We had Javon do our engagement pictures. When we viewed our pictures at his home, we picked ...
out the pictures we liked from the engagement shoot. He sucker punched us at the end and told us if we wanted the pictures they would cost $50 a piece. There was no way we were going to pay $50 a piece for 30 photos, on top of us paying for the engagement session. That is insane!!! So he knew that was wrong. There was nowhere in his agreement saying we had to pay extra for the pictures. So he apologized and sent a thumb drive weeks later.
So we wanted to give him a second chance.
My Husband and I got married August 19th 2017
We hired Javon as our photographer. ($2500)
Months later we finally got to view our wedding pictures. We we were very disheartened to see the pictures he had taken, that took a very long time to receive. I was in tears scrolling through them all. (Viewing them on a MacBook)
Sad to say the amount of money we spent to use him for the most special day of our lives, was a complete waste.
He did a wonderful job on our engagement pictures. But I can’t say the same for the pictures that mattered the most. I definitely feel like it was on purpose.
The majority of our pictures were speckled and had a fish bowl effect. I don’t feel like he did a great job like he promised. They didn’t look anything like what is advertised on his page. We have a handful of pictures that we can use out of the whole wedding day.
I have wrote him several times and I have yet to get an apology, let alone a response back.
We have yet to receive our wedding album, he told us we got with the wedding photography package we purchased.
I hope you receive this message Javon, not a great way to do business with someone.

ved it! Literally, I sent them 28 months ago and have sent a total of 15 messages (all very polite up until the last one). On average, I got a response to maybe 1 out of 5 of my notes, each with some poor excuse for what the delay is. About 11 months after I made my selection, he said he mailed my book to me. However, the address he shipped it to was not my address, not then, not now, not ever. It was not the address I listed on our contract nor the one I provided to him online (which were the same, BTW). He tried to get FedEx to refund him (which they wouldn't since they actually delivered to the right address) so he suggested I go to that address and ask for the book. Even if I had been comfortable going to some complete strangers house, knocking on the door and asking if I could have what would at that point have been my used wedding album, I couldn't even find the address. He was supposed to order a new one, but here I am 28 months later without the album I paid for. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsiveness on his part and would NEVER recommend his services to anyone. I strongly advise you keep shopping.
I actually booked Kristen and she was such a trooper through out the whole event! We started at noon and didn't stop till 10pm. I was so exhuasted I didn't care for another picture...
but she kept snapping away. I haven't received the pictures back but she showed me some from the camera and I can't wait to see the rest!

beach and was just a blast. People were in awe of his work and couldn't wait to see what he would do with my 3-day Indian wedding! The wedding pictures are amazing! The only thing I wish he would do is be more directive on "must-have" shots because during that time, as the bride, my head is in the clouds so afterwards I realized I missed several shots I wished he told me at the time. This might just be advice for brides to make a list of the minimum types of shots you want to make sure and capture and make sure your photographer is aware of them.

We also loved the fact that he was available the entire day of our wedding, not just for a certain time frame. He has another photographer come to the event in addition to himself, and he also allows anyone else to take photos at your event. Just contact him, once you meet with him, you'll love him too!

amazing pictures and we had over 6,000 shots total when you include our engagement sessions and bridal sitting. He has a very creative style abd will really capture the emotion of the day;If you are traditional and want the boring pictures of a bunch of family shots standing there smiling don't waste his creative talent on your wedding. There are plenty of traditional photographers out there for you! Also while he is awesome do expect some wait time for images as he overloads himself and gets behind some...but it's worth the wait!
