He made sure my vision came to life, and I could not be happier with how my photos throughout my wedding week turned out. He's great with big families and multiple directions (at the same time!), makes sure he captures all things important to the couple (and then some), and best of all captured candid moments of our guests throughout all the events! Best decision ever!!

We can genuinely say that we came out of the process with some wonderful photos and a good friend. There were several occasions where they went above and beyond to adjust and stick to the demanding schedule of an Indian wedding. We hired him for our Engagement shoot, Sangeet, Wedding Ceremony and Reception - and each and every event was handled with utmost care and professionalism. All our photos were also delivered on time. We’re thrilled with them and cannot recommend him enough!

ter speaking with other photographers, we realized we didn't want anyone other than Jashim. As soon as we had our first phone call, we immediately clicked. I wanted a photographer who would capture our love story and Jashim's work has reflected all that and more. His style is creative, artistic, bold and playful. You won't get your typical prom poses with Jashim- instead you'll get photos that belong on the cover of Vogue. His precision, perspective and imagination cannot be compared. Everyone that has ever seen our engagement and wedding photos has been instantly taken back at how gorgeous the photos are! Not only is Jashim a creative genius but he's an amazing person. He makes you feel so comfortable and at ease when he's around. That's the type of person you'll want on a day like your wedding where you are being pulled in 10 million different directions and are stressed about everything. Jashim has a great personality and has gone from being our wedding photographer to also being an amazing friend.

e been more right. We struck wedding-photographer-gold with Jashim, no question!!! He is a super talented photographer who enjoys what he does. He is young and hungry. He has a great eye for interesting, creative (but not overly artsy) shots. He went above and beyond with us. Our wedding pictures are fantastic! We have a good combination of posed shots (but posed in a non-cheesy way; no kissing necks, or pulling the dress up to show the garter, for example, ew!), candid shots and décor shots (cake toppers, tables, etc…). When it comes to the posed shots, it took me a while to trust Jashim’s directions (two one-hour “engagement” sessions weeks before the wedding day actually!). The poses felt very awkward, uncomfortable. But he knows what he is doing, and somehow, the pictures came back looking natural. I wish I had trusted him sooner. Luckily, we listened to him when he insisted on these “engagement” shoots, as he said this would help us just get used to the camera, and got over the initial discomfort and gracelessness. Without those sessions, the wedding day would have been a lot less comfortable. The day of, Jashim arrived right on time and went straight to work. Other than the few times he purposely pulled us (or one of us) aside to get some specific shots, he went unnoticed all day and night. We went about our evening and he captured it all without getting in the way. From the day we booked Jashim to the wedding day (and even to this day), he made himself available and easily reachable to answer questions, bounce ideas off of, etc… He didn’t show any impatience or frustration (even though I was a very needy bride!). Having first obsessed over Jashim’s blog and now our pictures, I can tell that in addition to his style and to some degree his personality, he also reflects the couple’s personality in each picture very well. He doesn’t take cookie-cutter pictures at each wedding he shoots, and while there is definitely a common Jashim thread, they are also all very different from each other. I know ours represent us and our wedding perfectly. His turnaround time is super fast. He had a few teaser pictures up on his blog within two weeks. The balance of pictures was online about two weeks after that. His prices are very fair and competitive. The only thing I would maybe complain about now (if this can even be considered a complaint) is that the pictures are so great, I can’t get enough of them and I want more, more, more!!! We could not be happier with Jashim as our wedding photographer. We had very high expectations and put a lot of pressure on him (since we weren’t hiring a videographer, it was crucial that the photographs came back PERFECT!). He didn’t just meet our expectations; he exceeded them by far. I will be happy to recommend him to anyone that will listen! The bottom line is that if he is available on your wedding day, you would be a fool not to hire him!!!
