The pictures were truly beautiful. Jay & his team were great to work with on the day of our wedding. However, as we went through everything more carefully, we realized that there were no photos or videos captured of cocktail hour. I understand the team may have been handling setup/transitions, it’s concerning that of a team of 4, not a single person or camera was designated to capture guest interactions or the cocktail hour space. Additionally, we ended up with very few photos of us with guests or family, despite being told we would do this after the ceremony. The most significant issue, has been the lack of communication & transparency regarding our contracted deliverables. From 7/2025 - 3/18/26, Jay was unresponsive. During that time, we sent 6 emails, made 2 phone calls, mailed 1 certified letter that was undeliverable & another that was unaccepted. even opened a case with the Better Business Bureau, which was closed but marked unresolved. Despite these efforts, we received no status updates, explanations for delays, or when to expect our video. We also attempted to follow Jay’s communication process by scheduling a consultation. He asked to reschedule, which we accommodated, but then did not join the rescheduled call. That reschedule request was the only time we heard from him during this entire period. Per the contract, deliverables could take up to 24 weeks, with the possibility of longer timelines for special requests. We didnt request any custom edits/services that would justify an extended delay. Most of our outreach was simply to request updates, not to pressure for immediate delivery. Ultimately, on 3/18/26, 10.5 months after our wedding, we received the full edited video. However we never received the teaser video outlined in our contract, nor the watermark-free photo album. Given the amount we paid upfront & the generous tip provided to the team, it’s extremely disappointing that not all contracted deliverables were fulfilled & the process took so long without communication. I’m sharing this update so others can make an informed decision. While the quality of Jay’s work is undeniably beautiful, the lack of follow-through, communication, & professionalism after the wedding created unnecessary stress & frustration. In our experience, the outcome did not justify the cost or the difficulty of the process. ORIGINAL: We cannot say enough great things about Jay and his incredible team! From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with. Jay was so easygoing & helpful throughout the entire planning process, especially leading up to the wedding & during our engagement shoot. He made everything feel so relaxed & fun, which helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera right away. On our wedding day, Jay brought such a fun, positive energy & had us laughing all night! He was so patient with everyone, from our bridal party to our family & guests, & always made sure we felt at ease. During the reception, our guests had a blast with his creative photo ideas. It added such a fun & memorable touch to the night. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better photography team. Their professionalism, creativity, & warmth made our day even more special. We’re beyond excited to see the final photos and video — we just know they’re going to be amazing!

! We got so many compliments from friends and family with how on top of it he was with capturing every moment and making it fun. And I just want to say my groom and I aren’t big photo people but he made it feel so natural and trained us how to pose and he was so fun directing us and our friends and family on the dance floor. Jay and his videographer Conner are true artists. We also got the photobooth with him which was a huge hit with every one of all ages and they made us a nice album with all the prints which I love. His video packages include all of the raw footage captured in 4K and you can also add an edited film of select length if you like. We purchased the 30-45 minute feature film and can't wait to see the outcome. I highly recommend Jay for any photography or videography needs.

He worked mostly with our wedding coordinator but there was communication leading up to and the day of. Jay arrived on the wedding day and everything started to flow. I felt completely at ease as he worked. Once we got to the family photos, he was able to wrangle and deal with different (big) personalities and release everyone back to cocktail hour. The way he was able to step in and ensure everything was flowing well was simply amazing. As my husband and I were a little overwhelmed with everything and everyone, Jay brought us back and helped us through it all. Keith was the videographer and was also very easy and great to work with. He spend time in the groom's suit and went above and beyond, even helping tie some ties. All in all, booking with Jay was the best decision for us. From his professionalism and leadership at the actual wedding, to the clear expectation and communication, we felt reassured that we were in good hands; and we know that the pictures will be fantastic!!

was worth every single penny. We entrusted him with video, photo, DJ, and photobooth services for our wedding! So we were a bit nervous given how big of a role he had, but gosh did he come through! Not only that but he went above and beyond any of our expectations! And I was a nervous bride!! My husband and I were super lost after the ceremony; there was way too much going on, it had rained all day up until before the ceremony so our timeline was completely off. And Jay led us into each next step. My husband and I joke around saying he was our northern star! I was so overwhelmed, and even though I had written a really detailed timeline, I could not even think about it or remember anything, so Jay came in clutch and guided us every step of the way! He is much more than just a photographer, he guided us to get good shots, stayed organized and kept us in track when we needed it most to make sure we got our value out of the wedding. He even got people moving on the dance floor and set up line dances, conga lines, and hyped guests up for moments like the sparkler exit. Not only did he helped us get portrait shots, he also organized us, family, wedding party to get candid shots on the dance floor, introductions, and other key moments! He coordinated really well with other vendors to make sure the day would go as seamlessly as possible and got us involved in decision making when needed! He was simply amazing! He took care of what we didn’t even know we needed and that is where his expertise in wedding shines through! Not to mention the dreamy, magazine cover worthy pictures we have already received! The DJ, Kaleum, was amazing too, he brought a lot of energy to every key moment in the wedding, and kept the dance floor lit! I remember walking in during our introduction and it was the most magical moment looking at everyone hyping us up, the lighting set up perfectly and the music spot on, while the DJ hyped everyone up! It felt like I was walking into the most lit party ever! Although some guests/wedding party may think he can come off a bit sharp, believe me, that is the quality every wedding needs from a good photographer. I certainly appreciated it so much because I have a hard time speaking up for myself. It is hard to control a large wedding party, ensuring the couple is getting great photos and making the most of time, and having him knowing what needs to be done, and putting his foot down is a MUST. He advocates for the couple and still manages to do so in a very polite manner. I could write pages about how much I would recommend him! He is simply well worth it and our best investment for our wedding! If you are looking for a solid, amazing photographer and videographer and a vendor that will make your day less stressful, and have dreamy, amazing shots, you have found it! We also highly recommend bundling his services, as it made everything so much easier and effective! Our wedding day was amazing and I certainly have Jay to thank for that!

Other than making sure my husband showed up and our vows were exchanged, photos were the next most important thing for me when prioritizing vendors. I must have interviewed some 110 different photographers and videographers. I was looking for a professional team that needed little guidance from me, that I could trust to capture my shot list, all the candid shots of our friends and family, would be there the whole of the event, could manage my husband who doesn't like people in his face at all, herd the cats that were my wedding party (myself included), were kid friendly, and the editing skills for a dramatic effect in lighting and color. Jay came through with meeting all the above criteria. He had endless patience with me, my wedding party, and my husband. When I had specific requests for shots, he was upfront and candid about what would be required to make the shot, made professional suggestions for alternatives, and just in general was informative and lovely to work with. I also went all out after speaking with Jay - videography team and a photo booth as well! The videography team was led by Lee, who was an absolute joy to interact with and the smiles and laughter he generated in all of us were just a bonus. Our photo booth was fun, interactive, and Ariana manned the station all night to ensure everyone used it to best effect and got their fun printed out or emailed to their preference. The teaser photos came almost immediately and the remainder came shortly after. Jay remained in communication with me after the wedding, his website and client portal were a fountain of useful information both before and after the wedding, and all around the whole team was amazing and wonderful to work with. Looking back at the photos, I feel beautiful, I see the love and happiness in everyone's faces. I am so incredibly happy with Jay, Lee, Ariana - the work leading up to the event answering questions, making decisions, the laid back professionalism and fun they brought the day of that made us all relaxed and often full of laughter, it was amazing. And the photos I have now! I tear up looking at them, I didn't think it was possible but they captured the joy and love of the day in such a way you can feel it in the photos, evne the photobooth shots.

He was able to find great photo locations in each venue. The getting ready portion of my wedding was very stressful, however, Jay and his team had a reassuring presence and took initiative in solving any problems that arose. They helped me enjoy my wedding day without all of the stress! I highly recommend them for any wedding or event.

years of dating we have never done professional photos and we were quite anxious, then even more so that this would show in our photos. Jay is a professional through and through and you can tell quite gifted at getting people to open up. His experience in the industry made our experience nothing but simple. Both of our families could not stop commenting on how easy our photographer made the group photos, family photos and couple photos. This is no easy task during St. Augustine's busiest time of year 12/28 in Nights of Lights. Jay has been nothing but easy to communicate with, and responsive to our thousands of questions in the year leading up to the wedding night. As we look over our photo previews we have nothing but beaming smiles and joy in the night. We are so thankful to have had Jay as our photographer and recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Our wedding day was no different and Jay was really good at corralling our massive family and getting them where they need to be for photo work. His selfie station photo booth was awesome, it was a HUGE hit and we love that we had access to all of the photos from the selfie station that night. Jay even started a dance off between the men and the ladies on the dance floor and that was AWESOME! 10/10 recommend and we cannot wait to see the rest of our pictures.

as quite nervous about hiring someone I had never met that lived hours away from us but I’m really happy we went with him. They showed up before they were supposed to be there to make sure they were set up and also Jay had lots of tips for a bride who had obviously never been married before. He also made sure we got all the pictures we had wanted but also surprised us with some pictures we had no clue he took. I didn’t come from a very lovey dovey family so being so close and personal with my parents was a little awkward but Jay would always mention something to kind of get us closer and get better pictures. He definitely knew what he was doing and led his team pretty well. The 3 guys that came with him were awesome too! We are still waiting on the rest of our pictures so once we receive them we’ll leave another review but we received our video and teasers super quick! Thanks Jay!

I enjoy his website, it is very client friendly and includes details for his packages, you can book your sessions/add ons, and he offers samples for those dreaded day-of timelines. He is very detail oriented and helped me feel very prepared prior to my wedding. He sent follow up emails with reminders when something was approaching a deadline- it was a procrastinators dream! On the day of, Jay and his team were very professional. I trusted him to curate our photos and video with his artistic eye and everything turned out beautifully! He has a very easy going personality that made me and my nervous bridesmaids lighten up and enjoy the session. Jay was great with pose suggestions and was able to get our family/wedding party photos done quickly but efficiently. He captured some really fun/candid shots but managed to get all of the serious/posed moments as well. We received our teasers just a few days later, and we were so pleased. I can’t wait to see the rest! We chose a package that included videography and a selfie station and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My guests had a blast at the selfie station- and everything is sent digitally so we get to see everyone’s pictures after. Jay’s lead videographer, Conner, was amazing to work with as well. He was constantly on the move making sure he was capturing everything. He was kind and polite and worked seamlessly with Jay. Jay’s professionalism and personality made him a joy to work with and I am so excited to see the rest of my photos and videos! I highly recommend!

We also had a live streaming for our ceremony which was awesome and really appreciated by everyone who logged on during our special day! The videographer was so discret we almost didn't even see him there. Jay was also amazing with candid shots so much so that there are so many pictures we had no idea he was even taking, but we really love them! I would hire Jay again anytime and really highly recommend him and his team. He gave us memories that will last a lifetime! we can't thank him enough and are sincerely so pleased to have been able to have him with us for our special day.

ures that turned out great. The editing on the pictures were also amazing and just what I wanted. He gave me 4 different videos for the videography part, and I LOVED all of them. He met my request of having my husband say his vows in the video which I appreciated a lot! The day of the wedding went very good and smooth getting all the shots. He did a good job with gathering everyone for pictures and focusing on what the most important part was, our forever wedding pictures. However, there were a few issues. I reached out months before my wedding telling him we wanted two photographers. He gave me a quote for the second photographer and said to schedule a phone consultation closer to the wedding time to discuss timeline details and what not. Two weeks before my wedding he completely forgot I wanted two photographers and “wasn’t aware” I did until I sent him screenshots of our messages. He found a second photographer within a week of my wedding (thankfully). It was very stressful because we had a big wedding party and he told us we needed two photographers to get all the pictures. After the wedding, it was a veryyyyyy long wait to see any pictures. I reached out a month after the wedding and asked if he would send me certain pictures that had my grandpa in it. It only took 4 days after I requested that I had received 14 teaser pictures. In the beginning he told me around 8 weeks after my wedding until I would receive the pictures, but it ended up being 12 weeks for the pictures and another 8 weeks after that for the wedding video. I understand it takes a long time (we did have 1,000 pictures) and COVID messed up many weddings causing him to be busier, but after waiting so long I also felt like it wasn’t my fault he took on more than he could handle and just seemed unorganized. Great end product but it was a struggle to get there.

e very beginning, he was easy to communicate with via email, text, and phone, and he made sure that we had all the options and schedule that we wanted and needed for our wedding day. Even though we had multiple locations throughout the day (getting ready, off-site photos, church ceremony, and reception) he was sure to have everything well-coordinated and ready to get some great photos. He and his team were professional and super-efficient at getting great shots throughout the day and even for specific requests to recreate some poses that the bride’s parents had from their wedding day. He also grabbed some amazing candid shots for our reception and of the live dolphin show (with dolphins jumping in the air behind us)! He was very well-organized and well-coordinated through the entire (hectic) day and was constantly a calming and helpful presence when nerves and anxiety were high. We certainly asked a lot from him and his team and they absolutely delivered! The photos were fantastic and were delivered well ahead of schedule; we honestly couldn’t have asked more from Jay and his team.

le. From the initial phone call with Jay, we knew he was the right person to photograph our wedding. Being a gay couple, we always wanted to make sure our wedding vendors were comfortable working with us and Jay made sure to let us know he supported us and was happy to shoot our wedding regardless of our sexual orientation. It was also only 2 months out and we only needed photography services for an hour and a half on a Saturday and he was more than accommodating and willing to help us out. Knowing that we were not going to have all of our friends and family there, we talked to Jay about livestream options and once again he pulled through. He livestreamed our ceremony and took the most amazing pictures and we could not be more grateful. All of our friends were able to see the ceremony and were so happy to be part of the day. What is even better is he was able to turn around our photos in just over a week. Thank you, Jay for the hard work, flexibility, and willingness to be a part of our special day!
