Jason Parker Quartet

! Jason was great to work with; we met him in Fremont to get the basic details worked out, and then e-mailed back and forth with updates. He and his band were willing to learn songs not in their repertoire for our first dance and father-daughter and mother-son dances, which we really appreciated! And he worked directly with my dad to coordinate the father-daughter dance, which I wanted to be a surprise. They were also willing to play with some of our friends who are musical, which was an added bonus! The band looked and played great, and our guests loved them as much as we did! They play not only jazz standards, but also jazzy versions of more modern songs. They were a fantastic addition to our wedding--there really is nothing like have a good live band! We'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

k with before and durig the wedding. We didn't want the typical DJ fare (and we didn't have a lot of dancing) so JPQ was perfect for us. The memebers of the band are truly talented musicians, so it was great to just sit back and listen; still, because it was jazz, it stayed nicely in the background for our guests who weren't dancing and just wanted to talk and have a good time.
