When l called to ask questions they told me to allow about 20 minutes when l drop it off because they look over the whole dress with you. The process was great. They found a snag and were able to fix it before it was cleaned. The results were perfect! Oh, and they even offered to box my veil separately ( there was a box cost) so l could use it on my first anniversary for pictures.

Jans was a fantastic decision! The owner is amazing and the counter staff really made me feel good about dropping my dress off with them. The turn around rate was 1 month for cleaning and preservation! Everywhere else I looked into said 3-4 months. Also Jans ACTUALLY preserves the dresses themselves!
