Jay was absolutely amazing. My parents had seen him at their friends sons wedding and raved about how great he was! We first met Jay outside of Starbucks and he was so easy to talk to you could tell he really cared about making our wedding day the absolute best. Since Jay had never worked at our venue before, he drove out to Groton with us to see the venue during one of our final meetings. One part of Jay's services that are so unique is his surprise he does with the first dance song. Although my husband and I were nervous, I think mostly he didn't want to be embarrassed in front of his all single friends, the song was unbelievable and we both were crying. Jay met with us at our house and made us feel comfortable when talking about each other. Jay really took the time to get everyone's names correct when introducing them and helped keep the flow of the night just perfect without dominating the room. Jay's website is so user friendly and my husband and I both loved sitting down to add songs we wanted to hear. Once we figured out our budget we decided last minute we wanted a microphone outside for the ceremony and Jay was so accommodating. I really can't say enough amazing things about Jay! When the DJ experience can make or break a wedding I highly recommend having Jay Foss be your wedding DJ! You will not be dissapointed!!

Jay Foss is a phenomenal DJ. We had the chance to see Jay DJ our friends wedding, and we knew right away that Jay was also the DJ for us. Jay made the beginning of the planning process so easy. He was great to communicate with, and scheduled meetings based on our preferences and availability. Right from the start Jay was personable, kind, and we could tell that he was very serious about what he does. A genuine guy overall. He began with the simple stuff, but along the way brought up ideas and asked us questions that we hadn't even thought about, but that he knew were important. Jay's online webpage and database made the planning process easy as well. With the click of a button we could pick and chose from songs and plan out our wedding timeline. In our meetings, Jay made sure we were progressing with the planning accordingly. Jay took his time to really get to know us as well and always put our needs first. He put his heart and soul into every little detail there was. The personalized first dance is something that we had never seen before, but Jay made us so comfortable during the interview process, and it turned out perfect. Our guests were so surprised and loved that special touch. Jay even remembered little things that we brought up in our meetings and incorporated them into our night, including a song that wasn't our first dance, but we mentioned it was special to us. If you're looking for a great DJ for any event you are having, Jay Foss Music is wonderful! Between Jay's experience and his creative talent, our wedding was a HUGE success and fun was had by all. By listening to our requests and fears during our ceremony and reception planning process, Jay walked us through all the decision making with such ease. He was never more than an email away with any questions we might have and gently reminded us when things needed to get done. We felt comfortable handing over our day to Jay and we were blessed by not having to worry over a thing! When things got a little slow on the dance floor, the music was changed up to get more people out dancing. When plans where changed last minute regarding a reception feature, he was flexible and went with the flow. Jay Foss DJed our wedding last October, and he was amazing!! He has now DJed 4 weddings...just in my family alone! That speaks volumes. He did some incredibly unique and special things for my husband and I that really added a personal feel to our wedding. I would (and have) recommend Jay to anyone looking for an incredible DJ! We were planning our wedding long distance and Jay was very accommodating. We emailed, phoned and skyped with him to get through all of our plans and details. His site is extremely easy to use and very helpful with music category listings to help us find songs to fit our night. The actual night was a blast. He took requests and was great at reading the room and keeping the flow of the party going.

If you’re looking for a DJ, you can stop now. Jay did a phenomenal job as the DJ at our wedding. We have had so many people ask us who our DJ was so they could use him — and even more people tell us how much fun they had on the dance floor. Jay was easy to work with and 100% on top of things. He was completely organized and helped us feel relaxed knowing everything he was involved with would be executed to perfection. Our wedding planner was 'wowed' by his flow of the events throughout the entire evening. And the music. He nailed it. Our evening was exceptional because of the vibe he brought to the dance floor. From smoothly Emceeing our event to nailing the perfect songs at all the right times, Jay was consistently on point. None of those awkward pauses — none of those songs that empty the dance floor — none of those grimace moments where you wonder where this guy came from. Jay Foss was unbelievable to work with! By far, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. Jay has a very keen attention to detail and will work with you as much as needed to make sure your wedding is reflective of your personal taste and style. We met with Jay several times prior to our wedding and the final result was fun, flawless and an amazing party! He played all our favorite songs at the right times and read the crowd perfectly keeping them dancing all night long! In addition to the reception, Jay also worked with me to help prepare and edit a digital piano recording so that I had personalized ceremony music as a gift for my husband. He is very passionate about his craft and was an absolute pleasure to work with. There are a lot of important decisions in wedding planning and choosing the right DJ is essential so that guests have a good time. Choosing Jay Foss was the one choice we never worried about and we were completely confident from the moment we met him that he was the perfect choice for our day. Jay was the perfect DJ from start to finish! He was extremely friendly, professional, organized, and easy to work with. His website was fantastic and he made the planning process a breeze. We lived out of state but Jay was always available through FaceTime, email and phone. Not only was he fantastic for us to work with, but the other wedding vendors loved him as well! The music he choose during the wedding had everyone dancing from start to finish. We had a wide range of ages and musical taste at the wedding. He was able to find music that everyone loved!
