for grandmother-of-the-bride dress. We couldn't be happier with our experience. We worked with Kim, who was incredibly welcoming, along with the rest of the staff. She took the time to listen to Mom's wishes for the dress alterations. Kim also suggested other adjustments to further enhance the fit. Overall, I highly recommend Jan's Boutique for providing a professional and friendly experience!!

The professionals at Jan’s know just the right styles to recommend for the venue and price range of the client. This is my second wedding shopping experience at Jan’s and the quality of the dresses and service can’t be beat!

I cannot say enough about Linda Shields, I walked in there with a style in mind and she took me out of my comfort zone and had me in a gown that I would have never even thought about trying on, she made me feel very comfortable and before I knew it I was buying the gown that she suggested, she definitely knew what she was talking about and she made me feel like a queen, I highly suggest anyone who has a special occasion to go to Jan's and if you're lucky enough to have Linda help you that's a huge plus, but everyone there was so helpful and it was a great experience

My entire experience at Jan’s was perfect ! The woman who sold me my dress ( long curly black hair) was wonderful and extremely helpful. I only bought the dress because of her and I absolutely cannot wait to wear it ! My seamstress was wonderful, the dress is perfect ! I also purchased my handbag ! BTY - the manager and all staff were wonderful.

Brenda did my alterations at Jan’s. I cannot say enough good words about her and her expertise. She was a pleasure to work with. She understood my concerns about how I would look in the dress and tailored it to fit me. She modified the actual dress so that, it was complementary to my body shape. The dress looks amazing and I can’t wait for the big day to wear it. Thank you, Brenda, I could not have done it without you.

I had the best experience finding my dream wedding gown at Jan’s Boutique. They were accommodating for my family and Linda (my stylist) was very help, patient and professional. I highly recommend booking a bridal appointment with Jan’s Boutique!

Terrific experience. The Sales Associate was extremely helpful. I was able to try on many different dresses in different styles without feeling pressure to purchase that day. I wanted to think about it, and came back a second time trying on a few more, before feeling very comfortable with the dress I selected. I would highly recommend to all of my friends.
