er consultant and completely over reacted to something I said to my bridesmaids. She was unfriendly, unprofessional and completely out of line. My entourage and I were shocked by her ridiculous behavior and I left without a dress. She lost this bridal shop literally thousands of dollars! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! No bride should ever leave feeling the way I did that day. However, I went to another place in Lake Zurich, where I was treated the way every bride should be treated and I chose a beautiful dress with the help of an amazing consultant.

tores might have one or two options but you couldn't customize them, and I knew I wanted sleeves. There were so many times I would wish I could take different elements of different dresses and add them together: Jasmine Galleria was the ONLY shop that could make it happen. My consultant Jen M. was fantastic. She was very patient, honest, and so knowledgeable. When I fell in love with a dress and wondered if we could add some beading and make the underlay an ice blue color she said, "Oh yeah, we can do that". It was music to my ears. With Jen's help I was able to customize my dress to exactly what I wanted, and it did not cost a fortune. I felt the customization and alterations (which were impeccably done) were all very reasonable. The salon itself is beautiful, the selection of dresses and accessories are fantastic, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Long story short, Jasmine can help you create your perfect dress. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

trunk show/event with the designer, Jose Dias, so it was crowded and busy, but I felt like I was the only person there the entire time. Alyssa, my consultant, listened to what I wanted, my budget, and knew which dresses I had saved by just looking at them. She was so great with finding dresses that matched my vision, and knew pretty quickly when I put on a dress and wasn't feeling it. When I finally found THE one, she pretty much called it as soon as I got it in. Other consultants were walking the floor and coming by to chat with my mom and MOH while I was trying dresses on and ooh-ed and ahh-ed when I came out. The BEST part of trying on dresses here definitely has to be their runway! There's two screens at the front so you can see the front AND back of your dress! It runs along a full length mirror too, so you can really see every aspect of your gown, from how it looks when you walk, turn, side, front, and back (which is great because that's what most your guests see but you really don't get that chance). I 100% recommend Chicagoland brides to check out this amazing store--you will NOT be disappointed!!

lf! The shop itself is very professional, clean, and beautiful. I have to rate it 4 stars because of the alterations. My first fitting was fine. However, at my second fitting, the bustle was not even on both sides of the dress. My matron of honor had to argue with the seamstress multiple times to get it fixed. After messing with the bustle for a full 45 minutes, the seamstress insisted that the dress had already been pressed and that we take the dress that day... even though it had been substantially wrinkled during this process. We had to get the manager involved, who was very gracious and made sure the dress got pressed again. If my matron of honor wasn’t there to argue it, I guarantee the seamstress would have shrugged off any of these issues and I would have walked down the aisle in a wrinkly dress.. the alterations also costed almost half the price of the dress itself. I would highly suggest purchasing from Jasmine Galleria, but do yourself a favor and get your alterations elsewhere!

and while the coworker that took over our account was not as well versed in suits and tuxedos, she took care of every need. She was able to make tweaks to our measurements and overnight different articles of clothing as needed. Everyone looked great and the styles were as advertised.

ceived. Upon ordering my dress in May I was informed that my dress would be in sometime in September and that I would receive a call. I call in November to check in on the status of the dress and they say “oh it’s here, and by the way we need the balance of the payment in 10 business days”, Why did I not receive a call? I then set up an appointment to pick up my dress, I ask off a whole day of work and plan my 4.5 hour trip to retrieve the dress. I am then called to say that they must reschedule my appointment because suddenly they are not open on Mondays, even when I had previously been scheduled a Monday appointment and confirmed my consultant was working that day. For someone who is traveling from eastern Michigan and made special arrangements to make that appointment this is utterly unacceptable. There was no attempt made to right the situation, only attempts to placate me with meaningless “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” and “I understand”. Most frustrating was the response “I’m glad we caught this so soon”, but for someone traveling from out of state in less than a month, getting off work and making travel arrangements, this is not “so soon”. Even if my appointment was made mistakenly, or if they just changed their business hours (which they did for December), I thoroughly expected my appointment to be honored. I had intended to continue making trips to have my alterations done, but now that I see Jasmine Galleria does not value my appointments, time and business, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

And for everything you spend in the store, you get points... that you can use as a discount for wedding related things! Thank you SO much for Giselle for making my dreams come true! You were so patient, kind, and really listened to my needs. You also had me crying due to the special surprise you and my sister did for me.. you included a 'heart' necklace with the ashes of my late grandma and grandpa into my wedding bouquet. I was surprised, shocked, but truly grateful for you making it possible to walk down the aisle with my grandparents.

The whole experience was very fun for myself, my two sisters, my mom, future mother in law, and two grandmothers. Jasmine Galleria has a wide variety of dress styles and prices so I was able to find one I loved and I said yes to a dress! I will be coming back to look at bridesmaid dresses and I will definitely be requesting Jen to be my consultant. I am highly satisfied with Jasmine Galleria. I definitely recommend them (and Jen) to future brides!

She helped with the day of timeline down to every little details, which was appreciated. She was very responsive with all communication, especially closer to the wedding. She was able to keep us on schedule on the day of the wedding, which was very important to me. The flowers were breathtaking- the floral bouquets were exactly what I wanted and then some!

A few other florists we met with weren't able to provide the type of floral arch we wanted for our outdoor ceremony. Giselle and her team nailed it! It was so cool! We were able to reuse the arch for the reception space, too, which looked so beautiful. In addition to the arch, all the bouquets and personal flowers coordinated together well and stayed fresh the entire day (we started taking pictures at 2:00pm in very hot, direct sun, and the reception went until midnight). She also did a flower comb for my hair that was absolutely lovely that I wore during the ceremony and reception (took veil off for dinner). The centerpieces were exactly what I wanted, and I loved that I could mix and match a larger floral centerpiece and tables with more candles and a few blooms (helped our budget a bit and gave our space a romantic vibe). Our flowers were exactly what we wanted, but they were better than I could have ever imagined! We also used Jasmine's hair and makeup services. When I added a few people to our order (my mom, aunt who was officiating, flower girls), they handled it no problem. Jasmine sent four ladies for our group of 9 plus 2 flower girls. They came right to our hotel which made it so relaxing. When I had my trial, I was a little hesitant about the airbrush makeup and fake lashes, since I normally wear very little makeup, but Kasey was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. On the day of, I was so happy with how it looked. Susie did my hair, and she did a great job of attaching my flower comb and veil for me-it stayed on the whole time, but my MOH could easily remove the veil before dinner. Everyone looked so beautiful!! And we continued to look beautiful the entire day and night despite the fact that we were outside in the heat from 2:00-4:30 taking pictures and from 5:30-7:00 for our ceremony and cocktails. It was amazing. I highly recommend the floral and beauty services at Jasmine, and I am incredibly grateful to Giselle, Kasey, Susie, and everyone there who made our planning experience and big day so special!

Not even when I came back 2 1/2 months later after my first time shopping just to go in another direction than I originally thought I wanted. When I came to her the first time after having an awful experience at another salon, the first thing she did was listened to me and asked me what happened. She didn’t treat me like I was just another customer. She made my experience personal, which isn’t only what I wanted but it was also what I needed. Not only would I recommend Jasmine’s Galleria, I would say that if you go, ask for Jen M. I hope this review does it justice. I am going to recommend any future friend that is getting married to go here and to work with Jen.

2 weeks before the wedding (I ordered it in May, 2017!). They helped us find dresses just as beautiful (if not better) than what we had originally ordered from the other place and recommended an awesome seamstress who did my alterations within days! Without these girls and this bridal salon, I would have not had a gown or bridesmaid dresses! I booked them for hair & makeup (which turned out amazing!), and floral (beautiful centerpieces). I love you guys, thank you SO much for all you did for us! I highly recommend them! ❤

dress was amazing. She really listened to what I was looking for, and then brought me the perfect dress. I found my dress in the winter time, so it came in much faster than they had told me. The bridesmaids dresses were beautiful and came in on time. My mom bought a dress off the rack for a discount and she looked amazing! My mom and I both had our dresses tailored/fitted at Jasmine, and both dresses turned out perfect. The tux rental was great too. We had a complicated situation with different color ties and vests for the fathers and groomsmen. Additionally, all of the wedding party except for the groom was from out of town. Everyone's suits looked great on the day. The ring bearer's pants didn't fit, but they were able to ship another size to the hotel where they were staying. My dad did have to wear a shirt of his own because they couldn't get one large enough for him, but the suit fit well. Overall, it was so easy to get so many things in one place, and they were very helpful.

perfect. It did take a couple tries with some sizing issues, but Jasmine made it work and got us what was needed. My only complaint is that the fathers ended up being given the color combination that we had requested for the groomsmen rather than the color combination that we selected specifically for the fathers. All in all though, it worked out.

the huge selection I loved Jen. she helped so much with explaining necklines, lace, and patterns. in fact, I was between 2 dresses and if not for Jen speaking up I would never have notice one was better than the other. she was so amazing and was literally the most excited person in the room when I said yes to the dress. definitely check out Jasmine's and ask for Jen!

would've liked them more if the design was different (better flow from top to bottom, etc). Didn't hate it, but didn't love it.

th 2 dresses that are on my short list that were her picks! She is the reason I will be giving the store 5 stars. I wish every bridal store I go to has a Jen M in it. It's a huge store with a runway to use with the gowns which is a great way to view yourself. The dress prices are very reasonable. They are all under $3,000. Their couture line are the ones that are $2,500 - $3,000. One downside to the store is the plus size dresses had a smaller selection to choose from. I'm a size 14 normally and didn't realize I would be a plus size in a gown and found it a little frustrating some of the dresses I wanted to try on weren't available in the plus size. It's hard to decide to buy a $2,900 dress if I can't try it on.
