Jason and Maggie are the perfect photographers for your special day! We hired them for our December 30th wedding in Sturbridge, but also had the pleasure of working with them for our proposal and engagement photos earlier in the year.
Right off the bat, Jason and Maggie were personable and highly professional. They make a perfect team, perfectly complimenting each other’s skills. They were early for our wedding, adjusted flawlessly to our schedule, and captured those perfect moments that only happen once in a lifetime.
Jason and Maggie also came to my rescue throughout the day. From skillfully stitching up a stepped-on bustle (twice), to providing band-aids - they took care of us from start to finish. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them!
Jason and Maggie – I can’t thank either of you enough. I’m so glad that we’ve become friends. Nick and I are so happy with our photos and will cherish them for years to come. We wish you both nothing but the best!
AMAZING! If you need a photographer, hurry up and book these two! Amazing honestly, doesn't even cut it! From the moment when Jason and Maggie arrived everything was taken care of. They are truly professionals, and so much more than just photographers. At one point, Maggie was actually fixing my sister's dress! They were so focused on making sure to capture not only all of those little special moments, but also the special little moments that you didn't even know would happen! If there were 10 stars they would have all 10! Thank you Maggie and Jason!!
I hate to give them any kind of negative review, because Jason is just the nicest man. BUT I wasn't thrilled with the photos from the wedding. My husband and I are both camera shy and needed someone to pose us and push us. Jason tried, but I think he would fit more naturally with people who are comfortable in front of the camera. I also wish I had more pictures of the guests. There were times at the wedding when I was dancing and I noticed he was just standing to the side, holding his camera. I wished he had captured pictures of people at tables. There is about 20 pictures out of everything he sent me that I really like, but some of my favorites are the pictures I took with my camera of the Bridal Suite and the ladies getting ready. Again, Jason is great. He's fun and loves what he does. His portfolio is amazing. I just don't think his style and my style meshed together, or maybe I didn't know what I wanted until after the wedding.
Gurjeet and I met Jason and Maggie through Skype as we were planning our wedding from Michigan. We had such a great conversation with them the first time we talked, and I could tell that Gurjeet felt much more comfortable with them than any other photographers we talked to.
Maggie had just had their baby before our wedding, so Jason bought another associate, but they were fabulous at the rehearsel dinner and at the wedding. Jason and Jessica were more like friends with cameras. They even bustled my dress and helped the girls snap in the modesty panel.
Jason was in for a marathon day, first coming to the salon with us. He cracked jokes but still took lots of pictures. Then it was off to the first wedding at the Gurudwara in Southington. Some of my favorite pictures that I have seen so far are from there. He captured some really sweet moments, and I already know one with myself, my new husband and father-in-law will be going into the family tree of pictures. Next we were back to the hotel for a second round of getting ready, and finally to the Wadsworth for some chilly and fun outdoor pictures. So far I've liked every picture I've seen and can't wait for more. What's more, the whole day was awesome and Jason and his team helped make it happen. I can't wait for the rest of the images and our album. In the mean time, I'm enjoying pictures from our new friends Jason, Maggie and little Wyatt on Facebook.
We met Jason and Maggie the night we got engaged when Maggie came up to me and said congratulations and then asked if she could see my ring. I showed her and she said no we'd like to take pictures of it we are photographers. After that night we spent many nights talking, eating and planning what would be 2 amazing engagement shoot sessions and the spectacular evening of our wedding. Jason and Maggie are two of the nicest, most down to earth individuals we have met. Their ideas are visions are ahead of the times very artistic. My husband and I were not looking for the typical wedding pictures, we wanted to have fun and show our silly personalities. Jason and Maggie were right there with us! They were very easy to work with and flexible. The teasers that they post kept us wanting more. Jason and Maggie started off as our hired photographers, but we walked away with two amazing friends. When we would meet to discuss our ideas for what we wanted we would have dinner, coffee, or just hang out. We have been told by our friends and family that they love the pictures and want to use Jason and Maggie for their events as well. I would recommend Jason and Maggie to anyone looking not only for wedding photography but to photograph any event.
