Jason Kendall Productions

s we’ll never forget. Everyone was talking about how amazing the live saxophone was. His performance and energy made the night truly unforgettable, and we can’t thank him enough for adding such a special and fun touch to our celebration. Jason showed that he is not just there for work, but to have fun himself!! He is so talented and kept everyone smiling all night long!

accommodate our requests for specific songs, instruments, etc. We had piano and violin during our ceremony, a jazz trio for cocktail hour, and then the full band for the dance floor, and it was all seamless! He was extremely flexible and just a true professional. His MC skills are also great. Classy, but relaxed! Nothing is worse than an awkward or intense MC (we've all seen that at weddings). He's just a class act and so talented. A must-have for your wedding.

ance floor having a blast! Immediately after the reception and for days following the wedding, guests continued to rave about our wedding band! Hiring Jason Kendall was the best decision we made! They made our wedding so memorable! 10/10 performance!

d an incredible dance floor. Thanks to Jason, that’s exactly what we got (and more!). Having Jason play the saxophone alongside DJ Digital Dave was truly unforgettable. Our guests are still raving about it! From our entrance song to the high-energy dance sets and all the way through the very last song of the night, Jason brought our vision to life. He is unbelievably talented and works seamlessly with Dave, it’s like they’ve been performing together forever. Jason plays along to each song with such ease and skill, it completely elevates the entire experience. He was the perfect addition to our day, and I genuinely believe every wedding needs a saxophone player! If you’re on the fence about having Jason join your DJ or booking the Jason Kendall Band as a whole… DO IT. You will not regret it for a single second. It was the best decisions we made!

, cocktail hour and reception while also MC'ing our reception. Leading up to the wedding, Jason was so communicative. He answered emails quickly and was very patient with all of our requests and questions. He and his band learned song requests for us and made sure our reception ran smoothly. We also added the additional female vocalist (Chelsea Ritenour) and she was fabulous as well and it was nice to have a female voice for some of the songs we wanted. We also had Jason provide for us a live violinist for our ceremony, John. John also learned song requests for us and did a beautiful job playing the music for our ceremony. We got so many compliments on the band and the music and so many guests telling us that their favorite part of the wedding was the dancing at the end of the night! Jason and his group kept the dance floor full all night and I would highly recommend them to anyone in Pittsburgh seeking live music for their event! Thank you Jason!

ll Products provided our ceremony music, our cocktail hour music, reception music, and handled master of ceremonies duties. Between the song lists and day of worksheets, we were well prepared and the band just rocked it on our wedding day! They played a mix of songs and satisfied the older guests as well as the younger guests. They even allowed a friend of ours to perform a song with them. We couldn't have asked for a better musical provider for our wedding. If you're considering a band for your reception, we couldn't recommend Jason and team more!

and his band play the reception. We received tons of compliments about the music and Jason truly made our day memorable and special. They play a wide range of songs and even learned a few new ones by request. Jason also covered sound, microphones for the ceremony, and emcee duties which all went smoothly and were great. I strongly recommend hiring Jason Kendall productions for your wedding, as they will personalize the night the way you want it and make it unforgettable. Thanks again Jason!

f our ceremony and reception were most important to us. He was also very flexible with our song requests, including learning two new songs for our first dance and father-daughter dance (both of which were absolutely perfect, by the way). Plus all of the technical equipment worked well for the ceremony, including the string recordings as we walked down the aisle and the microphone for the officiant. Jason kept the energy flowing throughout the reception and added in an additional goofy dance that we requested. I lost track of how many guests asked us where we found the band for our reception, they just kept raving about what a wonderful time they had. The dance floor stayed full all night long thanks to Jason and his band. The horn section made the bride cry with joy! I cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you so much for making our night so special and memorable! -Robin & Evie

and worksheets are straightforward and user friendly. In terms of their talent, not much else to say other that this group brought the house down. We were surprised at their musical range, its no exaggeration when I say they can play anything well, playing hits from 50s to the 2010s across many genres. Our guests loved them, with family and friends still bringing them up months later. As two people with very different tastes and music, both my husband and I loved their music. They also were great in how flexible they are as Jason made it clear up front they'd be happy to play whatever we wanted and would learn whatever songs they didn't know with enough notice ahead of time. We had them play our first dance (in Your Love, by Tyler Childers) and they truly did it justice. Overall, a fantastic and talented group to work with and that I highly recommend.

ntive to all my emails, answering questions, remembered personal things about my husband and I, and always going above and beyond for us to make our day special. Our dance floor was packed the whole night, and so many of our guests went out of their way during the event and after to let us know "how amazing" our wedding band was! They play such a wide variety of genres, there is truly something for everyone whenever you hire Jason Kendall Productions - not to mention, we had the ability to add more horns/ contract in some outside availability to really make our band stand out! We cannot thank Jason Kendall Productions enough for making our wedding truly PERFECT. Look no further than Jason and his band for all your hype wedding dance floor needs! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Jason!

the performance and danced the whole time. It was unforgettable. Highest recommendation!

s truly invested in providing the best music experience for us. Despite our busy schedules, Jason was always quick to respond to our emails, showing his dedication to making sure everything ran smoothly. The band's performance during our cocktail hour, our first dance (the female singer was absolutely fantastic), and the beginning of our reception set the perfect tone for the evening. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the music, and the dance floor was packed right from the start! The energy and class they brought to our event were unparalleled, creating a fun and sophisticated atmosphere that we had hoped for. In addition to their exceptional performance, Jason and his team's professionalism and talent truly stood out. They seamlessly incorporated our musical preferences and created a memorable experience for us and our guests. We understand that every vendor may have some neutral aspects, but in our experience, Jason Kendall Productions exceeded our expectations in every way. We are already recommending Jason and his band to all our friends and family planning weddings or events. Choosing them was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process, and we wholeheartedly encourage others to book them without hesitation. Music was a crucial element for us, and they delivered beyond what we could have imagined. Thank you, Jason, for adding the perfect soundtrack to our special day!

far as music played and timeline for our evening. The evening ran so smoothly having Jason in charge of introductions, speeches, dances, etc. He is an amazing MC and an extremely versatile and talented musician. Prior to our wedding, we watched Jason and his band play at various events around the city and they were consistently 100000/10 amazing every single time. The dance floor was consistently packed and every single guest raved about the band! Recommend to anyone and everyone!

wife and I (and the majority of our wedding guests) are avid live music lovers. When tasked with choosing a band for our wedding, I wanted more than anything to find a band that my wife and our guests would be impressed by. After seeing Jason perform in my hometown of Hilton Head Island, SC and talking with him the same night, I realized JKP was exactly the band that I was hoping to find. Here’s a couple of reasons to hire them: Jason truly cares about making your wedding day special. He was never reluctant to any of our wacky requests and his genuine approach and years of experience put my wife and I at ease in what was a very stressful time in our life. They are not only amazing musicians but they are amazing entertainers. They played music for our ceremony, MC’d the entire night, performed a relaxing Jazz set for our cocktail hour, learned one of our favorite Weezer songs, got all of our guests to dance all night with their wide range of material, and flawlessly sung and performed difficult songs from artists most wedding bands wouldn’t dare to attempt- like Under Pressure by Queen and Highway to Hell by AC/DC. I can’t express enough thanks to JKP for making my wedding day unforgettable. Do yourself a favor and hire this band!

d . Jason made sure the reception ran very smoothly. Being that I've been in the local music scene for over 20 years, we had dozens of musicians in our bridal party and as guests and I can't think of one of them that weren't blown away by the band's performance. They were very tight and polished. Every request i had during our planning stage was granted. They were honestly worth every penny. My friends and family will be raving about our reception for a long time and most of the credit belongs to Jason and hid band.

g all night long. (HA) They rocked the house and were so. much. fun. The unexpected 90's hip-hop mash-up? Spectacular. The Blink 182 / Good Charlotte / Fall Out Boy / alt rock sing-a-long? Inject that into my veins. The cherry on top, though, I must say - was the fact that this all-male band learned "Love Story" by Taylor Swift just for me - to close out the night - and it resulted in probably the best moment of my life. (Besides getting married to my soul mate and all) Anyway, they are SO talented. They are PROFESSIONAL. They are respectful and kind. If you want your dance floor packed all night, these are the guys for you.

. Jason also did a wonderful, spot on job at providing the MC services for the night. Guests have reached out to specifically tell us how much they loved our band. They kept the party going all night long, and the dance floor full. Jason hit every genre and read the room, when a new style of song was needed. We still can’t get over how wonderful they were. Jason was easy to work with leading up to our wedding, and always got back to us quickly and answered any questions or concerns. If you are questioning if you should book Jason for your event, you 1000% should! You will be so happy you did!

the moon! And everyone LOVED Jason Kendall Productions at our reception! The jazz trio for cocktail hour set a classic & elegant mood, and the dance band/DJ for the dancing was perfect fun! Jason was a great MC as well and met all of our requests. Thank you, JKP!

s wonderful live music during cocktail hour - which was a HUGE hit with our guests. He worked with us to time speeches, dances, and special surprises throughout the night! Everyone had a blast and Jason was wonderful to work with, accommodating any special request we had!

ure working with Jason, who helped us personalize our ceremony and was super detail oriented We appreciated his easy demeanor and his attention to detail and just overall personability! As two musicians, music was super important to my husband and me and we were really blown away by their performance at our wedding. They learned specific songs for our ceremony, which they performed with an acoustic guitar duo, which made the moment that much more special and beautiful. The transition into the jazz trio during cocktail hour sounded great and it was such a fun way to get the vibe going before the reception. Jason as MC kept everything flowing smoothly and on time, and checked in with us throughout the night. The band kept the dance floor full the entire time, even friends who I’ve never seen dance before. They have an extremely diverse set of songs that they play, and they really nail every genre so well. The musicianship of all members of the band was incredible, and as an ensemble, they were so tight and talented. 100/10 Jason Kendall Productions for elevating your experience for your day for amazing, highest-quality entertainment and an easy planning beforehand! Thanks Jason!!

selections. Highly recommend!

ing process. I asked Jason to play solo piano for the ceremony and he nailed a cover of Brandi Carlisle “The Story”. During the reception they kept the dance floor packed all night and our rowdy crowd cheered for an encore and they obliged! Don’t hesitate to book! Amazing! Can’t say it enough!

ce at weddings were up and having a blast! We received countless compliments regarding how fun, energetic, and inclusive the music selection was. Jason Kendall was also incredibly easy to work with and made the entire planning process personal and fun. He was quick to answer any questions my husband and I had, and truly remembered every single detail to pull off the perfect reception. My husband and I couldn’t recommend this band enough! It’s been over a month and friends and family are still bringing up how fun the night was.

is group blew me away. I knew they would be good, but I didn't know they would be THAT GOOD! On top of that, Jason was one of the kindest vendors I encountered in all of Pittsburgh. He was communicative, kind, thorough, personable, and patient. He spoke with me and my family for hours as we sorted out the right package, instrumentation, and then the right flow of events for the evening. Jason takes the time personalize your wedding reception. I don't believe anyone in the area does that. His team is creative and flexible. He made our day unforgettable and the dance floor was full all night!!! So grateful to work with them. Don't second guess this choice - we spent hours debating on the right band and working with them was definitely the right choice.

o the next level. A few specifics that might help future brides and grooms… 1. I am literally repulsed by most wedding MCs. I find them cheesy and annoying. Jason and DJ Digital Dave (who did some MCing as well) weren’t like that. I wanted the tone to be more along the lines of a fun night out with friends and family… their announcements kept the programming moving and made it a wedding, but didn’t detract from that vibe. 2. Jason works his butt off but makes it look effortless. He played acoustic guitar and sang for cocktail hour, played live sax and beats for dinner, and then headed up the band for dancing. He even played about 35-40 minutes after the venue technically closed because no one wanted to leave the dance floor. That’s a lot for one human but it didn’t seem to phase him- he brought the energy 100% of the time yet wasn’t annoying about it either. 3. I’m so glad we splurged on the DJ/ Band combo. Jason works closely with DJ Digital Dave- who is actually a club DJ and does live mixes. Look him up- he’s the real deal. This allowed us to do two turn tables and a live sax during dinner. It gave our wedding a fun, upscale, yet approachable vibe. It wasn’t old dinner music like Kenny G or something… quite the opposite…he even did a childish gambino cover on the saxophone. Such a vibe… energizing but not overly distracting. It was cool but still gram gram approved. Additionally the DJ/ Band combo not only allowed us have full range of songs but we were able to get pretty creative as well. For example.. they did live drums to ‘Teach Me How to Dougie’. It was sick. With so many weddings happening now.. I for one am pretty bored with the typical wedding music. All of the song choices were exciting yet accessible to all. 4. The dance floor was packed. So our venue was set up in a way that the dance floor wasn’t centrally located AND the bar was in the other room. This would have been the kiss of death for an average band or DJ. Yet after they got going it was packed. If your venue is chopped up (like the Duquesne Club or whatever.. for reference we were on the lower level of the Monterey Bay) and you want people to dance, you’ll need to invest in above average music. 5. They are experts in their craft. As such, they do not need micromanaged. I was worried about the sound being too loud given the low ceiling at our venue but it was a non issue. They have such a gift, not only for playing music but reading the crowd responding accordingly. I sent them an obnoxious amount of music requests but at the end if the day they knew what we wanted to hear before we even knew it! Long story short, if you want good music reach out to Jason!! We couldn’t be happier.

fter doing a ton of research, I'm so happy that we decided to book Jason Kendall Productions!!1 We had a jazz set during cocktail hour and the full band during our dancing reception, and the dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night. Jason made planning SO easy for us, and was super accommodating with requests. They even let my brother (who is a professional drummer) play a song during our reception, which was such a special moment we are so grateful for! Our guests raved about the band all night long and we are STILL getting compliments! They are kind and so so talented. I would highly recommend them for any special event!!!

g of the night. Every guest came up to us after the wedding complimenting us on our band and asking us how they can book for their event. We could not be happier with Jason Kendall. The dance floor was completely packed the entire night! We are thrilled to have hired Jason Kendall!

e dance floor full all night long and we have received countless compliments on how great the band was. We had the 5 piece band for our reception and had one member play for our ceremony, I can’t recommend them enough for your wedding (or any other event)!! Thank you for making our day so great!

y put my mind at ease and pulled off the most incredible wedding. We hired the band and additional performers for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They were like energizer bunnies! They sounded good, looked good, and I truly cannot wait to have an occasion to hire them again! Incredible!! We are still receiving compliments from guests!

ecial requests for the music for both the ceremony and the reception. During our reception, the dance floor was not empty for a second, and guests from 5 years old to 70 years old were consistently on the floor. We received more compliments on the band than any other aspect of the day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this group!

he entire process and took care of every detail from pre-ceremony to cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. We received so many compliments on how great the band was, and I would recommend Jason for ANY AND ALL events that requires music.

band on our wedding day. We had so many guests compliment us and tell us that it was the best band they have heard at a wedding (and we agree!). Jason and the band have such great range and kept the dance floor full all night. We highly recommend you check them out if you want your wedding to be unforgettable!

fect. Jason and his team provided us with sufficient time to select our custom music for prelude, entrance and recession. The team was truly a professional -- in terms of timely communications and acknowledging our broader event timeline to fit their ceremony music production. They went above and beyond to include a few Bollywood melodies into the performance, which was really commendable :) A must recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy, quality performance partner for your special event!

g our wedding happened to come in at a very unexpected busy year for both my fiancé and me. Even though we knew entertainment is a very important part, given all the other planning we had to do and with everything else going on in our lives, we only had time to give our selections for the main songs in the ceremony and reception. We asked Jason Kendall to do what he felt was best reading the crowd. And we could not have been happier with both the talent throughout the day and professionalism of working with the band in the entire process. Throughout the night, we kept getting people asking how we found the band and that they were incredible. Almost a week later, I am still getting messages and texts regarding how great they were and because of them, the dancing never stopped! One sweet touch is that he knew our intention was to give him a playlist of Italian music but as mentioned, we just did not have the time to put it together. He surprised with several songs he added on his own and that was greatly appreciated!

ely flexible. Our wedding reception on 7/10 was FAR from normal, and Jason and his band were ready and willing to roll with the punches, read the room, and put on a SHOW that friends and family members have been RAVING about ever since. I gave them my full trust to play what they felt was appropriate during the wedding, and they did so perfectly. Jason was also so ready and willing to help my Dad's band set up and borrow their equipment to play a short set in the middle of the wedding, which made my dream of having them play a reality. I truly and honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about them and neither can my guests. If you're looking for a band that can play (and play perfectly) everything from Backstreet Boys to Prince, stop right here, you've found the best in the 'burgh.

wonderful! I can't wait for our reception next year when we can see/hear/party with the entire band!

eat ideas, and provided exactly what he promised. :) Just a beautiful singer and soloist at our wedding. Jason also introduced us to Jacqui. What an absolutely beautiful person. Her officiating the service was just so perfect. I literally listened to every word. Beautiful inflection and wonderful delivery. Bravo! DJ Roy was great, too. What a great mix and fun times!! Nothing but kudos and high-fives from us and the crowd. Huge props!

uly excellent every step of the way. They went above and beyond in helping customize the perfect day for us! I would highly recommend booking any portion of their services for an event!

top notch. I would recommend this band to anyone for future weddings. They were all professional and very easy to work with. I received multiple compliments about our wedding and specifically about the band. Great job guys!

HT - it was PACKED and so much fun!! We had several people ask us who they were, how to book them and numerous people even went up to them during the reception to try to book them for future events - our guests could not get over how amazing they were. We got so many compliments throughout the night and even now (several months after) people are still raving about how good the band was. It didn't matter which song was playing, the dance floor was completely packed all night. They also took requests from the guests and I swear they had just as much fun as we did. They also went above and beyond and LEARNED A NEW SONG for our first dance - AND allowed us to have a guest singer for it (a childhood friend) - they took the time to schedule a rehearsal with her beforehand and it literally could not have been more perfect. We also used them for the 3 piece jazz band during cocktail hour, and it was outstanding. They truly are above and beyond talented and willing to go out of their way to make your day everything you imagine it to be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

onal. They checked in with my husband and I regularly and knew exactly how to keep everyone having a great time on the dance floor! I heard so many times that no one has ever seen such a packed dance floor the whole night and how incredible the band was!! I could not recommend them enough!

d a wonderful job assisting in our ceremony, playing with the jazz cocktail trio and MC’ing the reception. He was completely professional from the time we began working together until the end of the night and our guests were all raving about how great the band sounded. Highly recommended.

ey played acoustic for our ceremony and did a full piece set for our reception. I had a musical vision of what I wanted for our wedding and they far exceeded it. They accommodated everything from Bruno Mars to Van Morrison to Chris Stapleton. We have been married for 4 months now and we still receive compliments on our live entertainment and I think we will for a long time. I would highly recommend Jason Kendall - you won't regret it!
